        크롬(Ⅵ)의 체내 흡수와 소실속도에 관한 연구

        The CrO3 mostly used in plating. metal surface disposal, leather, cosmetic manufacturing, as an experiment material by repeatedly inhaling and exposure the male S.D. rats at a 0.00, 0.2., 0.50, 1.25 mg/㎡ concentration(particle size: 0.5-0.5 aerosol)6hours a day, 5day a week in 13weeks comparing with 2weeks, 8weeks of recovery group about the noxiousness of the experiment animal and the reduce scale of the CrO3 in the internal organ especially in blook and respiratory organ with the period of convalescent and clearance. The experiment results which we received are as follows. 1. In blood the RBC, HGB and HCT experiment, rats with 0.20, 0.50 mg/㎡ concentration showed that there were some decreases but not dependent. The kidneys absolute weight compared with control group was reduced intentionally(p〈0.05) and the lungs absolute weight compared with control group showed intentional increase(p〉0.05). 2. After the exposure of the experiment material, the whole blook, l\blood plasma and red blood cell in blood by (x): the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr concentration, was y=66.51 e -0.057x, y=67.2 e-0.101x, y=70.01 e-0.030 in 0.50 mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life (day)was estimated 12.0, 6086, 23.0 each. 3, After the exposure of the experiment material, the experiment animals lung, liver and kidneys by(x); the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr conentration, was y=1808 e-0.00493x, y=12.02e-0.0297x, y=67.61 e-0.0292x in 0.50mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life(day)was estimated 140.6, 23.3, 23.7, each, and including lung, liver with all of the experiment internal organs, the Cr clearance decreased as the exposure concentration increased.

      • SD Rats를 이용 1-hexene의 흡입독성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the acute (4 hours) and repeated-dose (6 hours a day, 5 days a week, 4 weeks) toxic effects of I -hexene on Sprague- Dawley (SD) rats which were treated by inhalation. The results were as follows; I. The median lethal concentration (LC_(50)) was estimated 52,694 ppm (confidence limit 95%; 49,494~55,447 ppm) in acute inhalation. Abnormal clinical signs related to the l-Hexene were not observed with the acute inhalation dose. Gross findings of necropsy revealed on evidence of specific toxicity related to the 1-hexene, II. By repeated inhalation exposure the body weight of male were more or less reduced by the dose of 2,500 ppm and 5,000 ppm compared with control group. However there were no significant variation hematology and blood biochemistry for the exposed rats compared with the control rats. Abnormal clinical signs and gross findings of necropsy related to the 1-hexene were not shown. In conclusion when we exposed I-hexene to SD rats for 4 weeks, 5 days per week, 6 hours per day, the Lowest observed effect level (LOEL) was over 2,500 ppm and Non observed effect level (NOEL) was below 500 ppm.

      • 수면확성기의 음향특성에 관한 연구

        To obtain the fundamental data on a surface speaker made to lure fish school by pure sound, three surface speakers were made of moving coil driver units of 75W and 50W respectively. Their frequency characteristic was measured in the range of 200 - 4mHz that could be used in luring fish school. The results of the measurements in air and sea are follows. 1. The input and output wave forms of a surface speaker were similar to each other in measurement frequencies in air. Then sound pressure of a surface speaker made of 75W driver units among them was over 130dB(0dB re 20μ Pa) in the range of 300 - 400Hz maximally. 2. When the surface speaker with 75W driver units emitted the measurement frequencies at sea. Sound pressure classified by the depth of water were over 140dB at 1m and 120dB at 20m(0dB re 1μ Pa) respectively.

        A reasonable analysis of cutting force in end milling may give much advantage to improvement of productivity and cutting tool life. In order to analyze cutting force, the cutting dynamics was modelled mathematically by using chip load, cutting geometry, and the relationship between cutting forces and the chip load. Specific cutting constants of the cutting dynamics model were obtained by average cutting forces, tool diameter, cutting speed, feed, axial depth, and radial depth of cut. The model is verified through comparisons of model predicted cutting forces with measured cutting forces obtained from machining experiments. The results showed good agreement and from that we could predict reasonably the cutting forces in end milling.

