역사 · 문화를 고려한 특화가로의 이용후 평가(P.O.E) 에 관한 연구

이 연구는 ‘역사 · 문화탐방로’로 조성된 정동길과 인사동길을 대상으로 보행환경의 물리적 요소에 대하여 이용후 평가(P.O.E)의 방법을 통해 보행환경을 평가하고 개선방안을 도출하는 것이 목적이다. 첫째, 전체 만족도에 영향을 미치는 보행환경요소를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 정동길은 대중교통 접근성, 건축물용도, 오픈스페이스, 역사적 건축물 활용, 역사문화유적 터 표석으로 나타났고, 인사동길은 건축물용도, 가로수, 자동차로부터 안전, 깃발배너, 소형화장실 인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 가로환경개선요소를 도출하기 위해 IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 정동길은 휴지통, 교통약자지원시설, 역사 · 문화유적 표석설치, 안내표지판, 가로등, 분수대 등 10개 요소로 나타났고, 인사동길은 건축물 용도, 휴지통, 오픈스페이스, 역사적 건축물 활용, 소형화장실, 가로수, 옛 물길 재현, 인사동 텃밭 등 13개의 요소로 나타났다. This study focuses on two ‘Historic · culture visiting road’ areas of Seoul; Jeongdong-gil and Insadong-gil. The purpose of this study is to evaluate pedestrian environment of these areas via a survey of passersby using an assessment method called P.O.E(Post Occupancy Evaluation). The goal of this study is to determine ways to improve the pedestrian environment. Firstly, multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine which pedestrian environment factors affect overall user satisfaction. According to the result from the analysis, the factors in Jeondong-gil were the following; access to mass transportation, building use, open space, utility of historical architecture, and historic and culture monuments site. The factors in Insadong-gil were; building use, urban trees, safety from passing cars, flag banner, and public washroom. Secondly, IPA was conducted to determine the street environment improvement factors. According to the result from the analysis, the factors in Jeongdong-gil were; refuse receptacle, facilities for accessible people with disability, historic and culture monuments site, signage, illumination, a fountain etc. The factors in Insadong-gil were; building use, refuse receptacle, open space, utility of historical architecture, public washroom, urban trees, reproduction of old waterways, street-side plants etc.

歷史文化探訪路 조성사업 이후의 街路景觀 分析 硏究 : 인사동을 중심으로 Focused on InSa-dong

The purpose of this research is to analyze the changes of the In-Sa Dong streets after the enforcement of the social program of creating historical and cultural inquiry streets and drawing a conclusion to make fundamental information to similar street-creating programs. In-Sa Dong has a precious preservation value because of the historical features of Ancient-Seoul though it is between high-rise commercial districts. Its historical streets and traditional shops make In-Sa Dong streets a special place. After the historical-cultural street program, improvement was performed but the rising of land price, rental value etc. caused the cultural-traditional industry to leave due to financial crisis or to transfer to a different place. Not only during the enforcement of historical-cultural street program but after it likewise, through positive cooperation of the local residents, citizen's solidarities, administrative organizations, post-occupant management must be addressed with deep circumspection. The research findings indicated that color scheme and building height on Insa Street were in stable condition, while there were inappropriate signages in certain area.

The purpose of this study is to analyze on the circulation system of the modern historical and cultural trail in Incheon open port area. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the basis of the analysis was made through literature research on regional tourism development, trail, space syntax, etc. Also, this study proposed, Based on the analysis results, rearrangement of the trail considering resources, nearby commercial facilities, and topological accessibility, Establishment of recycling type route, rearrangement of information system for accessibility supplement, rearrangement of information system for accessibility supplement, Strengthening diversity of consumption facilities to induce visitor consumption expenditure, development of commentary program and incubation of high quality tourism interpreters, etc. were proposed in this study.
