인라인 XML바인딩 시스템의 구현

XML데이터를 어플리케이션에서 직접 사용 할 수 있도록 XML데이터 바인딩이 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 바인딩 시스템에서는 자식을 가지는 요소마다 모두 클래스가 생성되어 시스템이 커진다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구조 표현에 필요한 클래스만 생성하기위해 인라이닝 기법을 바인딩에 적용하여 최소한의 클래스만 생성 할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

XForms지원 브라우저를 이용한 모바일 오픈 API 플랫폼 개발

인터넷 환경의 변화와 함께 많은 서비스가 오픈 API 형태로 지원되면서 이들을 결합하고 이용하는 웹 기반의 클라이언트 프로그램이 모바일 환경의 주요한 어플리케이션 형태로 등장했다. 또한 차세대 웹 폼 언어인 XForms는 간편하고 효과적인 UI기술 언어로서 알려져 있으며, 다양한 모달리티를 지원할 수 있고 장치 독립성을 제공할 수 있어 모바일 장치에 더 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 API를 지원하는 XFroms 페이지를 설계하고, XForms의 특징을 살려 성능 및 표현력을 개선한 브라우저를 구현하였다. 또한 오픈 API를 사용하는 모바일 블로그 서비스를 XForms기반 오픈 API 페이지들을 통해 작성함으로써 제안된 시스템의 표현력과 유연성을 증명하였다.

모바일 주소록 웹서비스를 위한 메시지 처리부

어플리케이션 간에 웹서비스를 이용한 통신이 증가함에 따라 SOAP 메시지를 처리하기 위한 웹 서비스 엔진이 널리 사용되고 있다. 웹서비스 클라이언트를 개발하기 위하여 WSDL로부터 바인딩 클래스를 자동 생성하는 Axis 기반의 방법이 흔히 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경의 J2ME Axis 엔진인 MIRAE 베타 버전을 이용한 웹서비스 클라이언트 구축 경험을 소개한다. MIRAE 엔진은 StAX 파서를 사용하며 바인딩 클래스의 자동 생성을 지원하지만, 생성된 클래스가 지나치게 커져서 모바일 환경에 탑재하기에 어려움이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 StAX 파서의 드라이버를 작성하여 메시지로부터 객체를 직접 바인딩 하도록 설계한 메시지 처리부를 소개한다. 이 방법은 필요한 데이터를 수신 SOAP 메시지로부터 직접 가져오고 전송할 때도 프로그램의 데이터를 바로 SOAP 메시지로 만들어 클라이언트의 코드 크기를 줄여준다.

Language & Information Society 25. This study is to investigate the expressional structure of Korean and Japanese languages based on the theory of structure in expressions. This contrastive study on expressional structure aims at identifying natural expressions of the languages beyond grammatical accuracy, which is meaningful in that this can be directly applied to the fields of language education and translation &interpretation as well. In particular, the study focuses on Japanese nominal structure, Noun + no + Noun. As a result of the study, Korean is considered as a strongly active language that describes an event specifically. On the other hand, Japanese is understood as a strongly passive language that tends to express a situation concisely and implicitly. This conclusion can be proved more certainly by analyzing statistic figures showing Korean verbal expressions and Japanese nominal expressions in real materials.

인라인 정규트리문법

형식 언어에서 XML 문서를 정의하는 방법으로 정규트리문법을 이용할 수 있다. 한편 XML 데이터에서 재귀와 반복과 같이 필요한 경우만을 제외하고 터미널 노드를 상위 노드의 직접 자식으로 여기는 것을 인라인이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 데이터 처리에서 사용되는 인라인 기법을 정규트리문법에 적용하여 터미널 노드만으로 이루어진 터미널 언어를 정의하고, 정규트리문법에 대응하는 인라인 정규트리문법을 소개한다. 또한 일반적인 정규트리문법으로부터 인라인 정규트리문법으로의 변환 알고리즘을 소개한다.

Prognostic significance of sequential ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT during frontline treatment of peripheral T cell lymphomas

