작잠( Antheraea pernyi) arylphorin의 항체를 이용한 수종의 나비목 야생 견사곤충들 간의 면역학적 비교

작잠 arylphorin 항 혈청을 사용하여 천잠, 가중나무 산누에 나방 및 옥색긴꼬리 산누에나방의 5령 유충의 혈림프, 피부, 지방체, 중장 및 실샘에 대한 종(species) 공통항원의 존재 여부를 비교ㆍ검토하였다. 4개종은 혈림프, 피부, 지방체, 중장실샘 등 종별 조직에 따라 다소간 검출유무의 차이는 있으나 작잠 arylphorin 항 혈청에 대한 공통항원의 존재는 4종의 야생곤충 모두에서 확인되었으며, 특히 혈림프에서 가장 강력한 항원-항체 반응이 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과에서 A. pernyi arylphorin은 천잠 등 4개의 공시곤충들의 공통 조상유전자로부터 유래한 단백질일 가능성이 높은 것으로 사료된다. The occurences of proteins relating to Antheraea pernyi arylphorin in haemolymph, fat body, integument, midgut and silkgland of the wild silkmoths, Antheraea yamamai, Antheraea pernyi, Samia cynthia pryeri and Actias gnoma in the 5th larval instar were investigated by immunoblot analysis using mouse polyclonal antibody against A. pernyi arylphorin as probe. In A. yamamai, A. pernyi, S. cynthia pryeri and A. gnoma, the major immunoreactive antigenic proteins with a molecular weight of 80 KDa against the antisera of the A. pernyi arylphorin were clearly observed in the haemolymph, but in the integument, fat body, midgut and silkgland of the corresponding wild silkmoths the presence of the immunoreactive proteins were very variable. These results suggest that the A. pernyi arylphorin has almost same immunological identity with those of the wild silkmoths, A. yamamai, S. cynthia pryeri and A. gnoma though the distribution of the corresponding antigenic arylphorins is different according to the tissues of the wild silkmoths.

This study examined the moderating effect of intrinsic motivation in the relationship between counselor`s job stress and burnout. Participants included 226 counselors working in a counseling organization who completed questionnaires related to job stress, intrinsic motivation, and burnout. The findings indicated that counselor stress was positively related with burnout but negatively related with intrinsic motivation. Counselor burnout was negatively correlated with intrinsic motivation but positively correlated with job stress. In addition, efficacy (a sub-factor of intrinsic motivation) moderated the relationship between job-stress and burnout. These results showed that efficacy can be a critical factor in preventing counselor burnout due to job-stress. These findings also highlight the need for educational curricula in college counseling programs for counselor trainees.

탑뷰 기반 주차 지원 시스템 (Top- View Based Parking Assistance System)은 차량의 전자장치 기술과 영상 기반 제어 기술을 융합하여 운전사들의 판단 및 조작 실수로 인한 경제적 손실이나 운전자들의 주차에 대한 중압감을 해소한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 구현하기 위하여 차량의 전, 후, 좌, 우, 네 위치에 카메라를 장착하였고 각 카메라의 높이, 초점거리, 렌즈의 종류와 지면에 대한 각 등을 공식화하여 영상-지면 좌표 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 추출된 영상을 확대, 축소, 회전, 조합 등의 영상처리를 이용하여 차량의 위에서 내려다보는 것과 같은 영상을 생성하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 VC++을 이용하여 소프트웨어 어플리케이션으로 개발하였다.

