        본 논문은 다품종 소량 시스템에서 발생하는 비경제성을 줄이고 생산성을 향상 시키기 위해 개발된 GT(Group Technology)이론과 그룹 분석 이론을 통하여 재공재고(Work-In-Process Inventorty)가 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 비교분석한 결과는, 1. J. Dewitte의 유사성계수법(Similarity Coefficient Algorithm)은 임의의 임계치를 설정하고, 기계와 부품의 많은 그룹화가 따로 따로 수행된다는 단점과 많은 기계, 부품에서 사용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 2. 한편 J.R. King과 V. Nakornchai의 ROC-2알고리즘(Rank Order Clustering-2 Algorithm)은 적은 기계, 부품에서와 같이 행과 열을 직접 옮기는 방식을 갖고 임의의 임계치와 기계와 부품의 그룹화가 따로 따로 수행되지 않아도 된다는 장점이 있다. This paper identified the fact that work-in-process inventory has been decreased with the application of the Group Technology Theorem and Group Analysis Theorem, which are developed for the purpose of decesing wastes that are common in multi-kinds-small-quantity production system, and incresing productivity. The analyzed results in this paper are as follows : Similarity Coefficient Algorithm have an advantage that it can be used in a production system which has a lot of machinery and component. On the other hand, an arbitrary threshold value should be define and many groupings are being performed independently.

      • 유사성 계수에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 재공품 재고를 줄이기 위한 방법으로서 유사성 계수법의 도입에 관하여 서술하였다. 특히 J.R.King의 이론과 Nakornchai의 ROC-2 이론을 비교 하였다. 그 결과로서 ROC-2의 이론은 적은 기계 혹은 부품에서와 같은 시스템에 사용하는 것이 유리하며 또한 기계나 부품의 그룹화가 서로 독립적으로 수렴되지 않아도 된다는 장점이 있다. This paper reprented that work-in-process inventory has been decreased with the application of the similarity coefficient algorithm. Especially, J.R.King's ROC and Nakornchal's ROC-2 algorithm is studied. The analyzed resuits in this paper are as ROC and ROC-2 algorithm have an adventage that it can be used in production system which has many machinary and component and an arbitrary threshold value should be define and many grouping are being performed independently.

      • 줄눈 콘크리트포장의 우각부 하중 해석

        This study focused on the development of an alternative stress estimation procedure to instantly calculate the critical stresses bonded concrete pavement. Closed form analysis is commonly used to analyze pavement structures. This type of analysis assumes linear elastic material properties and static loading conditions. The well-known ILLI-SLAB finite element program was used for the analysis. Bonded concrete overlay analyzed the stress distribution, behavior and load carrying . capacity under track load is made evaluation standard of bonded concrete overlay. In the study, the following results were derived ; The properties of strength is that compress and 3-point bending strength of existing pavement is deteriorated with 184 ㎏/㎠, 59 kg/㎠ but compress and splitting tensile strength of overlay is satisfied with 465 ㎏/㎠, 45 kg/㎠. Load transfers is happen at adjacent slab by interlocking under track load. The stress distribution under interior, corner and edge load is described high loading position surrounding then loading position.

      • 상업스포츠 참가자의 사회경제적 배경과 사회관계 만족 및 관계지속의사의 관계

        This study was to analysis a relationship between socio-economic characteristics, social relation satisfaction, and the adherence of social relation at the commercial sports centers. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, some members of commercial sports center held in Seoul were set as a collected group. Then, using the cluster random sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 713 people in total The material collection device was the brochure named <the survey on socio-economic characteristics, social relation satisfaction, and the adherence of social relation at the commercial sports centers>. The result of reliability check up was here below; social interaction, Chronbach' α=.840~.915, the satisfaction according to social relation, α=.787, the adherence of social relation α=.847. To analyze materials, factor analysis, reliability analysis, oneway-ANOVA, multiple-regression were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. First, it is found that there is a significant difference in satisfaction according to social relation. Second, it is found that there is a significant difference in the adherence of social relation. Third, the satisfaction according to social relation influences on the adherence of social relation.

