        다발성 외상시 응급 초음파검사의 의의

        The Evaluation of blunt abdominal trauma is clinically challenging. Abdominal computed to-mography(CT) and diagnostic peritoneal lavage(DPL) has become primary diagnostic modali-ty in advanced trauma life support(ATLS). But DPL is invasive study with potential for the patients. Monitoring and resuscitation are usually suboptimal during there examinations. We examined the efficacy and role of emergency ultrasonographic(US) studies in the initial abdominal evaluation of blunt trauma patients. A prospective study was carried out on 101 blunt trauma patients from 1994, June to September. 101 patients underwent real-time US ex-amination of the chest and abdomen. Indication for emergency US included the cases of shock (systolic blood pressure<90mmHg) or tachycardia (pulse rate/min.>100) in blunt trauma pa-tients. US showed a sensitivity of 96.2%, specificity 98%, accuracy 97% in regard to indica-tion for surgery in case of blunt abdominal or thoracic trauma. US saves time, and it can be performed during the emergency care in the emergency department. US showes high sensitivity and specificty, and is the method of first choice in the evaluation of blunt trauma.

        혼수상태의 외상환자에서 초음파를 이용한 흉부 및 복부손상의 진단

        The need for rapid diagnosis and treatment of life-threatening thoracic and intra-abdominal injury result in controversy over the appropriate triage of unconscious blunt trauma patients. To aid in early decisions for these patients, a prospective analysis of 98 patients with glasgow coma scale(GCS) scores≤8 was undertaken. Although intra-thoracic and intra-abdominal injuries were frequently identified based on systolic blood ressure, the use of clinical signs alone resulted in more missed injuries than did using the emergency ultrasonography. In normotensive patients(n=34), intra-thoracic injuries was identified in one patient(2.9%), and intra-abdominal injuries were in 7 patients(20.6%). In shock(systolic blood pressure<90mmHg) Pa-tients(n=64), thoracic injuries and intra-abdominal injuries were diagnosed in 8(12.5%) and 27 patients(42.3%), thoracic and abdominal combined injuries were identified in 11 patients(17.2%). The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of emergency ultrasonography were 96.3%, 91.7%, 94.9%. This study suggests that all unconscious trauma patients undergo immediate emergency ultrasonography to prevent missing life-threatening injuries.

        According to the increase of organizational complexity and the change of rapid information technology environment, many firms have shifted their information technology(IT) strategy from developing information systems in-house to purchasing application software such as Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. Marketing and Sales functions within a Korean automotive part company include developing new assembly products, determining pricing, taking customer's orders, and shipping assembly products to customers. Marketing and Sales Information System(MSIS) in ERP system plays an important role in next Production Planning process. MSIS also makes management reporting and decision making faster and more uniform throughout an organization. MSIS promotes thinking about corporate goals, as opposed to thinking only about the goals of a single department or functional area. This paper intends to design and implement a MSIS in ERP systems for Korean automotive part company using object-oriented methodology. In order to accomplish the implementation of MSIS in ERP system, we employed UML as its standard modeling language. In this study, four diagramming techniques such as use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, component diagram among eight modeling techniques are used for analyzing hierarchical business process. In traditional marketing and sales function, a company with an unintegrated information system can have marketing and sales data that is data redundant or inaccurate. MSIS integrated in ERP system can solve the sales forecast problem, which minimizes the total costs of production, inventory, and transportation under constraints of production capacity. Also, the use of UIVIL methodology makes S/W programmers shorten the phase of analysis and design in the implementation of MSIS system, and increase the reuse of software and the interoperability with corporate internal information system.

