        플라이오메트릭 운동이 BMI 23 이상 성인 남녀의 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate for the effect of rope-jumping and plyometric exercise on the cardiopulmonary function to overweight people. Method : This study was performed on overweight 18 males and 15 females subjects. They were divided in to 3 groups(11 subjects per 1 group) using random sampling and rope-jumping and plyometric exercise, respectively. In order to compare the difference of VO2max, AT, RER, HRmax before and after applying progressive rope-jumping and plyometric exercise. Cardiopulmonary function was examined using CS-200 ERGO-SPIRO. Results : 1. VO2max, AT, RER, HRmax function before and after exercise in non exercise group A and rope-jumping and plyometric exercise in group C significantly different(p<.05) 2. VO2max, AT, RER, HRmax function before and after exericse in non exercise group A and rope-jumping exercise in group B significantly different(p<.05) 3. VO2max, AT, RER, HRmax function before and after exericse in rope-jumping exercise in group B and rope-jumping and plyometric exercise group C non-significantly different(p<.05) Conclusion : Rope-jumping exercise and plyometric exercise is improve exercise in cardiopulmonary function that combined areobic exercise and plyometric exercise is more effective increasing cardiopulmonary function.

        Effect of Acute Aquatic Plyometric Training on Muscle Strength, Edema and

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the pre- and post-exercise performance, edema, and pain of plyometrics in water and land environments. Twelve males in their 20s were selected as subjects and performed 10 sets of squat jumps 10 times in 2 environmental conditions (water and ground). There was no significant difference in iEMG of vastus medilais according to exercise conditions and time. In MPV of CMJ, there was no significant difference according to exercise conditions and time. The thigh circumference showed a significant difference according to the exercise condition and time, and was higher in the ground condition after exercise. There was a significant difference in pain according to the exercise condition and time, and it was found to be high after exercise, 48 hours, and 72 hours in the ground condition. We believe that plyometric training in an aquatic environment will have less swelling and pain compared to plyometric training conducted in a land environment, and the pain will improve quickly, so we think that training can be conducted in a relatively shorter period than in the land environment.

        단기간의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 대학 태권도 선수들의 하지 근기능과 발차기 속도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 단기간의 플라이오메트릭 운동이 대학 태권도 선수들의 등속성 근기능과 발차기 시 발끝 속도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 선수들의 효율적인 훈련프로그램을 제공하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 남자 대학 태권도 선수 18명을 대상으로 플라이오메트릭 운동군과 통제군을 각각 9명으로 설정하였으며, 4주간 주 5회 프로그램을 실시하였다. 근기능은 등속성 근기능 측정장비(CSMI, USA)를 이용해 무릎관절과 발목관절의 굴곡 및 신전력을 측정하였으며, 발차기 속도는 발끝 속도를 3차원 동작분석 시스템(LUKOtronic AS202, Austria)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0을 이용해 반복측정분산분석과 대응표본 T-검정, person 상관분석을 .05 수준에서 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 플라이오메트릭 운동이 슬관절 등속성 근기능 중 신근력과 굴근력 향상에 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 플라이오메트릭 운동이 족관절 등속성 근기능 중 저측굴곡력 향상에 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 플라이오메트릭 운동이 발차기 시 발끝 속도 향상에 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 하지의 등속성 근기능 중 슬관절 신근력이 발끝 속도와 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 단기간의 플라이오메트릭 운동이 남자 대학 태권도 선수들의 하지 근기능 향상에 부분적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 시합 전 짧은 기간의 훈련프로그램을 통해 경기력을 향상 시킬 수 있다는 결과에 큰 의미를 부여한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of Taekwondo training programs for improving Taekwondo players’ athletic performance by investigating the effect of short term plyometric exercise on muscular functions of lower limbs and tiptoe speed which are the core elements of their kick techniques. Methods: 18 male Taekwondo players that right feet are dominant in the ones of the university located in Jeonnam(the exercise group 9 persons, the control group 9 persons) were selected as the research subjects. The measuring variables are muscular functions of the knee joint and the ankle joint and tiptoe speed in kicking. For the measured data, repeated measure ANOVA, t-test, and pearson correlation were carried out by using SPSS 20.0. Results: Extensor and flexor of the knee joint were significantly improved through plyometric exercise. lower flexor strength of the ankle joint was significantly improved through plyometric exercise. Changes of tiptoe speed in kicking did not show the significant differences. The significant positive correlation was shown in tiptoe speed and extensor strength of the knee joint. Conclusion: Taken together, short term plyometric exercise has found to have an effect of improvement of muscular functions of lower limbs and is thought to be suggested as a training program for improvement of athletic performance before games.         복합운동이 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고동학생의 체력향상에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 풋워크와 플라이오메트릭 복합운동이 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고등학생의 체력향상에 미치는 영향을 탐색함과 동시에 효율적인 운동프로그램을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 체육계열학과를 지원하는 16명의 고등학생을 대상으로 복합운동집단과 단일운동집단의 두 집단으로 구분하여 운동프로그램을 실시한 후, 현장검사(순발력, 민첩성, 평형성)와 등속성 근력의 수준을 측정하여 사전ㆍ사후와 집단 간 효과 차이를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간의 운동결과 복합운동집단과 단일운동집단간의 순발력과 민첩성에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 사전ㆍ사후 검정결과 풋워크와 플라이오메트릭 복합운동을 실시한 복합운동집단은 순발력, 민첩성, 평형성 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그리고 플라이오메트릭운동만을 실시한 단일운동집단은 순발력, 평형성에서는 유의한 차이를 보였으나 민첩성에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 등속성 근력의 경우 왼쪽 굴근의 평균파워에서만 단일운동집단보다 복합운동집단이 유의한 증가를 보였으며, 사전ㆍ사후 검정결과에서는 플라이오메트릭운동만을 실시한 단일운동집단보다 풋워크와 플라이오메트릭 복합운동을 실시한 복합운동집단에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 이는 단일 운동보다 복합운동을 실시하는 것이 체력향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 따라서 이와 같은 효율적인 복합운동프로그램을 체육계열학과를 지원하는 고등학생들에게 제공할 필요가 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of complex exercise on improvement of physical fitness in highschool student who applicant of physical education college and offer effective exercise program. Research subjects were some of 16 highschool man students. They were divided into two types of groups; complex (footwork & plyometric) exercise group (experimental group) and plyometric exercise group (comparative group). Observation variable was preㆍpost test in two time, physical fitness test was power, agility, balance, strength. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; physical fitness test variation in power and agility showed a statistically significant difference between group, experimental group showed more improvement than comparative group. physical fitness test variation of preㆍpost exercise in power, agility, balance showed a statistically significant difference at experimental groups. But agility wasn't a statistically significant difference at comparative group. It appeared that in the effect of physical fitness test variation of preㆍpost exercise in strength, experimental group showed more positive improvement than comparative group. Between group was showed a statistically significant difference at only left flexor of average power. In conclusion, it showed positive effect of complex exercise on improvement of physical fitness more than single exercise. Therefore, offer of effective exercise program such as this is necessary in highschool student who applicant of physical education college.

