A lectin was purified from Allomyrina dichotoma (ADL) by physiological saline extraction, ammonium solfate fractionation, anion exchange column chromatography on DEAE Sephadex A-50 and gel filtration column chromatography on Sephadex G-200. Several biochemical properties of ADL were characterized as follows: ADL from gel filtration column chromatography showed single band on SDS PAGE. ADL agglutinated the erythrocytes of rabbit and human A, B, O, AB. Agglutinability was relatively stable at basic pH, and was stable at temperature below 40℃. Agglutinability was not affected by metal ions and EDTA. This lectin was proved to be a glycoprotein which contains 0.47% of sugars. The molecular weight of ADL was estimated to be 97,000 dalton by SDS-PAGE By amino acid analysis, ADL exhibited high amounts of aspartic acid. The lectin's immunomodulating effect was measured as cytokine production. The productions of 5 cytokines (OL-1a, IL-2, IL-6, IFN?? and TNF-a) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells were measured by ELISA. The lectin induced the highest secretion of IL-2 at 8 hr. TNFa at 4 hr, and IFN?? at 24hr, respectively. These results suggest that ADL can elicit the production of detectable cytokines from PBMC.

외모꾸밈은 삶의 질에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있으며, 학술적으로 체계화되고 산업화되고 있다. 따라서 학술적 태도와 산업과의 융합의식에 대한 연구자들의 학술문헌을 조사할 필요가 있다고 보아, 계량서지학적 분석을 통하여 한국뷰티산업학회지에 수록된 논문의 연구동향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 학술연구정보서비스(www.riss.kr)에 2006년부터 2016년까지 발표되고 한국뷰티산업학회의 학술지에 수록된 103건의 논문에 대한 지적연구의 속성 및 미용분야의 연구방향에 대해서 탐색하였다. 그 과정은 빈도수가 높은 단어들의 의미와 개념을 정리하여 대표단어로 선정하고 분류표를 구축하였다. 한국뷰티산업학회지에 게재된 학술논문은 미용학 전 분야를 포괄하고 있으며 그 가운데 가장 활발하게 연구되고 있는 분야는 미용기초분야의 미용경영이고, 마케팅과 미용종사자의 이직 의도에 대한 연구가 다수였다. 특히 뷰티산업진흥조례제정과 지방자치단체에 관한 탐색적 연구, 미용경영인의 고객 보호 의무에 관한 연구, 브랜드 문화 컨텐츠화, 문화향유공간 활용에 대한 연구 등의 논문은 타 학회에서 볼 수 없는 연구로 보인다. 이외에도 미용분야의 기본이라고 할 수 있는 경영, 헤어, 피부, 메이크업의 출현단어별 빈도수는 비슷한 출현을 보이고 있다. 한국뷰티산업학회의 설립목적인 학문적 발전과 관련분야와의 연계를 통한 뷰티산업의 학문의 정체성을 확보하기 위해서는 뷰티산업의 통합적 연구와 미용과 화장품 네일 등이 연계한 연구논문이 더욱 필요하다. 그리고 타 분야의 학술지와 뷰티산업이 연계하는 방법도 시도되어야 할 것으로 보인다. Appearance decoration, occupies a very important part in the quality of life, it has been scientifically organized and industrialized. Therefore, there is a need to investigate the scientific literature of the researchers of the fusion awareness of the academic attitude and industry. So, looked at the flow of the study about the paper published in The Korean Society of Beauty Industry Journal. For this reason, analysis on 103 papers which is property of intellectual research and directions explore of the beauty industry in Academic Information Services (www. Riss. Kr) were published from 2006 to 2016 and listed in The Korean Society of Beauty Industry Journal. The process was selected to represent words and concepts, outlining the significance of high-frequency words and build a classification scheme. The academic papers published in The Korean Society of Beauty Industry Journal are encompasses all areas of the field being studied beauty and the most active among them is beauty management in beauty based areas, and study on the turnover intention of beauty workers was a large number. In particular, establishment of beauty industry promotion regulations, exploratory study of local governments, research on the customer protection obligation of beauty management, brand culture content, and research concerning cultural enjoyment space utilization is not studied in the other society. In addition, management, hair, skin, make-up can be called basic areas of beauty which is showing a similar appearance of occurrence frequency of each word. In order to ensure the identity of beauty industry, the association is necessary with the integrated research of beauty industry and beauty, cosmetics and nail.And the journals and other sectors of the beauty industry seems to be a way to try association.

We estimated fingernail nitrogen content from children in a city, a farm village, a mountain village and a fishing village. Therefore, the result is as follow. In summer, nail nitrogen content was estimated 130.79±15.39mg/g in a city, 123.86±24.93mg/g in a farm village, 96.16±17.04mg/g in fishing village, 91.96±6.76mg/g in a mountain village. In winter was estimated 137.43ㄷ69.06mg/g in a city, 131.70±8.49mg/g in a farm village, 124.75±16.34mg/g in a fishing village, 115.81±6.36mg/g in a mountain village. According to this analysis, the nail nitrogen content lowered by turns a city, a farm village, a fishing village, a mountain village. The nitrogen contents of nails obtained in winter were found to be higher than those obtained in summer.
