The 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3) was synthesized by allylthiolation and amination in order to discover antitumor candidates. We considered a reaction condition like solvent, catalyst and reaction time in order to find optimal reaction for the preparation of 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3). 3-Allylthio-6-chloropyridazine(2) was prepared from the reaction of 3,6-dichloropyridazine(1) with allylmercaptan and sodium hydroxide. The aniline moiety was introduced into 6-position of pyridazine ring of compound 2. The aminations for 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine(3) were performed by refluxing for 3h in n-butanol with NH_(4)Cl(method A), 5h in ethanol with NH_(4)Cl(method B) and 6h in n-butanol with Cu powder(method C). The combination of NH_(4)Cl/n-butanol/3h was found to provide a convenient method for giving 3-allylthio-6-anilinopyridazine in satisfactory yields.
Al-Ti-Cr 합금계 L1_2기지 합금의 800℃에서의 상안정성

Relationship between the phase stability and the composition of L1_2-based Ti-Al-Cr alloys at 800℃ was investigated. It was found that the yield strength of Al-21Ti-23Cr and Al-21Ti-15Cr alloys with Ti-lean composition after exposure at 800℃showed a relatively small increase compared with that of alloys homogenized at 1150℃. However, yield strength of al-30Ti-15Cr alloy with Ti-rich composition after exposure at 800℃ increased very remarkably. The difference in strength increment after exposure at 800℃ was due to the partial decomposition of L1_2 phase in Al-21Ti-23Cr and Al-21Ti-15Cr alloys, and the complete decomposition of L1_2 phase in al-30Ti-15Cr alloy. Therefore, alloys with Ti-lean composition were expected more suitable for light heat resistant and oxidation resistant coating material with respect to stability of L1_2 phase. It was also revealed that the phase decomposition of L1_2 phase resulted from the shift of L1_2 phase region to Al-rich corner in Al-Ti-Cr phase diagram with decreasing temperature.
GSIS를 이용한 소하천 경계경보 발령기준 설정 및 관리방안에 관한 연구

최근 홍수피해의 문제점을 분석해 보면 기상 이변으로 집중호우가 발생하고 특히, 국지적인 호우에 의한 돌발홍수(flash flood)로 인한 피해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 대하천의 경우에는 각 홍수 통제소에 의한 홍수 예·경보시스템(flood warning system)을 통하여 인명 혹은 재산피해는 과거에 비하여 상당히 감소하였으나 소하천에서는 반대로 피해가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 하천 지역의 돌발홍수의 특성을 밝혀 보고자 지형공간정보(GSIS, Geo-Spatial Information System)기법을 이용하였으며, 하천 유역의 수문학적 돌발홍수 예측모형을 GIUH(geomorphoclimatic instantaneous unit hydrograph) 기법으로 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 구축된 돌발홍수 예·경보 시스템을 통하여 하천 지역에 있어서의 인명 및 재산피해를 상당부분 감소시킬 수 있을 것이며, 다른 지역의 돌발홍수 예·경보 시스템구축을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Recently, local heavy rain for a short term is caused by unusual changing in the weather. This phenomenon has, several times, caused an extensive flash flood, casualties, and material damage. In case of large river, the extent of loss of lives and properties has been decreased through the flood warning system by flood control stations. However, the extent of damages in other small rivers has increased to the contrary. This study is aimed at calculating the characteristics of flash floods in streams. For this purpose, the anslysis of topographical characteristics of water basin through applying GSlS techniques will be conducted. The flash flood prediction model we used is made with GIUH(geomorphoclimatic instantaneous unit hydrograph). As a result, we can suggest a rational warning criteria for the mitigation of flash flood damage and the reduction of the casualties as well as those for the decrease of property damage. Therefore, it will provide basic materials to establish a new flash food warning system, which can replace current system for other places.

In this paper we propose a secure T1-rate digital image conference system which consists a stream cipher of 7-bit real adder with 2 bit carrys and a fast and stable 2-step full-duplex synchronization. And we analyze the cipher algorithm and the synchronization performance of the system.

본 논문에서는 다른 Q-스위칭용 포화흡수체보다 넓은 천이 영역을 가지고 있는 포화흡수체 Nd:LSB가 Q-스위칭 소자로서 가능한지 보였으며, 최적화된 출력 거울의 반사율, 최대 출력, 출력 에너지, 펄스폭, 출력 효율을 수치적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 Nd:LSB를 이용한 1319nm 파장의 수동형 Q-스위칭 Nd:YAG 레이저의 특성을 예측할 수 있었고, 공진기 거울의 반사율 98%, 공진기 길이 30㎝로 하였을 경우 출력 31.3MW, 펄스폭 6.22ps를 얻을 수 있다. In this study, it's shown that the saturable absorber Nd:LSB which has broad absorption bandwidth than other saturable absorber as Q-switching system has a capability as a saturable absorber in Q-switching system. In this system, we theoretically analyzed the optimized output mirror, peak power, output power, pulse width and output efficiency. As the result, the passively Q-switched 1319nm Nd:YAG laser using Nd:LSB as a saturable absorber gives the optimized output mirror reflectivity 98% and peak power of 31.3MW and pulse width of 6.22ps at 30㎝ resonator length theoretically.
냉간압연된 Ni₃Al 박판재의 내산화 특성 개선을 위한 NiAl-Ti-Y 코팅의 증착

Since the intermetallic compound Ni_(3)Al has attractive high-temperature properties, Ni_(3)Al thin foils could be used as lightweight, high-temperature structural materials. The floating zone (FZ) method makes it possible to fabricate the thin foils with smooth and crack-free surface by cold rolling up to 96% without any intermediate annealing steps. For the practical application of Ni_(3)Al foils, the other properties such as oxidation resistance, wear resistance and friction resistance should be considered. The 3-NiAl, which is one of the important intermetallic compound in Ni-Al systems together with γ-Ni_(3)Al, have been used as coating materials of Ni-base superalloys because of its excellent oxidation resistance. In this study, the NiAl-based coating was intended to deposit on the Ni_(3)Al foils through RF magnetron sputtering. The binary Ni-50Al coating, however, was not able to form the stable α-Al_(2)O_(3) oxide. Moreover, the rapid Al diffusion between coating layer and substrate was occurred. On the contrary, it was found that the Ni-47Al-3Ti-0.1Y coating showed superior oxidation resistance due to stable α-Al_(2)O_(3) formation and good retardation of Al diffusion from coating layer.
