노인의 여가활동이 삶의 만족감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노인의 여가활동이 노년기 삶의 만족감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 이들 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 노년의 행복한 삶을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구문제를 중심으로 분석된 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 여가활동(취미활동, 교육활동, 사교활동)이 삶의 만족감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 여가활동 중 취미생활은 삶의 만족감에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 외 사교활동, 교육활동 순으로 노인의 삶의 만족감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 삶의 만족감을 향상시키기 위해 노인의 여가활동 중 취미생활 참여를 적극 권장하여야 할 것이다. 둘째, 노인의 여가활동(취미활동, 교육활동, 사교활동)이 사회적 지지에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 노인들의 여가활동 참여와 기회를 확대하여 사회적 관계망 또는 지지를 높여야 할 필요가 있다, 셋째, 노인의 여가활동(취미활동, 교육활동, 사교활동)이 삶의 만족감에 영향을 미칠 때, 사회적 지지가 중요한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타냈다. 따라서 가정에서 노인들이 당면한 역할상실, 무료함 등을 해결하기 위하여 정부나 지역사회는 노인의 사회적 지지를 높이고, 사회적 관계망을 넓히기 위한 프로그램을 개발할 필요성이 제기된다. 노인의 여가활동 참여는 노인의 삶을 윤택하게 하면서 동시에 노인을 지역사회와 통합하는데 기여하는 긍정적인 효과를 지니고 있다고 생각된다. 미래에 예상되는 초 고령화 사회에 대비하기 위해 노인을 소비자로 인식하고 보호할 수 있는 실버산업을 육성해야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 사회 전체적인 인식과 정치, 경제, 교육, 문화 등 연관되는 각 분야에서 동시에 해결해 나가야 하는 지원이 요구된다.

한국의 저출산 요인과 복지정책에 관한 연구

This study is to understand the cause of the factors that caused the low fertility phenomenon in Korea and want to find the measures of the future. South Korea has experienced symptoms while entering the second low fertility societies work-home balance difficulty, high child care burdens can be referred to the end of such a change of modern family values. In this study, summarized the theory associated with birth and low birth rate largely a factor of demographic factors, economic factors have seen, separated by a factor values. Population by sociological factors, married women age, occupation, educational level, depending on regional differences in fertility apparently now, but has found little difference in the birth rate reveals a tendency .In economic factors, birth and income has been found that there is a close relationship. When a factor values, the degree of division of marital lyrics in childbirth, and values the important role of gender equality is important. There orientation of policies to overcome the low birth rate in the country can see how that depends on achieving a harmonious labor market changes and changes in family structure. To do this work - Family Reconciliation Policies such as child care and child care burden, including acceptance policies and policies for a variety of family forms, including the labor market and economic support, there is a need for an integrated approach to the overall aspect.

사교육의 마케팅 경영전략이 사회와 공교육에 미치는 영향

There are public education system and private education system in Korea. The private education system of Korea takes an important role in its area. Among the various institutions performing the private education, private educational institutes take the most important role. This paper studies the marketing strategies which are necessary to enhance the efficiency of private educational institutes. In order to obtain the purpose of study, this paper performed literature researches and case studies. The Korean private educational institutes and marketing strategies are studied in literature researches. Furthermore, two successful cases and two unsuccessful cases of private educational institutes are analyzed. Based upon the performed literature researches and case studies, this paper suggests the marketing strategies enhancing the efficiency of private educational institutes. The Korean private educational institutes play the role in supporting the home education, school education and social education successfully. However, the Korean government does not concede the supporting role of private educational institutes and tightens the various regulations targeting them based upon their bad influence on the household economy. If we consider these circumstances it can be said that this paper suggesting the marketing strategies enhancing the efficiency of private educational institutes is valuable.

