        한국감성과학회의 홈페이지의 구성을 위하여 형식 문법(HTML ; Hyper Text Markup Language)의 작성은 넷스케이프(NETSCAPE)의 컴포저(Composer)를 이용하였으며, 필요한 그림 및 아이콘(Icon)은 Adobe Photoshop 4.0 버전으로 작성하였고, Map This 1.3버전을 이용하여 이미지 맵들을 구성하여 학회의 홈페이지를 만들었다. 감성과학회의 홈페이지를 시작으로 회원마당/가입안내, 학회안내, 행사일정 및 소식, 학회논문 검색, 국제정보를 하부구조로 구성하였으며, 각 하부구조 밑에 또 다른 하부구조를 구성하도록 하였다. 이렇게 본 학회의 홈페이지를 구축함으로써 쉽게 학회의 행사 및 소식을 회원에게 전달할 수 있으며, 학회의 가입 및 신청과 논문 투고요령, 학회강령을 각 회원 및 비회원에게도 편리하게 홍보할 수 있으며, 세계적인 수준의 학회로도 발전해 갈 수 있다.

        문제적 과잉 성 행동자의 휴지기 상태 시 집행 통제 회로의 기능적 연결성 변화

        Individuals with Problematic hypersexual behavior (PHB) has shown the in the inability to control sexual impulses and arousal. The previous studies identified these characteristics are related to the structural and functional changes of the brain region responsible for inhibitory functions. However, very little research has been done on functional connectivities among the brain areas during the resting state in Individuals with Problematic hypersexual behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the deficit of the functional connectivity in the executive control network during resting state using functional magnetic resonance imaging devices among Individuals with Problematic hypersexual behavior. For this study, magnetic resonance imaging data were obtained for 16 individuals with PHB and 19 normal controls with similar demographic characteristics. The areas related to the executive control network (LECN, RECN) were selected as the region of interest, and the correlation coefficient with time series signals between these areas was measured to identify the functional connectivity, and between groups analysis was used. The results showed a significant difference in the functional connectivity strength of executive control network between two groups. In other words, there are the decreased functional connectivities between superior/middle frontal gyrus and caudate, and between superior/middle frontal gyrus and superior parietal gyrus/angular gyrus in the individuals with PHB. In addition, these functional connectivities were related to the severity of hypersexual behavior. The results of this study suggest that the inability to control sexual impulses and arousal in individuals with PHB might be related to the reduced functional connectivity of executive control circuits. 문제적 과잉 성 행동은 성 충동과 각성을 통제하지 못하는 것과 관련이 있으며, 억제 기능을 담당하는 뇌 영역의 구조적, 기능적 변화와 관련이 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그러나 아직까지 문제적 과잉 성 행동의 휴지기 상태 시 뇌의 기능적 연결성에 관한 연구는 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기공명영상장치를 사용하여 휴지기 상태 시 문제적 과잉 성 행동자의 집행 통제 회로(RECN, LECN)의 기능적 연결성의 결함을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 17명의 문제적 과잉 성 행동자와 인구통계학적 특성이 유사한 20명의 정상대조군을 대상으로 휴지기 상태 시 자기공명영상데이터가 획득하였다. 실행기능 제어 회로(LECN, RECN)와 관련된 영역을 관심 뇌 영역으로 선정하였으며, 이들 영역간 시계열 신호와의 상관계수를 기능 연결성 정도로 가정하고 집단 간 비교 검증을 하였다. 그 결과, 정상대조군과 문제적 과잉 성행동군의 집행 통제회로의 기능적 연결 강도에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 정상대조군에 비해 문제적 과잉 성행동군은 상/중전두회와 미상핵, 상/중전두회와 두정회의 기능적 연결성이 저하된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이 영역간 기능적 연결강도는 과잉 성 행동 지수와 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 문제적 과잉 성행동자들이 성 충동과 각성을 제어하지 못하는 것이 집행 통제회로의 기능적 연결성 저하와 관련이 있음을 시사한다.

        초등학교 저학년 학생을 위한 감성과학 기반 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램 개발

