        공동주택 자연환기설비의 성능예측에 관한 연구

        This study evaluates the capability of natural ventilation facilities in an apartment house by using CFD analysis. Recently, the Ministry of Construction and Transportation decided that the the number of ventilation, 0.7th/h in apartment house with more than 100 household is mandatory and it is also required for the apartment house which has the natural ventilation facilities. CFD analysis is applied to the apartment house with 304 household in Seoul E-area and the natural ventilation performance in 40 py-unit is reported in this paper. Result are as following. 1) When the natural ventilating openings are installed in the house which have 2 side ventilating openings at south and north, the natural ones play roles of intake and exhaustion. Therefore, it is necessary to equip double natural ventilating openings for the current standard regulation. 2) Even though some of the units have natural ventilating openings of 3 sides (north/east/south in this research), which has a long enough natural ventilation path, the condition of 0.7th/h is not fully achieved because ventilation inflow and outflow parts are not separated. Hence, such a coexistence type not like cross ventilation type needs more investigation to calculate the exact amount of ventilation. Housing block arrangement and surrounding are as important as an apartment house unit's design to predict the performance of the natural ventilation equipment. They should be carefully considered to make natural ventilation facilities functional.

      • 국내 환경기초시설 실내악취 사례분석을 통한 환기설비 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of indoor odor in the sample domestic environmental foundational facilities and to identify the main parts and reasons for improving the design of ventilation equipment. The effectiveness of air ventilation in one of those facilities was evaluated by the age of air at the worker’s breathing height, CFD simulated by DesignBuilder 4.7. As a result, when the air supply diffuser was installed close to the worker’s breathing height, the age of air was reduced by 70% compared to the current practices that supply diffusers were installed near the ceiling. That is, the air ventilation can be improved by installation of air supply diffuser at the breathing height.

      • 주상복합 아파트의 기계환기설비에 대한 거주자 설문 조사

        Total heat exchange type ventilator is widely installed in apartment houses to improve indoor air quality and to save energy. However, because the domestic production of total heat exchange type ventilator was started in recent years and the cases of applying it to apartment houses are not so much, the effects of improving sick house syndrome and the problems of it has not investigated sufficiently, yet. In this study, the effects and problems of ventilator installed in apartment houses were investigated by questionnaires to residents who reside in apartment houses of complex building of commercial and residence in which total heat exchanger type ventilator has been installed in former days. From the results of questionnaires, almost half of dweller has experienced sick house syndrome and are thinking that ventilator is good to improve indoor air quality. But the expectation level of improvement of indoor air quality is not so high and 80 percent of respondent turn ventilator on not more than 5 hours. It needs auxiliary heater to prevent cold draught when turning ventilator on in winter season and does to reduce noise of ventilator.

        호남지역의 다중이용시설별 실내공기질 실태 조사

        This study was performed to investigate the characteristics of indoor air quality(IAQ) in 91 public facilities from September 2004 to March 2005 in the Honam province(Chonnam, Gwangju). The measured air pollutants are $PM_{10}$, formaldehyde(HCHO), CO, $CO_{2}$ and total suspended bacteria(TSB), the maintenance standard materials of IAQ management law established by ministry of environment in Korea(MOE). We also surveyed establishment and operation of ventilation equipment. It was measured $1.2m{\sim}1.5m$ on the floor between 8 o'clock AM and 7 o'clock PM. As the result, $PM_{10}$ and CO was showed the highest concentration, $188.89{\mu}g/m^{3}$, 8.67 ppm, at the indoor parking. The concentration of HCHO was the highest in large store and steamer room. The concentration was respectively $118.70{\mu}g/m^{3}\;and\;113.21{\mu}g/m^{3}$. The concentration of $CO_{2}$ was the highest at the reading room of the library on the condition of natural ventilation. The concentration of $CO_{2}$ was 1,816 ppm and higher than the IAQ standards established by MOE. The TSB was just measured in the hospital and silver town. It was the highest at the admission room of hospital. The concentration of TSB was $766CFU/m^{3}$. The public facilities of this study were not exceed each maintenance standards except $CO_{2}$ but it was surveyed that the management will be needed about some air pollutant according to target facilities.