주민이 지각한 사회적 자본이 생활만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social capital on the life satisfaction of community residents and to provide basic data for realizing community with high life satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, the explanatory power of the instrument data of descriptive statistics is distributed between -.264 ~ .525, and the kurtosis is distributed between -.181 ~ .638.Emotional adjustment ability, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis ability, empathy ability, self - efficacy, teaching performance satisfaction. Second, the correlations between emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self - efficacy, and teacher 's satisfaction in social capital showed a significant correlation. Third, as a result of regression analysis to examine the effect of social capital on life satisfaction, social capital had a significant effect on life satisfaction and social capital had a statistically significant effect on life satisfaction Fourth, in order to investigate the effect of life satisfaction on social capital, we set up subordinate factors such as intimacy, trust, participation, and community consciousness as independent variables, and set up life satisfaction as subordinate variables to perform hierarchical regression analysisAs a result of research, all factors of intimacy, trust, participation, and community consciousness, which are subordinate factors of social capital, had a significant effect on life satisfaction. When we look at explanatory power, we found that decision coefficient is .346 and social capital has 34.6%Respectively.

노인복지법 규범의 정당성에 따른 비판적 분석에 관한 연구 -한국 노인복지법을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to examine the social rights of the social welfare law from the viewpoint of normative legitimacy, the right of social rights, the requirements and scope of the subject, the requirements and kinds and levels of benefits, the arbitrary rules and regulations, To analyze critically the elderly welfare law. The social welfare law derives from the fundamental norm of the fundamental right of the social right. The right as a social fundamental right is to realize the right of fundamental rights in the Constitution, to recognize the persons of the Social Welfare Act as the subject of rights, and also to clarify rights. At the same time, this means clarifying the responsibility of the state. Therefore, the Article of the Elderly Welfare Act should reflect the ideals and principles that guarantee the fulfillment of national obligations and the rights of the people in the Constitution. In other words, the elderly who are the target of the Welfare Act for the Elderly should be recognized as the subject of rights, and the rights of the basic rights of the people should be assured actively. Based on the discussion in this study, we propose the following. First, it should secure the rights as social fundamental rights. Second, the requirements and scope of elderly welfare subjects should be expanded. Third, the appropriateness of welfare benefits for the elderly should be reflected. Fourth, the responsibility of the state should be strengthened. Fifth, it should be a legal guarantee of the human rights of the elderly. The guarantee of the human rights of the elderly should be guaranteed the legal guarantee above all. Declarations, plans, principles, and codes may limit the achievement of effective goals. The transition of the perception of the human rights of the elderly should be a prerequisite, but it is most important to secure a legal guarantee to realize the social rights of the elderly in the systematic and efficient way under the current state of affairs. Of course, these legal principles embody the principles of the enactment of the lower law, including the Constitution, which prescribes the social security rights of the elderly, and the principles of the protection of the elderly, while elaborating the purpose and necessity of protecting the elderly Content should be. Although this study is only at a microscopic level, this study implies that it provides implications for the discussion of the normative justification of the social welfare law, including the elderly welfare law.

This study was dedicated to searching better course of low birth rate study in Korea by carefully analyzing past and present low birth rate researches In conclusion, low birth rate studies should become more diversified in terms of types of the research, data collection method, and data analysis. Additionally, research topics should become more realistic and specified. Moreover, research results should be verified before they are applied to the policy.

중학교 교사의 직무스트레스와 심리사회성숙 간의 관계에서 주체성·관계성의 매개효과

This study analyzed the effect of job stress of middle school teachers on psychological social maturity, identified the mediated effect of Subjectivity and Relationship, and derived the relationship due to the increased self-reliance relationship and psychological social maturity. Therefore, it is a study that sought ways to reduce job stress along with laying the foundation that can help middle school teachers' psychological and social skills. The results of the study are as follows. First, the job stress of middle school teachers was found to have a significant effect on psychological and social maturity. It has been shown that it has significant effects on student and peer relationships, which are sub-variates of job stress, and it does not affect relationships with parents. Second, it was confirmed that the identity and relationship of middle school teachers had a significant effect on psychological and social maturity. Self-acceptance, mutual intimacy and relative consideration, which are sub-variates of subjectivity and relationship, have been confirmed to have significant influence, and relationship orientation and unity have been confirmed to have no effect. Third, the identity and relationship of middle school teachers has been confirmed to have a mediating effect on job stress and psychological social maturity. The above findings confirmed that Subjectivity and Relationship are important variables in reducing the job stress of middle school teachers and improving psychological and social maturity. Based on the results of this study, in-depth research will be needed to study programs to relieve job stress for middle school teachers and to prepare student life guidance programs and parent education programs.