        12주간 Plyometric 운동이 여대생의 운동 및 감각신경 전도속도와 발목관절 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 wks plyometric exercise on sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity and ankle isokinetic muscular functions in college women. Twenty-three untrained college women were divided into control(n=12; age 22.24 ± 1.34 years) and experimental groups(n=11; age 22.12 ± 1.13 years). The plyometric exercise groups followed a 1 hour per day, twice-weekly, 12-wks plyo-metric exercise program, while the control groups were allowed to live their normal life. Sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity was obtained from the Medial plantar nerve by using Medelec Synergy. Also, mo-tor nerve conduction velocity was obtained from the fibula nerve by using Cantate. Using an Biodex, during isokinetic ankle dorsi flexion and plantar flexion angular velocities of 30° and 120° were obtained. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were estimated; 2×2 repeated measured ANOVA mixed design was carried out. The results of the present study were as follows; First, The velocity of motor nerve conduction was significantly increased in plyometric exercise group after 12 wks whereas control group maintained at end point. Second, The isokinetic muscular functions was significantly increased in plyometric exercise group after 12 wks whereas control maintained at end point. Third, ratio of PF/DF was significantly decreased in plyo-metric exercise group after 12 wks whereas control maintained at end point. It would be concluded that 12 wks plyometric exercise elicited many positive changes in the college women such as improvement of motor nerve conduction velocity and isokinetic muscular functions. and It was concluded that an plyometric exercise necessary for college women develop muscular function through Enhancement of motor nerve conduction velocity.

        아라베스크 운동과 플라이오메트릭 복합운동이 주니어 피겨스케이팅 선수의 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of arabesque exercise and plyometric combined exercise on pysical performance in junior figure skater. Figure skaters(junior=12) in arabesque and plyometric combined exercise program for 12 weeks. They were training for three times per week. Statistical Data was processed by SPSS(Windows Version 12.0) using descriptive statistics regarding the physical characteristics of subjects as well as each variables(power, balance, isokinetic). The difference of within and between in two group was analyzed repeated measures ANOVA, significant level was set a=.05. The results were as follows: Power, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Balance, there was significant difference according to the measurement, Isokinetic, there was significant difference according to the measurement. As a result, the 12 weeks of arabesque exercise and plyometric combined exercise brought the positive effects on the changes in pysical performance and isokinetic muscle strength of junior figure skater.