        In order to monitor the performance of the ventilation equipment installed in the new residential apartment complexes in Korea, this study focuses on the Seoul and metropolitan housing complexes completed after 2013, which is applicable to G-SEED, energy efficiency rating and healthy housing construction standard were selected. In order to verify the performance of the ventilation equipment, three complexes capable of performing TAB were randomly selected. and the ventilation system was monitored for ventilation rate, heat exchange efficiency, noise level and condensation occurrence.

        화장품 제조업 근로자의 화학물질 인식도 비교

        To identify the relationship between types of employment(regular and non-regular group) and departments classification (administration, product and research group) and the levels of recognition of chemical substances, a total of 117 workers in cosmetics workplaces. Mainly, regular group and research group showed higher recognition of chemical substances (PPE, ventilation, chemical management, hazards in handling chemicals, skin contact) than non-regular group and administration, product group, but In some cases, production and administrative groups were high. Descriptive statistics(SAS ver9.2)was performed. the results of recognition of chemical substances were analyzed the mean and standard deviation by t-test, and anova, (P=0.05). These results cosmetics manufacturing workplaces have normal level of the perception of chemical substances. In most of the employment types, the regular workers showed high recognition, and the working departments showed high recognition in the research and production groups. Therefore, OEM and ODM cosmetics manufacturers regularly identify characteristics and needs of workplaces and workers, and suggest the development of experience and practiced education programs and risk assessment tools that can raise worker awareness.

        고빈도호흡기를이용한 신생아 이송

        Purpose: To present and evaluate a system of high-frequency oscillatory ventilator (HFOV) during intra-/inter-hospital neonate transport. Methods: The system includes a charged HFOV (SOPHIE, Fritz Stephan GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany), an incubator, and E-oxygen/air-cylinders with connections to the HFOV. The test lung was evaluated at the high and medium ventilator settings used for infants to determine the operating time of HFOV. The time required to exhaust the gas supply was checked, and the HFOV was operated until the low-battery alarm sounded to determine the operating time of the batteries. Results: The batteries provided electrical power for at least 60 mins, and the oxygen and air-cylinders lasted at least 20 mins. The system has been used frequently for the intra-hospital transport, from delivery rooms to ICU and from ICU for surgery. The system has been used twice for the inter-hospital transport of infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia and pulmonary hypertension to another hospital 45 km away (one hour distance). In one case, the ambulance’s electrical power supply failed, causing the system failure during the last 5 mins of transport. However, with the complete check and simulation of the system and the ambulance bulk oxygen/electric supply, the second patient was transported successfully in stable condition. Conclusion: The system was useful for intra-/inter-hospital transport of the neonates on HFOV. For the transport time of 60 mins,fully charged HFOV, 2 E-oxygen-cylinders, and 3 E-air-cylinders seemed to be sufficient. H-oxygen-cylinder and ambulance electrical power supply should also be provided for safe and efficient transport between hospitals. 목적: 원내나 원외로의 신생아 이송 시 사용할 수 있는 고빈도환기법의 시스템을 구성하였고, 이를 평가하여 제시한다. 방법: 이 시스템은 충전된 고빈도진동호흡기 (SOPHIE, Fritz Stephan GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany), 보육기 한 대, 고빈도진동호흡기에 연결되어있는 E 산소실린더와, E 공기실린더로 구성되었다. 고빈도진동호흡기의 작동시간을 평가하기 위해, 신생아에 사용하는고도와 중등도의 환기 세팅에서 모형폐를 사용하여 가스공급이 소진되는데 까지 걸리는 시간을 측정하였고, 충전지의 지속시간을 평가하기 위하여 전원부족 경고음이 울릴 때까지 고빈도진동호흡기를작동시켰다. 결과: 충전지는 최소 60분간 전력공급이 가능하였으며 산소와 공기실린더는 적어도 20분간 유지됐다. 이 시스템은 분만장에서 집중치료실로 이송하거나 집중치료실에서 수술을 위해 이송할 때 자주사용하고 있고, 이 시스템으로 기관지폐이형성증과 폐동맥고혈압이있는 신생아를 구급차로 한 시간 걸리는 45 km 떨어진 타병원에 이송했던 두 번의 경험이 있다. 첫 사례의 경우 구급차의 전력공급이부족하여 이송 중 마지막 5분간 고빈도진동호흡기의 사용이 불가능하였으나, 두 번째 사례에서는 시스템을 완벽하게 준비하고 실제 이송과 흡사한 시뮬레이션으로 구급차의 산소와 전력을 완벽하게 점검하여 환아를 안정적인 상태로 성공적으로 이송할 수 있었다. 결론: 우리가 제시한 이 시스템은 고빈도진동환기중인 신생아의원내와 원외이송에 유용하다. 60분간의 이송을 위해서는 완벽히 충전된 고빈도진동호흡기와 두 개의 E 산소실린더, 세 개의 E 공기실린더가 필요하며 구급차의 H 산소실린더 및 전력공급 또한 병원간의안전하고 효율적인 이송을 위해 준비하여야 한다.