가족제도의 특성과 변화에 따른 효 실천 연구방안 - 자아분화가 부모자녀 간 통합과 사회에 미치는 영향-

In the changed family structure, healthy parent-child relationships have a decisive effect on the personality formation of children. Today, as the form or function of the family is changing, the lifestyle or values of family members are changing, and the elderly population is increasing, the perspective of the elderly and the problems of the elderly is inevitably changing. Now, the elderly problem cannot be solved by forcing a return to the traditional society, but it is not desirable to expect the state to solve the problem unconditionally as a social problem. The problems of the family will soon be reflected as social problems, but first, we must find the primary cause in the family. The reason is that the family is a lifelong relationship, and factors affecting the elderly's life satisfaction in the elderly parent-child relationship are emotional stimulus and companionship rather than economic stimulus. It is an emotional bond between the two. It can be said that the role of adult parents with children in the modern family structure in which four generations must coexist due to extended life expectancy is very important for family relations and social integration.

부모의 효의식이 자녀의 어린이집 적응에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of social support and parental efficacy on the effect of parents' hyo consciousness on the adaptation of the day care center, and to provide the data to find alternatives to improve the adjustment of the child care center. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows. First, parents' hyo consciousness influenced their children's adjustment to day care. It is necessary to create conditions and actively support the development of hyo to directly develop the nature of hyo, the recognition of hyo, and the practice of hyo, which are directly related to the adaptation of children's children's homes. Second, parents' hyo consciousness influenced social support and parental efficacy. In-depth research should be conducted to develop more positively the parents' social support and parental efficacy. Third, parents' social support and parental efficacy influenced their children's adaptation to the day care center. Exploring the social support and parental efficacy of parents is meaningful, needs an alternative to improve social support and parental efficacy, and promotes social support and parental efficacy by finding factors that are important for positive change in social support and parental efficacy. It is necessary to study to make it work. Fourth, parents 'social support and parental efficacy set as mediators had an effect of mediators between parents' hyo consciousness and children's adaptation to daycare centers. Although parents 'hyo consciousness directly affects children's adaptation to children's homes, parents' hyo consciousness indirectly affects social support and parental efficacy, and social support and parental efficacy indirectly affects children's home adjustment. Therefore, efforts to positively mediate effects are needed. To overcome the limitations of this study, first, the scope of the study should be broadened nationwide so that more general and objective research results can be obtained. Second, in order to raise children's adaptation to daycare centers, various factors need to be verified and analyzed. Third, this study has limitations in that it is a cross-sectional study. To supplement this, it is necessary to follow up the changes through the longitudinal research method.

여가 프로그램의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -노인 여가 프로그램 중심으로-

As Korea entered the age of aging, it became faced with the problem as it became interested in the problems of various elderly people. You can find out about the importance and perception of the leisure situation of the elderly, and how to improve the system and how to improve it. In the past, it was recognized as a free time to spend without special programs or planning. However, rather than simply spending free time, leisure activities can be seen as a time to improve one's future quality of life and to find personal identity. However, most of the time for the elderly, leisure time is settled as a whole, and it is important to use it well. In Korea, as well as the most basic path for elderly leisure activities, the elderly classrooms and welfare centers are located in Dong, Myeon, and Lier facilities in each city, county, and district. However, in the Senior Citizen's and Senior Classrooms, rather than doing special programs, it is simply a program of senior citizens, such as a time-killing long-term or baduk, a sideline-like sideline or fight, TV, radio listening, and a simple social life with neighbors and friends. Insufficient things are going on. So, when looking at the activation of leisure activities on these issues, the Senior Citizen Party is the most basic place for seniors to enjoy leisure, so in order to activate it, the facilities of the Senior Citizen must be supplemented to receive continuous financial support, and various leisure programs are developed and progressed. In order to be successful, experts must be secured for the progress of professional programs. In this paper, while looking for the current status and problems of the leisure program for the elderly, I tried to find out and think about the revitalization plan. Depending on the level of education or environment, there are many ways to enjoy leisure for each elderly person, and many programs for the elderly's comfortable and enjoyable old age have been developed and progressed so that the elderly can live their lives and be rewarded until the end. I think it needs a lot of support.
