이용자의 성격특성과 접근성이 디지털 리터러시에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 이용자의 디지털 리터러시에 개인의 성격특성과 접근성이 미치는 영향 및 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위해 진행되었다. 정보격차의 원인으로 이용자의 디지털 리터러시를 보았으며 이에 접근성과 이용자 개인성격특성의 직간접적인 효과들을 구조방정식 모델을 통해서 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 이용자의 개인 성격특성은 디지털 리터러시와 접근성에 대해서 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 이용자의 접근성은 디지털 리터러시에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 연구결과 기기 접근성, 서비스 접근성 모두 디지털 리터러시의 전 영역에 유의미한 직접효과를 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 셋째. 이용자의 성격특성은 접근성을 매개하여 디지털 리터러시에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서 이용자 맞춤형 디지털 리터러시 교육을 위해서 성격특성에 따른 정책적 접근이 필요하다. This research intended to analyze the influences of digital divide on digital literacy, focusing on character trait and accessibility. The researcher confirmed the importance of digital literacy on digital divide, and investigated the relationship between factors of digital literacy (Skill, Usage, Participation) and external factors(personal characteristic trait, device and service accessibility) through structural equation. Research results are as follows. First. Users" individual characteristic trait appeared to directly influence digital literacy and both accessibility. Second. Users" accessibility directly influenced digital literacy. According to the research result, it was confirmed that both device accessibility and service accessibility directly influenced the whole area of digital literacy significantly. Third. Users" characteristic trait indirectly influenced digital literacy. In respect of Skill of digital literacy, it was confirmed that indirect effect was bigger than direct effect on all of characteristic trait, also, indirect effect of characteristic trait appeared bigger than indirect effect, on openness, faithfulness, and favorableness, in Participation. Nevertheless direct effect of characteristic trait on digital literacy was limited, as above, however it implied that characteristic trait was an important variable in digital divide problem, considering indirect effect. Also, mediated effect of accessibility should be considered as an important variable.
Cedos: A Network Architecture and Programming Abstraction for Delay-Tolerant Mobile Apps

<P>Delay-tolerant Wi-Fi offloading is known to improve overall mobile network bandwidth at low delay and low cost. Yet, in reality, we rarely find mobile apps that fully support opportunistic Wi-Fi access. This is mainly because it is still challenging to develop delay-tolerant mobile apps due to the complexity of handling network disruptions and delays. In this paper, we present Cedos, a practical delay-tolerant mobile network access architecture in which one can easily build a mobile app. Cedos consists of three components. First, it provides a familiar socket API whose semantics conforms to TCP, while the underlying protocol, (DTP)-T-2, transparently handles network disruptions and delays in mobility. Second, Cedos allows the developers to explicitly exploit delays in mobile apps. App developers can express maximum user-specified delays in content download or use the API for real-time buffer management at opportunistic Wi-Fi usage. Third, for backward compatibility to existing TCP-based servers, Cedos provides D(2)Prox, a protocol-translation Web proxy. D2Prox allows intermittent connections on the mobile device side, but correctly translates Web transactions with traditional TCP servers. We demonstrate the practicality of Cedos by porting mobile Firefox and VLC video streaming client to using the API. We also implement delay/disruption-tolerant podcast client and run a field study with 50 people for eight weeks. We find that up to 92.4% of the podcast traffic is offloaded to Wi-Fi, and one can watch a streaming video in a moving train while offloading 48% of the content to Wi-Fi without a single pause.</P>
자동차 부품용 CFRP 및 고진공 다이캐스팅 알루미늄 합금 시편의 표면 조건에 따른 전기 화학적 거동에 관한 연구

This study investigated the corrosion behaviors of CFRP materials and high vacuum die-cast aluminum alloys that were used in automobiles to evaluate the effects of different roughness conditions. Experimental tests were performed based on electrochemical characterization(potentiodynamic corrosion test), surface morphology(FESEM), and component analysis(EDS) under the 5 wt% NaCl aqueous solution. Both CFRP and the Al alloy showed similar results in which corrosion rate increased as surface roughness increased, and the corrosion of the Al alloy occurred faster than that of CFRP. Also, in the morphological analysis after testing, the composition change in the CFRP was not affected by surface roughness; however, Al alloy compounds underwent changes largely due to the formation of oxides. The anticorrosive treatment technology to suppress corrosion and improve the durability of the Al alloy will be considered in future applications.

본 연구는 아토피 환자 가정 내 실내 공기중 오염물질 농도가 아토피 발증에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 조사대상으로는 12명의 아토피 환자 가정과 10명의 대조군 가정을 선정하였으며, 각 가정 실내외 공기중에서 미세먼지(PM₁?)와 16종의 다환방향족탄화수소류(PAHs)를 측정하였다.<BR> 실외 공기중 미세먼지의 농도는 아토피 환자가정과 대조군 가정간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나 실내 공기중에서는 아토피 환자가정의 미세먼지가 대조군에 비해 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 다환방향족탄화수소류는 실내ㆍ외 공기중의 총농도가 각각 160.4 ng/㎥, 47.2 ng/㎥로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며(p<0.05), phenanthrene, anthracene이 총 다환방향족탄 화수소류의 40~45%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 아토피 환자가정과 대조군 가정내 실내 공기중 다환방향족탄화수소류는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To suppress the rapid degradation of Ni-based catalysts, Co along with Ni was used as a catalytic active species with a Mn oxide promoter that has excellent oxygen transfer ability. This study examines the optimal ratios between Ni and Co in the synthesized catalyst Ni<SUB>1-x</SUB>Co<SUB>x</SUB>MnO<SUB>4</SUB> for high hydrogen production in the propane reforming reaction. The synthesized catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM, XPS, and TPD of CO, C<SUB>3</SUB>H<SUB>8</SUB>, and H<SUB>2</SUB>O, and TPR of H<SUB>2</SUB>. In addition, the reaction mechanism of propane reforming and the behaviors of the gases adsorbed on the catalyst were investigated by NMR analysis. The results confirmed that the reduction of Ni mainly occurs before that of Co, which means that Ni acts as the main active species. In addition, gas adsorption increases over catalysts that contain both Ni and Co; the synthesized catalysts also showed improved catalytic activities.