      • 준설수심에 따른 사천만의 해수유동 특성에 관한 연구

        This study on the characteristics of the tidal current at the half closed bay selected Sachoˇn Bay located in the western Kyung-nam area as the object location of the study. Then, I analyzed the current with the varying dredging depth after the depth integral of the three Dimensional continuous equation and Navier-stokes equation. The study would get the following results, and the results could be used meamingfully as the analysis material about the dredging depth's influnce on the surrounding ocean when developing the coastal port. 1. When measuring the tidal current, there is a bit dispersion in the current direction of the observed object, but it is the wind effect at the bay. Considering that the calculated result is the shallow-water equation integranted in depth, the results can be concluded to in accored with my expectancy. 2. In case of reclaiming and dredging, the flow velocity and direciton change constantly, compared with the present condition. 3. At the wide bay dredge depth does not arrect the level of the ocean, but in case of inflow from the flood, the increase of the inflow of the river water affects the level of the ocean. 4. As the dredge depth grows deep, the maximum flood tidal current and obb tidal current at the front coast of the reclaimed decreases a little. However, the wide area Pc-7~Pc-9 doesn't show any change. As we saw in the above result, feacturcs of the tidal current as the level of the ocean and the current velocity don't change in the aspect of the ocean engineering even if we increase the degree of the dredge depth up to 6m in Sachoˇn Bay

      • 二次元 壁面 噴流에 대한 基礎的 硏究

        The structure of a plane turbulent wall jet was investigated experimentally. The aspect ratio of the nozzle which was used was 25.4. The measurement of mean velocity and turbulent intensity was carried out at various positions by use of a hot wire anemometer. The results showed that the mean velocity profiles were reduced to a certain profile when the nondimensional velocity, U/Um was plotted as a function of the nondimensional height, y/b_2. And it is showed that the half value distance can be represented as a linear equation of x, the distance from the nozzle exit. the turbulent intensity, u/U has the maximum value when the nondimensional height, y/b_2 is equal to 1.6 and turbulent intensity v/U has the maximum value when y/b_2 is 1.9.

      • 스포츠 동기 질문지의 타당화 : Ⅱ. 이론모델의 검증

        본 연구는 스포츠 동기 질문지(SMS)의 이론구조모델을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 430명의 대학과 실업팀 선수들을 대상으로 스포츠 동기의 이론모델의 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 LISREL 8.12 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석이 시행되었다. 원래의 25문항 질문지를 이용한 이론 모델의 모든 부합도 지수들은 수용 불가능한것으로 나타났다. 따라서 연구 1이 측정모델에서 확인된 14문항을 바탕으로 3개의 대안모델이 제시되었다; 기본모델, 완전모델, 전환모델. 분석결과 Butt의 이론모델(기본모델)이 다른 두 대안모델에 비하여 가장 좋은 지수를 보이며 모델로서 인정되었다. 그러나 모든 모델이 GFI, AGFI는 권장수준 이상이나 CFI, NNFI는 수용 가능한 범위를 보이며 다소 미흡한 지수를 보였다. 기타 제안모델의 추정계수들에 대한 통계적 정보를 제공해주는 세부적인 검증에 의한 t-value, 표준화 계수값, 측정오차에 의한 평가는 Butt가 제안한 이론 모델만을 지지해주는 것으로 나타났다. The present study was designed to test the validity as a structural model of SMS, Sport Motivations Scale that aggressive motivation and conflict are most likely to lead to competitive social motivation while competence is most likely to lead to cooperative social motivation. The models were tested by SMS data collected from 430 players of university and professional teams. The LISREL 8.12 computer program was employed to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis to access the tenability of theoretical model of sport motivations. A structural model by original 25-items SMS was showed unacceptable index, therefore, suggested three-alternative models(basic model, exchange model, and full model) by 14-items that verified on study I. The test result was that Butt's theoretical model(basic model) showed the most acceptable index more than other two-models. But basic model, exchange model and full model were turned out to be above the recommended guidelines on GFI, AGFI, while to be below on CFI, NNFI. In addition, others fit measures tests by t-value by goodness of fit. Standardized beta coefficients and measurement error was revaled that they supported only Butts's model.

