This study was carried out to demonstrate the removal characteristics of organic materials & nutrients in attached growth process applied Synthetic Wasted Polyethylene Media which is reused from wasted vinyl in rural. The results are as follows: 1. Removal efficiencies were indicated COD_(cr), 91.4, 92.4, 93.9%, T-N 56.9, 61.4, 65.1% and all T-P 45% or more with HRT 10, 12, 14 respectively. 2. It is indicated BOD volume load 0.18~0.40kg/ ㎥ ·d, COD volume load 0.28~0.53kg/ ㎥ ·d and NH₄-N volume load 0.12kg/ ㎥ ·d respectively. In conclusion, It is showed activated sludge process is replaced with this process applied Synthetic Wasted Polyethylene Media and this process is considered the methods that solve wasted vinyl troubling in a rural.

A 12-year-old, female miniature pinscher dog with history of fever and vaginal discharge 3 days ago was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. A diagnosis of pyometra was made by survey of abdominal radiographs and ultrasonography. The uterus appeared as convoluted and tubular appearance filled with anechoic to hypoechoic fluid. Ovariohysterectomy was the choice of cervical patency. Medical therapy for pyometra may be appropriate in bitches that were of breeding age and that were not systemically ill. The surgery was fine. After 1 week, the dog was getting better.

In this paper, the speed control of induction motor was researched by presenting indirect vector control algorithm to improve the dynamic performance of induction motor, resulting in quick response characteristics such as DC motor. Speed detecting method was used by M/T method and made the simple speed calculation of the algorithm using the HSI.0 pin and HSI_TIME of 80C196KC. It was used each PI controller for current controller and speed controller of control algorithm, 80C196KC to CPU for fast velocity processing computation in designing the current harmonics of voltage sourace inverter. We would like to confirm through experiment the relatively fast response velocity with variable command-speed, applying proposed system to 5[HP] 3φ induction motor.

Unsteady-state temperature distributions and thermal deformations for spindle system with built-in motor according to spindle type are studied. In this analysis, three dimensional model of spindle system is built considering heat transfer characteristics such as natural and forced convection coefficients. Temperature distributions and thermal deformations are analyzed by using the finite element method. Results of analysis according to the spindle type are compared.
EXTENDED KALMAN FILTER를 이용한 유도전동기 벡터 제어

This paper presents a detailed study of the extended Kalman filter(EKF) for estimating the rotor speed of an induction motor drive. The general structure of the Kalman filter is reviewed and the various system vectors and matrices are defined. By including the rotor speed as a state variable, the EKF equations are established from a discrete two axis model of the three-phase induction motor. using the software MATLAB/Simulink, simulation of the EKF speed estimation algorithm is carried out for an induction motor drive with direct self control. The investigations show that the EKF is capable of tracking the actual rotor speed provided that the elements of the covariance matrices are properly selected. Moreover, the performance of the EKF is satisfactory even in the presence of noise or when there are variations in the indution machine parameters.

내열성의 cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase)를 이용하여 열에 안정한 싸이클린 텍스트린 (CD)을 생산하기 위하여 매우 높은 CGTase 활성을 보이는 고열성이며 호알카리성인 B-13 세균을 분리하여 형태적, 생리학적 특성과 16S 리보솜 RNA 서열분석 등을 통하여 Bacillus cereus B-13으로 동정하였다. Bacillus cereus B-13을 2% 가용성 전분, 1% 효모 추출물, 1% Na_(2)CO_(3) 등을 함유하는 SYC 배지 (pH 8.5)에 접종하여 50℃에서 24시간 배양하였을 때 최고의 CGTase 활성(130 U/ml)을 보였다. 또한 부분 정제된 CGTase의 작용 최적 온도와 pH는 각각 65℃, pH 8.5-9.0 이었고 80℃이하와 pH 5.0-10.0에서 안정하였다. 1% 가용성 전분을 부분 정제한 CGTase와 작용 시켰을 때 49%의 CD 수율을 보였다. To produce a thermostable cyclodextrin by using thermotolerant cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase(CGTase), a thermophilic and alkalophilic bacterium isolate, designated B-13 showing the highest CGTase activity was isolated from natural sources and identified as Bacillus cereus B-13 based on the morphological and physiological characteristics, and 16S rRNA sequence. The maximal CGTase activity (130 U/ml) was obtained when Bacillus cereus B-13 was cultured in SYC medium containing 2.0% soluble starch, 1.0% yeast extracts, 1% corn steep liquor and 1% Na_(2)CO_(3) (pH 8.5) at 50℃ for 24 h and about 80% of maximal activity was also showed in the culture broth of 60℃ for 18 h . Optimum reaction temperature and pH of the partial purified CGTase for soluble starch were 65℃ and pH 8.5-9.0, respectively. The partial purified CGTase were also stable below 80℃ and pH 5.0-10.0. When 1% soluble starch was digested with the partial purified CGTase, the yield of cyclodextrin was 49%.
공간전압벡터 PWM 방식을 이용한 유도전동기의 속도제어

In this paper, the speed control system of Induction motor was proposed using vector control algorithm and space voltage vector PWM method to improve the dynamic performance of induction motor. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and the current controller using space voltage vector PWM technique. The high-speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by TMS320C31 digital signal processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through digital simulations and experiments for 3.7[kw] induction motor and shows good dynamic performance.