      • 수중 가청음에 대한 멸치 어군의 행동 반응

        A field experiment was carried out to confirm the effect of underwater sound on the luring of fish school using a surface speaker at the coast of Cheju Island. Underwater sounds that were emitted for the luring of fish school were the pure sound of which frequencies were 200Hz and 300Hz. 1. The sound pressure level of 100Hz. 200Hz. 300Hz. 500Hz and 1000Hz classified by the depth of water at sea were 95dB. 100dB. l00dB 80dB and 60dB at 1m. 90dB. 95dB. 88dB. 70dB and 45dB at 10m. 87dB, 90dB. 82dB. 65dB and 42dB at 20m respectively. 2. The effect of the emitted pure sound of 200Hz and 300Hz was remarkable for luring of fish school in about 30 minutes after sound emission. Then Sound pressure was 120 - 130dB. The lured fish school was the shoal of anchovy 3. The fact that anchovy school geathered at 200Hz and 300Hz suggested that this fish school did not show sensitive response to the change of frequencies.

        Biodegradable retinal fixation devices obtain mechnical fixation of the retina with desirable chorioretinal scarring and with the potential for local, sustained release of antimetabolites and steroids to inhibit proliferative vitreoretinopathy. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack with barb that was designed in order to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. This study was carried to evaluate the efficacy for retinal fixation and the capability for sustained release of drugs with a newly designed biodegradable retinal tack Biodegradable retinal tacks were made of polymers of glycolic acids and were designed with barbs in a shape to prevent the disinsertion. Biodegradale retinal tacks are divided into 3 parts, a conical portion that is inserted into the sclera, a cylinder portion that remains in the vitreous, and a neck portion between the pin and the cylinder. The tapered conical end was manufactured to allow easy insertion through the retina and choroid into the sclera. A cylinder portion was manufactured with a tapered angle that fixes firmly into the orifice of 19 gauge spinal needle. A neck portion, 0.4 mm in diameter, was designed to prevent disinsertion from following implantation of retinal tack. The applicator was a 19 gauge spinal needle and its orifice was prepared to 15°angle to accept the tapered cylinder portion of the retinal tack. The retinal tacks, secured in the needles, were passed through the formed vitreous and inserted into the retina, choroid, and sclera and were released by pushing the internal needle, usually within 2-3mm of the medullary ray of the posterior rabbit retina A retinal tack was placed in each of 8 pigmented rabbit eyes. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy and fundus photography were performed periodically from 1 day to 8 weeks after surgery. Eight eyes were enucleated and studied by light microscopy at 8 weeks. Biomicroscopic evaluation of the animals revealed edemas adjacent to the retinal surfaces immediately after insertion of the biodegradable retinal tacks in all the animals. These edemas disappeared after 1 week. The first noticeable change in the size of retinal tacks was shown after 2weeks. The size of the retinal tacks gradually got smaller, decreasing to about one-half at 4 weeks and about one-third at 8 weeks. All retinal tacks remained in inserted places without any movement for an 8 week period. On light microscopy, epiretinal proliferations were seen to extend into the vitreous cavity. Cellular capsules that lined the inner aspect of the scleral defect caused by tack insertion were found. However the adjacent retina had a normal cytologic appearance and architecture in all specimens. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack that is designed to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. All biodegradable retinal tacks reduce in size with time, but no retinal tacks extruded from the inserted place. The newly designed biodegradable retinal tack can be used for retinal fixation and may be used as a vehicle for the introduction of pharmacologic agents to prevent the cellular events that promote proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