        As the age in which the importance of sensitivity has increased, education for the future generation regarding emotion engineering, affective recognition and cognitive science have taken center stage. We measure human’s emotion quantitatively, analyze evaluation and apply them to various services in life, which are based on human technology. Therefore, we need the education which is related to emotion science to cultivate talented people. The goal of this paper is to suggest the possibility of emotion science education and effective methods through development of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) program which can teach emotion science to early elementary school students by applying it to pilot classes. For this study, first, we build a program, ‘The mind made by figure’ for student of early elementary school. The method of STEAM was used in this program, because it is an effective system to educate the emotion science. We recognize the needs and value of this program development through theory and benchmarking of STEAM related to emotion science. And then the contents of class, activities, course book and kit are designed with elementary school textbook of pertinent grade. Secondly, we analyze the result which is applied in two pilot classes of second grade by satisfaction survey andteacher interview. As a result, the average of satisfaction level was very high (4.40/5), Class participation was especially high. Third, we discuss the ability, value and limits of this program based on the result of analysis. The outcome of this research shows that students of early elementary school who have difficulty in understanding science can approach the education program related to emotion science with ease and interest. We hope this education will help students understand emotion science effectively, and to train people to lead the emotion centered era. 감성이 중요시되고 있는 시대가 발전함에 따라 미래 시대에 필요한 인재를 양성하기 위한 교육 분야에서도 감성과학과 관련된 교육이 요구되는 시점이다. 본 논문은 초등학교 저학년 학생을 위한 감성과학을 학습할 수 있는 융합인재교육프로그램을 개발하고 수업에 적용해봄으로써, 가능성과 효과적인 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 감성과학을 교육하기에 적합한 융합인재교육(STEAM) 방식을 채택하여 초등학교 1~2학년을 대상으로 한 ‘도형으로 만드는마음’을 개발하였다. 감성과학 관련 STEAM의 이론적 배경과 벤치마킹을 실시하고, 초등학교 해당 학년 교과서를기반으로 한 구체적인 수업 내용과 활동 및 교재와 키트 등을 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 프로그램을 두 학급에 시범적으로 적용하여 만족도 조사와 교사 인터뷰 등을 통해 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 전체 만족도 평균은 매우 높게(4.40/5) 나왔으며 특히, ‘수업 참여도’에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 개발한프로그램에 대한 가능성과 가치, 한계점 등을 논한다. 본 연구 결과는 과학에 대한 직접적인 이해가 어려운 초등학교저학년을 대상으로 감성과학에 대해 쉽고 흥미롭게 접근할 수 있는 교육 프로그램이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 교육을통해 감성과학을 효과적으로 이해하고, 감성 중심 시대를 선도할 인재를 양성하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

      • Choice Overload Effect on Daily Repetitive Selection

        Choice overload is a decision-making phenomenon in which suboptimal decisions are made due to a surplus of options. Yet, it remains unknown whether daily repetitive choosing could mitigate choice overload. A total of 5 healthy participants (2 females and 3 males, age: 25.8 ± 1.46 years old, age range: 23~27) were recruited to participate in the experiment. We chose cup noodles as experimental stimuli which are available to buy in supermarket and encountered everyday life. We used a total of 50 visual images and the set size was set to 24, showing images in a 3 X 8 matrix. Participants repeatedly chose one of the items over 3 days. Friedman test was conducted to determine whether choice reaction time was reduced over days. The results showed a non-significant difference over days (p = .357). However, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed a significant difference between the paired observation on days 1 and 2 (p = .031), days 2 and 3 (p = .0006), and days 1 and 3 (p = 1.774e-06). It indicates that repetitive choosing can mitigate choice reaction time.

      • The effect of improvement the paralyzed upper extremity function and the psychological satisfaction in stroke patients according to artificial intelligence multi-cranial nerve stimulation therapy

        In this study, we aimed to investigate the effect of improvement the paralyzed upper extremity function and the psychological satisfaction in stroke patients according to artificial intelligence multi-cranial nerve stimulation therapy. We developed the artificial intelligence-based personalized optimal rehabilitation multimodal cranial nerve stimulation treatment device with 4-channel electrical stimulator, 48 probe headsets, integrated treatment software and content, haptic device, stimulation therapy device controller, equipment-only cart, optimal stimulation electric field analysis S/W, cerebral blood flow measurement. We primarily investigated the effect on brain activity when applying upper limb exercise tasks using virtual reality equipment to patients with chronic stroke. We researched and developed on multi-stimulation cranial nerve stimulator has been completed and is in the preparation stage for clinical trials. Once clinical safety and effectiveness are verified, it will overcome the treatment limitations of existing brain stimulation treatments such as target stimulation and pattern targeting, and become the world's first new innovative convergence medical device, creating a new field of noninvasive brain stimulation treatment for brain injury patients.

      • Gamification of Fashion Art Contents by Developing an Application

        This research was purposed to develop a game application employing fashion art contents which could boost consumers’ interest on fashion and art and may help young fashion artist to advertise their works to people. A number of art illustrations relating to fashion contents which consisted of two different categories including one inspired by some countries’ local fashion and the other by well-known worldwide fashion weeks were created to use them as fashion contents in this game. Finding hidden pictures as one of casual game types was employed in each fashion art content as the main game mechanics by allowing the user to link related contents of fashion art after mission completions in order to introduce them more fashion art works. The game was programmed using Xcode as IDE and Swift as programming language and its interface was structured with SwiftUI. This game would be more developed as a network between fashion artists and common users based on their interests on fashion.

