Polyvinyl alcohol anthranilate (PVA-A) has been prepared by the esterification of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with isatoic anhydride in water in the presence of alkali at pH 9. It has been found that the reaction proceeded according to the simple second order reaction. The rate constant of the reaction has been determined by a kinetic study at 70℃, and the following rate equation which can be explained as the mechanism of the reaction has been obtained: 0.20 θ_R= 1/C_o·(x/(1-x)) The activation energy of the reaction calculated according to Arrhenius equation is 4,960 cal/mole. PVA-A and it's aqueous solution fluoresce in the ultraviolet, with a peak emission in the wave length of 255mμ~420mμ. Diazotization of granular PVA-A, followed by coupling with appropriate aromatic compounds to form colored azo dyestuffs. Especially, colorfastness to laundering and light of loth for dyed synthetic textile fiber with β-naphthol azo dye of PVA-A has been found to a good grade. The physical characteristics as paste viscosity, tensile strength and elongation of the fluorescent PVA-A are adequate for many applications.

본 연구는 치아우식을 유발 할 수 있는 모든 요인이 종합적으로 작용하여 이루어진 치면의 최초의 변화 즉, 법랑질 초기우식증의 정도를 아르곤 레이저를 이용한 형광법으로 조기에 탐지하고 이와 같은 방법이 향후 개인에서의 우식이 유발된 수 있는 가능성을 예측할 수 있는 우식활성검사법으로서의 이용 가능성이 있는지의 여부를 규명하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 조선대학교 부속치과병원 소아치과에 내원한 아동중 유구치의 탈락이 없는 7-10세 사이의 어린이 30명을 대상으로 하여 치아의 순면과 협면에 레이저 조사하고 특수필터를 사용하여 우식치아의 개수를 측정하여 기존의 우식활성도 측정방법인 Cariescreen ?test, 구강환경검사인 우식경험치아의 수 (dDfFtT)등 각종 검사법들과 상관관계를 비교, 평가한 바 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 레이저형광법에 의한 관찰이 육안에 의한 관찰에 비해 초기우식병소를 더 많이 관찰하였다. 2. 아르곤게이저 형광법을 이용한 우식활성도 측정법은 기존의 Cariescreen?? test, 그리고 dDfFtT검사 등과 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. The purpose of this study was to develop a practical caries activity test using laser fluorescence. The subjects of study were 30 children of 7-10 years old. Fluorescence from initial carious lesion of teeth illuminated by an argon laser (488nm) was observed through barrier filter. For evaluation of accuracy and propriety of this method for caries activity test, teeth with initial caries lesion on buccal or labial surface of children was examined with visual inspection and laser fluorescence. Visual examination for the dDfFtT and the Cariescreen?? test were also done. The results from the present study can be summarized as follows: 1. Laser fluorescence test could differentiate initial caries lesions more easily than visiual inspection. 2. There was highest correlation(=0.73) between laser fluorescent test and Cariescreen?? test and. And also apparent correlation (=0.66) exists between laser fluorescent test and caries experience measured by dDfFtT.
合成甘味料中溶性삭카린의 銀滴定法에 依한 定量法에 關한 硏究

1. KP 및 USP 法에서 얻어지는 含量%가 97.90%인데 比하여 本方法에서는 99.65%이라는 實驗結果를 얻을 수 있었다. 2. 本方法에서 使用되는 試藥및 標準液은 普遍的으로 흔히 使用되는 것들로서 쉽게 市中에서 入手할 수 있는 것들이다. 3. 本方法은 그操作法에있어 KP 및 USP의 方法보다 簡便하며 또한 迅速하여 많은 時間을 短縮시켜주고 있다. In present, the assay of soluble saccharin was titrated with NaOH solution into the Extracts after extract of saccharin by Organic solvents. But in this method adopt a new, was precipitated as Ag-salt with AgNO_3 in weak acid quantitatively. Ⅰ. It can quantify exactly without any disturbance, It control to the suitable acid, such as Dulcin or other mixtures in Synthetic sweeting Materials. Ⅱ. It has a highly accuracy and quantify the saccharin till 99.9% Ⅲ. It showed marked a simply and rapidly than the method of KP. USP. JP etc. in tasts and processes.