      • 운용자금의 한도를 고려한 설비투자대안의 선정 방법

        일반적인 설비투자대안의 분석에서는 수익과 지출을 순현금흐름으로 고쳐 이것을 MARR을 이용하여 평가하여 왔다. 이러한 분석방법은 순현금흐름에 대한 수익과 지출을 모두 같은 MARR로 평가한 것이다. 그러나 실제문제에 있어서는 수익부분과 지출부분에 적용되는 이율은 서로 다르며 자금의 운영면에서 볼 때 일정금액의 한도까지는 운영자금을 MARR보다 수익율은 낮으나 즉시 인출이 용이한 곳에 투자를 하며 그 이상인 경우 장기적금등 비교적 금리가 높은 곳에 투자를 할 수 있다. 또한 설비투자나 운영비가 보유금액을 초과할 경우 이들에 적용되는 이자율은 MARR과 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설비투자대안의 분석에서 운영비의 실제활용 상태를 분석하고 이를 초기운영비를 MARR로 평가한 가치와 비교하여 그 비율을 이용하여 최적설비투자 대안을 선정하는 방법을 제시하므로서 가장 현실에 부합되는 대안을 선정하는 방법을 제시하였다. The general method of analysis and selection of alternatives is to evaluate the net cash flows with MARR. This method is to evaluate equally the cash flows of receipts and disbursements. But, in the real situation the applied interest rate to them is different, namely, some amounts of the operating cost is invested to the places which gain low interests in order to withdraw the operating costs easily and the others are deposited to the long term installment deposit to gain the higher interest. Also, in the case the amount of investment or operating costs exceeds the limit of holdings, the rate of return applied to them is different to MARR. Therefore this study analysis the real cash flows of alternatives and evaluate each cash follows with proper rate of return, and suggests the method of evaluating and selecting the most appropriate one which has the largest ratio that is the result of the FW of real cash flows evaluated with proper rate of return /the FW of initial amount of operation cost evaluated with MARR.

      • 14각형 헥사아자 거대고리 구리(II)착물과 음이온의 반응에 미치는 리간드의 치환기 효과

        Reactions of copper(In complexes of 1, 8-dimethyl-, 1, 8-diethyl-, and 1, 8-dipropyl-1, 3, 6, 8, 11, 13-hexaazacyclotertradecanes(A, B, and C, respectively) with halide and pseudohalide ions have been studied in aqueous solutions by spectrophotometric method. It is observed that the equilibrium constants(K) of these reactions decrease with the ligand structure in the order A> B>C for anions and decrase with the anions in the order SCN^(-)>N_(3)^(-)>Br^(-)>Cl^(-) for complexes. The values of K increased with increasing temperature. Thermodynamic parameters obtained from the equilibrium constants are investigated.

      • 진양호 수질의 영양상태 평가에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to assess trophic state of Chinyang Lake using monthly water quility data in 1998, and to suggest adequate protection method of water supply source. The results of water quality variations and trophic states were evaluated as follows; 1. Algae had rapidly grown from June, and this resulted in the increase of pH, Chlorophyll-a and COD. 2. The annual average ratio of COD by algal biomass to total COD was estimated to be 12% and had the highest value of 31.6% in June. 3. The ration of T-N/T-P was 53.7, and phosphorus became the liming factor for the eutrophication. 4. When considering T-P and Chlorophyll-a concentration, Chinyang Lake seems to be eutrophic state. 5. From the evaluation by TSI & LTSI methods, Chinyang Lake could become rapidly into eutrophic state.

        It is most important how to select the priorities of cost down elements for cost reduction. Forced evaluation method of product's function is most reasonable tool selecting the priorities of cost down elements for cost reduction than any other techniques. This paper developed the contents as a view point fo V.E (Value Engineering) technique with a case of K.Co. producing water sprayer. This paper would be applied to cost reduction all of the other products.