        수면 무호흡증 관리를 위한 섬유센서 기반의 슬립 모니터링 스마트 웨어 개발

        In this study, we will propose its usefulness by developing an unconstrained wearable monitoring system using stretch fiber sensors and attaching clothing-integrated designs that allow patients to undergo examinations in an environment familiar to overcome the limitations of existing tests and minimize the occurrence of skin allergies, such as discomfort in adhesive tools. sleep apnea causes a variety of complications, and standard sleep polysomnography is expensive and measurement discomfort is considered. Long-sleeved T-shirts for adult men were developed to develop wearable sleep apnea monitoring smart clothes, and real-time measurements of breathing rate which are measured based on fibrous sensors, oxygen saturation, and airflow in sleep apnea diagnosis indicators. According to the results of measuring the gauge factor, the gauge factor 20.3 was verified in the sample No. 4. The breathing rate was measured at three large breaths, with a maximum breathing rate of 2048 ml. After measuring oxygen saturation, it measured the change in oxygen saturation while holding its breath and oxygen saturation was 69.45 percent, showing a minimum measurable oxygen saturation of 70 percent. The results of washing are generally equivalent to gauge factor 18 level, and durability of washing has been demonstrated. Through this study, we developed wearable sleep apnea monitoring smart clothes that are readily available in the home and confirmed that three indicators of respiration rate, breathing flow and oxygen saturation are measurable. 본 연구에서는 수면무호흡증이 다양한 합병증을 유발하는 질병으로서, 이를 위한 표준화된 수면다원검사가 고가이며 측정이 불편함을 고려하여, 환자가 익숙한 환경에서 검사를 받을 수 있도록 스트레치 섬유센서를 이용한 무구속 상태의 웨어러블 모니터링 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 또한, 의복과 일체화된 디자인으로 제품화하여 그 유용성을 제안하고자 한다. 성인 남성용 롱 슬리브 티셔츠 형태로 착용형 수면무호흡 모니터링 스마트 의류를 개발하여, 수면무호흡 진단 지표 중 섬유형 센서를 기반으로 측정하는 호흡수(breathing rate)측정용 섬유센서, 산소포화도(oxygen saturation), 호흡기류(airflow)를 실시간 측정하였다. 최적의 조합비 샘플 4가지를 통한 gauge factor를 측정한 결과, gauge factor 20.3을 확인하였고, 3회 숨을 크게 내쉴 때 호흡유량이 최대 2048ml 였다. 산소포화도 69.45%로 최소 측정 가능 산소포화도 70% 정도의 결과를 나타내었다. 세탁 후 인장에 따른 센서 성능 평가 결과는 전체적으로 gauge factor 18 수준의 값으로, 세탁에 대한 내구성이 입증되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 수면무호흡증 환자의 수면효율이 떨어지고 여러 합병증을 동반하는 문제에 대해, 가정에서 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 착용형 수면무호흡 모니터링 스마트 의류를 개발하여 호흡수, 호흡유량, 산소포화도의 3가지 지표를 측정 가능함을 확인하였다.

      • Study on patient and medical staff satisfaction during rehabilitation treatment using rehabilitation robot morning walk

        In the present study, we aim to evaluate the satisfaction level of various items regarding rehabilitation robot treatment for patients and medical staff to find out considerations for future advancement. We provided gait rehabilitation treatment to patients in need of gait rehabilitation using Morning Walk (Curexo Co., Ltd.), a gait rehabilitation robot manufactured in Korea, as shown in Figure 1. Morning Walk is an end-effector type walking rehabilitation robot that implements walking through footrest movements and provides various walking patterns. It is a device that allows settings for each patient and walking parameters for each condition, and provides seated weight support, active weight support, and walking assistance. As a result of the training, we provide virtual reality content that increases participation. We performed a satisfaction survey on patients and medical staff after rehabilitation treatment, and confirmed the results as shown in Figure 2. Both patient and medical staff satisfaction increased from 2020 to 2023. However, when comparing satisfaction by group, it was confirmed that patient satisfaction results were higher every year compared to medical staff. As shown in previous research results, rehabilitation robot walking therapy has a high therapeutic effect, and the rehabilitation robot assists patients who have difficulty actually moving, allowing them to walk on their own, which I believe is the result of raising self-esteem and satisfaction at the same time. However, medical staff reported that they believed that rehabilitation robot treatment required more time and intervention than existing conventional treatment. In addition, it was reported that there was concern about patient safety and accidents involving hands and feet getting caught when the medical staff applies it to patients.