        8주간 테니스 운동과 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝의 복합처치가 남자 대학생의 체력과 포핸드 스트로크 기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of tennis exercise and plyometric training on physical fitness and forehand stroke function in male university students. 30 subjects were divided into control (C, n=10), tennis exercise (T, n=10) and tennis exercise + plyometric training (TP, n =10) groups. TP group was given to utilizing plyometric training with the intensity of 8 repetitions×1 set~10 repetitions×3 sets for 20~30 minutes, 3 days a week for 8 weeks of tennis exercise (5 days/week). Physical fitness (strength, muscular endurance, power, agility, balance, and flexibility test) of all subjects were measured at before and after the experiment. Forehand stroke function (accuracy, velocity and form of forehand stroke) were measured only after they participated in the 8 weeks exercise program. Grip strength, back strength, half squat jump, sargent jump and two hand medicine ball put were significantly increased within T and TP group. On the other hand, situp, side step, one leg standing with eyes closed, and sit and reach were significantly increased only within TP Group. Furthermore T and TP Groups also were shown that there was a significant difference of back strength, compared with C group. TP Group was shown that there was a significant difference of sit-up, compared with C and T group. TP Group also was shown that there were significant differences of sargent jump and shuttle run, compared with C group. Accuracy and form of forehand stroke were not shown that there was any difference between group. However, TP group was shown that there was a significant difference of the velocity of forehand stroke, compared with T group. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that combined treatment of tennis exercise and plyometric training could improve the level of physical fitness, and it could ameliorate the velocity of forehand stroke.

        The Effect of Lower Extremity Plyometric Training on the Proprioception and Postural Stability of Collegiate Soccer Players with Postural Instability

        The purposes of this study were to determine the effects of lower extremity plyometric training on the proprioception and postural stability of collegiate soccer players with postural instability. The study was conducted from April 17, 2009 to September 28, 2009(for a total of 6 weeks). Ten male collegiate soccer players were enrolled into the study, then divided into two groups: the plyometric training group(PMT) and the classical postural stability training group(CPT). Plyometric training on the lower extremities showed statistically significant improvement on proprioception and postural stability(p<.05). Although not all neurophysiologic mechanisms underlying such an effect were revealed, it is proposed that plyometric training can be used as an effective training program to improve functional postural stability in soccer players with preexisting postural instability.

        플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 고교 축구선수의 운동기능체력과 하지 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to provide a more efficient and scientific training method for soccer coaches by examining the change of body composition, physical fitness and isokinetic muscular function in Plyometric training program. 16 high school soccer players who affiliated K-club with the Korean Football Association were divided into 8 (control group : CG) which performed a general training program and 8 (plyometric group : PG) which applied Plyometric training program for 8 weeks, 3 times in a week for 40 minutes. The data were analyzed using the mean and standard deviation by SPSS WIN (Ver. 19.0) program. The results were as follows: Body composition did not differ significantly in weight, fat-free mass and BMI, but there was a significantly in body fat ratio (p<.05). There was a significantly in power, agility, balance, and throw-in(p<.05) in athletic stamina, but there was no significantly in the kick. The lower constant velocity muscular function showed the main effects of the right knee flexural force of the muscular force(60°/sec) and the measuring period of the dynamic force ratio(p<.05). The right knee flexural force(p<.05), muscular power(180°/sec), showed the main effect of the measurement period (p<.05). In conclusion, the plyometric training program has a positive effect on improvement of physical fitness and high school soccer player and it is considered to be suitable as a fitness program.

        12주간의 코어-플라이오메트릭 복합운동 실시 후 마샬아츠 트릭킹 선수의 운동체력 비교 분석

        본 연구는 12주간의 코어-플라이오메트릭 복합운동 실시 후 마샬아츠 트릭킹 선수의 운동체력(근지구력, 근력, 순발력, 민첩성, 유연성, 평형성 등) 변화 비교분석을 통해 선수 및 지도자에게 더욱 체계적이며 과학적인 훈련에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상으로 남자 마샬아츠 트릭킹 선수 14명을 경기실적에 따라 비우수 집단(7명)과 우수 집단(7명)으로 나눠 복합운동을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 측정 기간에 따른 체력 변화는 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 근지구력, 순발력, 평형성 요인에서만 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로, 집단과 측정 기간의 상호 작용 효과는 평형성 요인에서만 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 12주간 코어-플라이오메트릭 복합운동은 마샬아츠 트릭킹선수의 체력 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 이러한 체력요인은 비우수 선수와 우수 선수를 구분하는 기준이 될 수 있다. 따라서, 마샬아츠 트릭킹 선수의 운동체력 증진은 물론, 경기력 향상에 도움될 트레이닝으로 판단된다. This study was to provide basic data of better systematic and scientific training methods that can help athletes and coaches, was done by comparative analyzing of exercise fitness(muscle endurance, strength, power, agility, flexibility and balance) the Martial Arts tricking athletes after 12 weeks Core-plyometric combined training program. For the study, 14 male Martial arts tricking athletes were selected and, divided into 2 groups(Skilled: 7 athletes, Unskilled: 7 athletes). The results were as follows, First, the statistically significant difference was found in the main effect of test from all exercise fitness tests. Second, the significant main effect of groups was found only in 3 tests(standing long jump, burpee test, and modified bass test of dynamics balance). At last, Only the modified bass test of dynamics balance showed significant interactions between the group and test. Based on above results, the study indicates that the application of Core-plyometric combined training programs was effective on improving the exercise fitness of Martial arts tricking athletes. And, the results showed positively that the fitness of Martial Arts athletes was important in performance. Therefore, the programs should be recommended as a training method to improve exercise fitness and better performance of Martial arts tricking athletes.
