공간구문론을 활용한 월미관광특구의 관광호텔 배치특성 분석 -월미도권 관광호텔의 위상학적 접근성을 중심으로-

본 연구는 공간구문론을 활용하여 월미관광특구의 관광호텔 배치특성을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 공간구문론, 관광특구에 대한 문헌연구와 월미도권의 관광호텔에 대한 기본분석 및 위상학적 접근성 분석을 실시하였다. 기본분석 결과, 월미도권의 관광호텔은 바다와 근접한 월미문화거리 후면의 도로를 중심으로 분포되어 있었다. 또한, 공간구문분석을 통한 관광호텔의 전체통합도는 1.0이상으로 접근성이 양호한 것으로 분석되었으며, 위상학적 접근성이 가장 높은 도로축 주변으로 배치되어 있었다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 도심지·휴양지와 같은 관광공간의 성격에 따라 관광호텔의 전략적 배치가 필요하며, 월미도권 내 위상학적 중심성과 교차점 등을 고려한 관광안내시설의 재정비 필요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the layout characteristics of Wolmido area tourist hotels using space syntax. In order to accomplish the purpose of research, we conducted literature research on space syntax and tourism special zone. Next, we analyzed the basic analysis and topological accessibility of Wolmido area tourist hotels. As a result of the basic analysis, the tourist hotels of Wolmido area was arranged around the road on the back of Wolmi cultural street near the sea. Also, the global integration of tourist hotels through space syntax analysis is above 1.0, which means that accessibility is good. In addition, it is analyzed that the tourist hotels are arranged around the road with the highest topological accessibility. On the other hand, this study suggests the strategic arrangement of tourism hotels according to the characteristics of tourist area like downtown and resort area. Also, the necessity of rearrangement of tourist information facilities considering the topological center point and crossing point in Wolmido area was suggested.

The purpose of this study is to analyze on the circulation system of the modern historical and cultural trail in Incheon open port area. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the basis of the analysis was made through literature research on regional tourism development, trail, space syntax, etc. Also, this study proposed, Based on the analysis results, rearrangement of the trail considering resources, nearby commercial facilities, and topological accessibility, Establishment of recycling type route, rearrangement of information system for accessibility supplement, rearrangement of information system for accessibility supplement, Strengthening diversity of consumption facilities to induce visitor consumption expenditure, development of commentary program and incubation of high quality tourism interpreters, etc. were proposed in this study.

This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the arrangement characteristics of facilities in the Songdo Convention Integrated District using spatial syntax. In order to achieve the research purpose, a literature review was conducted on the concept and designation requirements of the convention integrated district, spatial syntax, and facility arrgangement. As a result of the basic status analysis, it was confirmed that the location of the facilities was not significantly different from the Songdo International City development plan and the field survey results. Also, the facilities in the complex were all concentrated within 2km of the Songdo Convensia. In addition, in the result of spatial syntax analysis, the total integration of all facilities was 1.0 or higher, indicating good accessibility. However, the total integration of Songdo Convensia, the core facility of the convention integrated district, was lower than the average of the facilities. Therefore, in order to improve accessibility, supplementary measures such as reviewing the installation of information provided to facilities, were suggested.