        사례 조사를 통한 한식 음식점의 주방면적 비율과 환기시설의 적정성 조사

        For the globalization of Korean food restaurants, the kitchens should be equipped with proper ventilation systems and space to keep clean and ensure food safety. This study aimed to examine the ratio of kitchen to total space of restaurant and the suitability of the ventilation systems employed at Korean food restaurants. Data were collected by on-site survey of 12 Korean foods restaurants in Seoul. Length and width of the restaurants were measured with scale. Temperatures and air velocity around the heating equipment, working area, and hood were measured with a thermal imaging camera anemometer and thermometer. Statistical analyses were conducted with the SPSS program. The average space of the restaurants was $25.7m^2$. The ratio of kitchen to space was 0.22 for restaurants sized $32m^2$, 0.28 for $33-66m^2$, 0.21 for $66.1-99m^2$, 0.16 for $99.1-148.5m^2$, and 0.35 for those above $148.5m^2$. Average maximum and minimum air velocity around the hood were 0.28 m/sec and 0.22 m/sec, respectively. Under these conditions, the temperature of the working area was $41^{\circ}C$, presenting an uncomfortable indoor temperature for kitchen employees to work. When classifying 3 groups based on the minimum and maximum air velocity, the temperatures near the cooking area and in the hood of the restaurants showed significant differences among the three groups. When the maximum air velocity was over 0.3 m/sec, the temperature of the cooking area was as $30.1^{\circ}C$, showing a significantly lower temperature (p<0.01). Based on these results, the kitchen space rate of 0.25 to the total space and a ventilation system maintaining a maximum air velocity over 0.3 m/sec were recommended for ensuring the food safety of Korean foods restaurants sized 66 to $99m^2$.

        오픈소스 하드웨어를 활용한 변전소 환기설비 제어시스템 설계 및 구현

        The development of open source hardware (OSH) has led to the popularization of hardware fabrication. It opens the way for anyone to easily implement the hardware of a device they want to make. Its possibility has been recognized in many fields. We have paid attention to its potential and tried to find out the role of OSH in the field of urban railway and utilize it. Following the efforts, OSH was used to improve the control system of the ventilation equipment installed in the substations of Busan Urban Rail Line 4. As a result, a satisfactory facility operation environment was realized. Therefore, this study aims to propose a new methodology of facility operation by showing a actual case of applying OSH to urban railway facilities, and to enhance the work capacity and technical power of workers by diversifying technical solutions.