      • 여가활동으로서의 근력강화운동 참가가 노인의 체력, 여가만족 및 생활만족에 미치는 영향

        The primary purpose of this study was to probe the relationship between muscle strength exercise on physical strength, activities of daily life and life satisfaction. The subjects of this study were divided by two group : 17 involvers in muscle strength exercise program and 16 non-involvers. The data collected questionnaire designed for this study were consisted of responses to items constructed to represent each variable. For data analysis, t-test, multiple regression and path analysis were used. The major findings obtained from this study were following. First, it found that involvers in muscle strength exercise program showed greater physical strength than non-involvers. Second, it found that involvers in muscle strength exercise program showed greater leisure satisfaction than non-involvers. Third, it found that involvers in muscle strength exercise program showed greater life satisfaction than non-involvers. Fourth, there existed significant casual relationship among physical strength of older persons, leisure satisfaction, and life satisfaction.

        중증의 둔상환자에 대한 외상처치의 적정진료 평가

        The trauma is the leading cause of death in the first four decades of life, but, in Korea, the trauma system and emergency medical services system are not develped well. Because the outcome of severely injured patients often depends on the severity of trauma and quality of trauma care, the verification of the institutional capability to care for trauma patients according to the "optimal care" guideline has been a natural sequel. And the quality assurance for evaluating outcome of trauma care is need to develop or upgrade trauma care furthermore. The present study is an prospective evaluation of trauma outcome and quality assurance of our hospital by use of TRISS and Z statics. Logistic function norms related TRISS values to patient`s survival probability(Ps). 155 patients, who were severely injured by blunt trauma(ISS≥16) and older than 15 years old, were analyzed. Among them, 38 patients(24.5%) were died. Ps of survivals was 0.9152 and deaths was 0.2501. Z static of deaths was -0.0494. Unpredicted deaths, who were died inspite of Ps≥0.5, were reviewed, and unapt trauma care was found in 4 cases. By using both TRISS and Z statics, emergency physician will be more accurate in assessing the quality assurance of severely injured patients.

      • 미분말 고로슬래그를 이용한 고강도 콘크리트의 개발

        본 연구는 철강석의 정제후 부수적으로 발생하는 고로슬래그 미분말을 건설분야에 이용하여 고강도콘크리트를 제조하고 이에 대한 여러 가지의 역학적 특성을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 실험의 주요인자로서 물/시멘트비, 굵은골재의 최대치수 및 시멘트의 종류로서 슬래그시멘트와 보통시멘트를 비교하였으며 제조된 콘크리트의 경화전 특성 실험으로는 슬럼프, 공기량, 응결시간을 측정하고 경화후 압축강도, 할렬인장강도, 휨강도 및 동결-융해 저항특성 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 슬래그시멘트와 19mm골재를 사용하고 물/시멘트비가 낮은 경우 높은 강도 발현은 물론 500cycle 이후에서도 상대동탄성계수가 90%이상을 나타내어 동결-융해에 대한 저항성이 매우 우수함을 나타내었다. 또한 슬럼프 경시변화에서도 보통시멘트를 사용한 콘크리트에 비해 슬럼프 손실률이 상당히 적어 유동성을 확보한 고강도 콘크리트의 생산이 가능함으로써 건설분야에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to make high strength concrete using blast furnace slag and is to know the mechanical properties about it. Major variables of experiment are the water/cement ratio, coarse aggregate maximum size, portland and slag as cement type. After measuring of slump, air content and setting time about fresh concrete, compressive, tensile and flexible strength test and freezing-thawing resistance test also were carried out about hardend concrete. The results of test showed a good resistance to become higher than 90% of a relative modulus of elasticity after 506cycles and more strength in case of lower water/cement ratio and coarse aggregate of 19mm with slag cement. Also, concrete using blast furnace slag will make practical application of construction field to be high strength concrete, a small slump loss.