암환자의 통증치료에 대한 $Ultracet^{(R)}$의 유효성과 안전성

Purpose: We aimed to investigate the efficacy and side effects of $Ultracet^{(R)}$ in relieving cancer pain in setting. Methods: Sixty-one cancer patients over 18 years old, who had cancer pain with or without medication, were enrolled. Pain and other variables were evaluated before and after treatment with $Ultracet^{(R)}$ for 2 weeks, using Korean version of Brief Pain Inventory. Results: Of 61 patients with assessable efficacy data, the maximum pain intensity(PI) experienced in a day were $5.18{\pm}1.41\;and\;4.82{\pm}1.94$, before and after treatment with$Ultracet^{(R)}$ respectively (P=0.113). The minimum PI experienced in a day were $1.2{\pm}1.05\;and\;0.87{\pm}1.35$, before and after treatment with $Ultracet^{(R)}$, respectively (P=0.038). The average PI experienced in a day were $3.61{\pm}1.01\;and\;3.15{\pm}1.73$, before and after treatment with $Ultracet^{(R)}$, respectively (P=0.022). The current PI were $3.63{\pm}1.25\;and\;2.85{\pm}1.94$, before and after treatment with $Ultracet^{(R)}$, respectively (P=0.003). Regarding the quality of life, only mood changed for the better in 49 patients who were treated with $Ultracet^{(R)}$ alone ($1.98{\pm}1.73\;and\;1.35{\pm}1.15$, before and after treatment respectively; P=0.046). There were five (8.2%) adverse events associated with $Ultracet^{(R)}$ treatment. Conclusion: $Ultracet^{(R)}$ seems effective and safe in ambulatory patients with cancer pain.

깍두기의 熟成에 미치는 減壓 및 Polyethylene Film 包裝處理 效果

Kacdugi fermented in the subatomospheric pressure(350㎜Hg) and polyethylene film package to improve the quality and to investigate the effect of fermentative control at 25℃. Brix degree, acidity, vitamin C content and number of total microbe and Lactobacilli was determined and also, the edible period of kacdugi was checked up by sensory assessment.<br/> The increasing rate of brix degree during kacdugi fermentation was high in the subatomo-spheric pressure, but decreased at the last period of fermentation as same tendency to the control, and it was preferably increased at the last period of fermentation in the polyethylene film package. However, the acidity was higher in the control than sbuatomospheric pressure but it was low in the polyethylene film package. Vitamin C content was high in the control at beginning and middle period of fermentation but high in sbuatomospheric pressure, and was low in the polyethylene film package at the last period of fermentation. The number of Lactobacilli was more in the subatomospheric pressure and polyethylene film package than the control, but it was suddenly incressed for the total microbe in the polyethylene film package at last period of fermentation.<br/> The edible periods of kacdugi by the sensory assessment of sour flavor, hardness and complex flavor was second days in the control. third days in the polyethylene film package, and fifth days in the subatomospheric pressure after soaking.

고추과실의 연화와 관련한 pectin질의 변화를 조사할 목적으로 성숙단계별 조세포벽 시료로부터 분리한 pectin질을 화학적인 방법에 의하여 IAP와 CBP로 분획한 후 gel연과를 통한 개략적인 분자량변화를 살펴보았다.<br/> 고추과실이 연화되는 동안 세포벽 pectin을 구성하는 polyuronide는 IAP에서 보다 CBP에서 증가율이 높았는데 이것은 이와 결합한 hemicellulose의 분해에 기인하였고 이 hemicellulose분해물 중에서는 galactose가 가장 많았다.<br/> IAP의 개략적인 평균분자량은 성숙 연화하는 동안 60만에서 250만으로 고분자화하였고 CBP는 450만에서 20만으로 저분자화하였는데 CBP저분자화의 주된 원인은 이에 결합된 hemicellulose의 분해에 기인되는 것 같았다. Pectic substance of hot pepper crude cell wall was fractionated during ripening and softening. The pectic substance was divided ionically associated pectin(IAP) and covalently bounded pectin with hemicellulose(CBP). And then, the composition and the modification of the pectic substance using gel filtration chromatography were studied.<br/> The polyuronide associated with the CBP increaed owing to decreasing of pectin bound hemicellulose linked to galactose by the turning stage showed softening. The molecular weight profiles of IAP shifted from low molecular weight profiles of IAP shifted from low molecular weight to high molecular weight polymers. While, the CBP changed from high molecular weight to low molecular weight polymers during ripening.<br/> It is suggested that the changes in the pectic substance associated with fruit softening should involve the alteration of CBP-bound hemicellulose like galactan.