      • 한국의 전자민주주의 : 정부부문을 중심으로

        본 논문은 정부의 정보제공 방식과 특성을 파악하고, 가상공간에서 정부와 시민 사회간의 의사소통 내용을 분석함으로써, 정부부문에서의 전자민주주의 현황을 평가함과 동시에 이의 실현을 위한 구체적인 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정보제공과 관련하여, 공개하는 정보의 질과 양, 그리고 자료의 갱신주기 등은 정부부처에 따라 매우 상이한 것으로 나타난다. 일반적으로 인터넷으로 제공되는 정보의 질적 · 양적 수준은 대민접촉이 빈번하고 국민 실생활과 직접 관련되는 부서(즉, 교육부, 노동부, 보건복지부, 환경부 등)일수록 높은 것으로 보인다. 반면, 대민접촉이 그다지 활발하지 않은 부서의 경우 상대적으로 정보에 대한 수요가 많지 않고, 그에 따라 정보의 수준도 낮은 것으로 판단된다. 한편 정보의 보다 효율적인 제공을 위한 방안으로서, 정부 홈페이지는 현재 관련 사이트에만 국한되어 있는 항해기능을 좀 더 확대하여 정보유통 네트워크의 핵심 결절점 역할을 수행할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 관련 연구소의 주요 정보, 즉 정책정보, 현황정보, 통계정보 등의 목록 및 소재 정보를 제공하고 그에 연계될 수 있는 링크기능을 확보해야 한다. 아울러 모든 정부기관이 보유하고 있는 현황정보나 정책정보에 대해 총괄적으로 검색할 수 있는 기능을 담당하는 기관으로서 청와대 홈페이지의 위상을 재정립 할 필요가 있다. 청와대는 행정부 전체의 활동을 총괄적으로 관장하는 기관이며, 또한 현재 홈페이지 접속 빈도도 매우 높기 때문에 이 기능을 수행하는데 가장 적합하다고 볼 수 있다. 가상공간에서 정부와 시민간의 의사소통은 진지하고 건설적인 방식으로만 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보인다. 행정상담이나 정보요청을 제외하면, 대부분은 항의성 메일, 일방적인 비난 · 비방으로 채워져 있고, 정책토론이나 정책건의와 같은 발전적인 논의는 극히 일부라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 가상공간을 '사이버 아고라'로 만들려던 정부의 시도가 별 성과를 거두지 못한 데에는 정부의 안이한 대응에도 책임이 있다. 따라서 정부는 의사소통의 공간을 체계적으로 조직화 할 방안을 도출해 야 한다. 우선 행정상담 및 시민게시판의 효과적인 운영을 위해서는, 문의란과 답변란의 구별운영, 담당자의 즉각적 회신, 분야별 Q&A의 활성화 등이 시급하다. 둘째, '자유게시판' 코너의 운영을 개선하기 위해서는, 시민들의 의견에 대해 담당기관에서 적극적으로 대응할 필요가 있다. 또한 게시판의 주제에 맞지 않는 내용에 대해서는 네티즌의 의견을 물은 후 삭제하거나, 게시자에게 경고 후 접근을 제한하는 방법도 신중하게 고려할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 주제별 정책토론의 생산적 결과를 위해서는, 주제선택에 있어서의 시의성 고려, 토론에 필요한 자료의 확보, 담당자들의 적극적인 개입, 그리고 토론성과를 통한 정책반영 노력 등이 필요할 것이다.

      • 양돈폐수의 발생 및 처리특성

        The importance of livestock industry, espeaally swine raising industry(SRI) in Cheju-do is regarding as the one of major livestock policy to cope with UR. However, with reverse funtction following the promoting of SRI concert of environment pollution caused by livestock wastewater, as it were, the pollution of underground water that is a resource of water supply severly appears. In this study, we(investigators) analyzed the present condition and prospect of SRI of indicated as a major resource of water pollution. Also we did a research the production of wastewater caused by SRI and characteristics of waste dqmsal. Therefore we indicate a basc materials for statistics to plan the pnnotmg of SRI and the preservation of the environment. The result of this study are summanzed as foIbws. 1. The distribution Breedding of swine bredmg in Cheju-do is localized at westem part of Cheju-do. 2. Breeding head number of swine in Cheju-do is berg expeded from 161,740 in 1993 to 699,704 in 2011. Therefore the quantity of wastewater mfer 8,396 to be increased. 3. The wastewater cad by SRI is handled by Storing liquefied fertilim method and simphcity purificaticm method for the mose part.
