In the last few years, sharing economy platforms have become popular, and they have changed consuming activities and the ecosystem of businesses. One of the most popular platforms is Airbnb which provides accommodation sharing services. Airbnb continues to gain popularity at an astonishing rate at the global level, with the total number of users. But even on the same Airbnb platform, performance (i.e., booking rate) differs depending on the host. Nevertheless, there is a lack of research on what factors influence these different outcomes and in which cases higher outcomes are achieved. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to (1) identify the factors influencing high booking rates and (2) explore which configurations of these factors produce high booking rates. In this study, the factors affecting the high booking rate are divided into three areas: reputation, service quality, and price sensitivity. Data collected from 500 New York city accommodations were used for the analysis. In this study, the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) approach was applied to find the configurational patterns of influential factors that lead to high performance (i.e., booking rates). As a result, a total of four patterns were derived. This study has a theoretical contribution to derive the factors influencing the high booking rate in the sharing economy platform. There is also a practical contribution to suggesting Airbnb hosts strategic implications about what factors should be considered important to achieve higher booking rates.

Development of stable rCHO cell lines is still time consuming and labor intensive, although it is a critical step in the commercial development of recombinant antibodies. The current work demonstrates, for the first time, that electroporation of CHO cells with DMSO can enhance stable expression of recombinant antibodies in rCHO cells. Electroporation with DMSO resulted in an average 3.7-fold and 2.8-fold increases in expression levels of aflibercept and pembrolizumab, respectively, in pools of stable rCHO cells. It also resulted in an average of 2.2-fold and 2.6-fold increases in the expression of aflibercept and pembrolizumab, respectively, in single-cell derived rCHO clones. Simple batch cultures of rCHO cell clones with the highest expression produced 1.0 g/l for aflibercept and 1.4 g/l for pembrolizumab without a time-consuming gene amplification process. Electroporation with DMSO also shortened the development of rCHO cell lines to 2-3 months, allowing rapid establishment of stable rCHO cell lines with a desirable expression level antibodies.
하수슬러지의 응집조건 최적화를 통한 필터프레스 탈수성 개선

본 연구는 하수처리장에서 발생하는 슬러지의 함수율 저감을 위해 가압탈수 방식의 필터프레스 탈수를 적용하고 응집조건에 따른 탈수성 개선을 평가하였다. 필터프레스 탈수시 슬러지의 탈수성 향상을 위한 전처리로 응집제의 종류, 주입량, pH 등을 다르게 하여 다양한 응집조건을 적용하였다. 응집조건에 따른 탈수성의 향상은 제타전위의 변화와 여과속도(Time to filter, TTF) 및 필터프레스 탈수 후 여과케이크의 함수율을 측정하여 분석하였다. 응집 전처리에 따른 탈수성 평가 결과 무기응집제의 적용이 필터프레스 탈수에 적합하였다. 혼합슬러지의 경우 고형물 함량 대비 70 mg/gTS의 PAC. pH 10, 소화슬러지의 경우 고형물 함량 대비 100 mg/gTS의 PAC, pH 6이 최적 응집조건으로 나타났다. 최적 응집 조건을 적용하여 필터프레스 탈수 결과 여과케이크의 함수율은 각각 57%와 65%로 기존 원심탈수 슬러지 대비 함수율을 19~27% 정도 저감할 수 있었다. This study applied a filter press for dewatering that uses pressure to reduce the water content of sludge generated in sewage treatment plants and evaluated the improvement of dewaterability under various coagulation conditions according to the type of coagulants, amounts, and pH conditions. The improvement of dewaterability was evaluated by measurement of time to filter (TTF), change in zeta potential, and sludge cake generated after filter press dewatering. It was found that under the applied coagulation conditions, inorganic coagulants were suitable for filter press dewatering. The optimum conditions were PAC with a dose of 70 mg/gTS, pH 10 for mixed sludge, and PAC with a dose of 100 mg/gTS, pH 6 for anaerobically digested sludge. Under optimal coagulation conditions, the water content of the sludge cake was 57% and 65%, respectively, marking a reduction by 19-27% compared to conventional centrifuge dewatering.

<P>A facile and straightforward method is suggested to synthesize nanoporous-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> thin films for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Silver/TiO<SUB>2</SUB> co-sputtering led to the formation of nanocomposite films which consisted of silver nanoclusters with surrounding TiO<SUB>2</SUB> matrices, and metal particles were subsequently etched by just immersing in nitric acid. Nanoporous-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> DSSCs fabricated by this simple and effective process showed power-conversion efficiencies of up to 3.4% at a thickness of only 1.8 μm, which is much superior to that of conventional nanoparticulate-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> DSSCs with similar thickness.</P>
Nanostructural analysis of ZnO:Al thin films for carrier-transport mechanisms

The carrier mobility of sputter-deposited Al-doped ZnO transparent-conducting (ZnO:Al) thin films was controlled between 22 and 48 cm2/Vs by varying the ZnO:Al seed layer. The statistical distribution of the [001] grain misorientation was characterized from the X-ray diffraction rocking curve in the range from 0.043 (2.5) to 0.179 rad (10.2). The grain-boundary energy barriers (Eb) from Seto’s model [1] clearly exhibit linear dependence on the grain-boundary misorientation angle (u) according to the equation Eb ¼ 78 4 þ 173 32 u meV.
Electronic transport and carrier concentration in conductive ZnO:Ga thin films

Transparent and conductive Ga-doped ZnO (ZnO:Ga) films were post-annealed after sputter deposition, and their structural and electrical properties were investigated. Post-annealing led to an improvement of crystallinity along the [001] direction, but did not change lateral grain size. Therefore, carrier concentration and electron mobility of films were analyzed as a function of crystallinity. The electrical parameters were obtained with both optical reflectance based on the Drude free-electron model and the Hall method, and similar tendencies were observed within the two methods. Even though the lowest resistivity was demonstrated by the film annealed at 550 ℃, the optimum values for carrier concentration and mobility were observed in films with different post-annealing temperatures.