Background/Aims: The prognostic significance of ¹⁸F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET/CT) in peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are controversial. We explored the prognostic impact of sequential ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT during frontline chemotherapy of patients with PTCLs. Methods: In total, 143 patients with newly diagnosed PTCLs were included. Sequential ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CTs were performed at the time of diagnosis, during chemotherapy, and at the end of chemotherapy. The baseline total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV) was calculated using the the standard uptake value with a threshold method of 2.5. Results: A baseline TMTV of 457.0 ㎤ was used to categorize patients into high and low TMTV groups. Patients with a high TMTV had shorter progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) than those with a low TMTV (PFS, 9.8 vs. 26.5 mo, p = 0.043; OS, 18.9 vs. 71.2 mo, p = 0.004). The interim ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT response score was recorded as 1, 2-3, and 4-5 according to the Deauville criteria. The PFS and OS showed significant differences according to the interim ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT response score (PFS, 120.7 vs. 34.1 vs. 5.1 mo, p < 0.001; OS, not reached vs. 61.1 mo vs. 12.1 mo, p < 0.001). Conclusions: The interim PET/CT response based on visual assessment predicts disease progression and survival outcome in PTCLs. A high baseline TMTV is associated with a poor response to anthracycline-based chemotherapy in PTCLs. However, TMTV was not an independent predictor for PFS in the multivariate analysis.

Treatment of discoid lupus erythematosus-induced alopecia with fractional photothermolysis laser

Chronic discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) of the scalp is a common cause of cicatrical alopecia. DLE has been often resistant to the traditional therapy including antimalarial drug such as hydroxychloroquine, systemic steroid, intralesional triamcinolone injection and surgical excision. Fractional laser has been proven effective in treating various hair disorders. Fractional laser has therapeutic effect by creating microscopic thermal zones in the scalp. Eventually, wound healing process may promote anagen hair follicle induction or acceleration of hair cycle progress. A 41-year old male presented with 5-cm sized bald patch on the scalp. Laboratory examination showed positive anti-neutrophil and anti-double strand DNA antibody. With impression of discoid lupus erythematosus, we applied fractional laser and intralesional steroid injection for the alopecic patch and could note favorable response after the 6 sessions of treatment at 4 weeks interval. Herein, we suggest fractional laser as an alternative treatment modality for DLE-induced alopecia.

Role of Soluble ST2 as a Marker for Rejection after Heart Transplant

Background and Objectives: Endomyocardial biopsy is obligatory during the first year after heart transplant (HTx) for the surveillance of acute rejection. Previous attempts using cardiac biomarkers for the detection of rejection failed to show enough evidence to substitute endomyocardial biopsy. Therefore, this study sought the possibility of using soluble ST2 (sST2), a novel cardiovascular marker, as a surrogate marker for acute allograft rejection after HTx. Subjects and Methods: A total of 494 blood samples acquired at the time of endomyocardial biopsy were analyzed in 67 HTx cases from September 2006 to August 2014. Significant rejection was defined as International Society of Heart and Lung Transplant (ISHLT) score ≥2R and humoral rejection accompanied by hemodynamic instability. Results: Twenty cases of HTx with 22 blood samples showed significant rejection in endomyocardial biopsy at 4.0 (2.0-9.0) months after HTx. The level of sST2 showed positive correlation with cardiac troponin I, and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (all p<0.001), and negative correlation with post-HTx months (p<0.001). The levels of sST2 according to the ISHLT scores were 36 (19-98), 28 (18-62), 15 (16-37), and 191 (85-343) ng/mL, consecutively 0R, 1R, 2R, and 3R+ (3R plus hemodynamically-unstable humoral rejection) (p=0.003). However, when we studied within-subject effects of sST2 using a mixed model, the sST2 level according to the predefined time point was not different according to the presence of significant rejection (p for interaction=0.94). Conclusion: Although sST2 is known as a promising predictor for cardiovascular events, its role in HTx patients to predict acute allograft rejection seems to be limited.

However, travel companies that provide package products because it is a company for the purpose of profit creation, by expanding the package option is only toward the high demand travel, have the disadvantage of only having a narrow travel selection. Therefore, in this paper, for people who want a variety of cultural experiences, and try to provide a wide travel information of more width and the concept of social commerce, combining the concept of a travel company that offers convenient travel planning services referred to as "Tour Social Commerce"We've developed an application. This complements the shortcomings of the existing package travel, and offer a wide travel information of more width, is expected to help travelers who have been frustrated to the existing package travel.

Postpartum Galactocele in Augmented Breast after Using Breast Pump Mimicking Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma: A Case Report

Post-partum galactocele is a common benign disease among breastfeeding women, whereas retromammary and peri-implant galactocele are relatively rare conditions. Herein, a 34-yearold, 1 month-postpartum female, who had augmentation mammoplasty and a 1-month history of breast pump use, presented with left breast enlargement for 2 weeks. An initial left breast US revealed hyperechoic peri-implant fluid collection. Additional US-guided fine needle aspiration was done using a 21G-needle, draining the milk component in the process, and cytologic results revealed numerous crystals, suggestive of galactocele. Various diseases, especially breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma, can cause peri-implant fluid collection in an augmented breast. Thus, correlating imaging features with clinical information and cytologic analysis plays an important role in appropriate management.