        자침이 류마치스성 관절염에 미치는 효과

        류마치스성 관절염의 주 요인은 면역 관련 질환으로 보아서 사람의 IgG 항체를 항원으로 하는 자가항체, 즉 IgM 항체의 생성에 있다고 보고 있으며 이것을 류마치스성 인자(rheumatoid factor, RF)라고 부른다. 따라서 임상예의 경우 면역억제 요법이 주효한 것 또한 사실이며 흔히 사용되는 방법이기도 하다. 침자에 의하여 면역기능의 변화를 모색한 몇몇 연구들이 근래 발표되고 있는데 류마치스성 관절염의 경우 항 염증치료제 또는 면역억제제로서 부신피질호르몬인 cortisol을 실제 임상에서 흔히 사용한다. 이에 본 실험에서는 류마치스성 관절염 치료에 있어 근간이 되는 천연 corticosteroid의 체내 생성과 관련하여 침이 과연 생체내 corticosteroid를 생성할 수 있는지, 그리고 류마치스성 관절염의 기본치료 요구를 모두 수용할 수 있는 corticosteroid의 혈중농도를 가장 높게 변화시켜주는 침자부위를 확인하고 아울러 금침의 효과를 확인하고자 한다. 평균 24.6세 전후의 남녀를 각 그룹당 12-16명을 대상으로 하여 자침직전과 자침30분후, 그리고 이튿날 체혈함을 반복하여 혈중 corticosteroid의 농도를 분석하였고 이때 일반침과 금침 적용간에 차이를 Independant sample t-test로 분석하였다. 자침 30분째는 혈중 cortisol과 corticosterone 농도가 대조군에 비하여 모두 억제되고 자침후 1일째는 증가되는데 이런 현상은 금침 적용시, 그리고 현종 배합혈시 두드러지는 경향이었다. This study was carried to identify whether acupuncture at several meridian points can control the rheumatic arthritis or not. We investigated the effect of general and gold acupuncture on the change of serum corticosteroids which have frequently applied to rheumatic disease owing to its immune-suppressive anti inflammatory properties in practice. The result obtained were as follows; 1. Serum cortisol level was suppressed significantly (p<0.05) at 30 minutes after general acupuncture on Gwan-weon, Jog Sam Ri, or Hyeon-Jong, compared with that of control group. But on 1day after acupuncture, this tends to increase averagely, particularly in case of acupuncture on Hyeon-Jong meridian point. 2. In above-mentioned situation, Gold-acupuncture showed the more suppressive effect of serum cortisol at 30minutes after acupuncture (p<0.01 ) and more increased concentration on 1day after acupuncture than general acupuncture did. 3. General acupuncture mixedly applied to Hyeon-Jong, Gi-Hae, Sin-su, Ti-Sil in addition to Gwan-Weon, Jog Sam Ri meridian point have represented suppressive corticosterone level in serum in comparison with that in control group except for mixed acupuncture application to Hyeon-Jong meridian point on 1day after acupuncture. 4. Gold-acupuncture have represented decreased serum corticosterone level at 30 minutes after acupuncture in comparison with control group and increased serum concentration on 1day after acupuncture. Such tendency was remarkable in case of mixed application to Hyeon-Jong meridian point. 5. The inhibitory inclination of serum corticosteroid which appeared at 30minutes after acupuncture was more distinct when Gold-acupuncture was applied to than when general acupuncture was applied. On the contrary Gold-acupuncture have represented more increased serum concentration on 1day after acupuncture than general acupuncture have, compared with control group. From the above results, it is concluded that at 30minutes after acupuncture both Gold and general acupuncture have suppressed the corticosteroid level in serum, but on the other side it is no so on 1day after acupuncture. Speaking once more, Gold-acupuncture group has displayed more increased corticosteroid concentration in serum on 1day after acupuncture than general acupuncture group has, compared with control group, particularly in case of application to Hyeon-Jong meridian point.

      • 망간페라이트 나노 분말의 수계분산거동 및 특성

        Dispersion stability of nanosized MnFe₂O₄ powders which was produced by glycothermal process were studied in aqueous suspension using ESA(Eletrokinetic Sonic Amplitude). The average particle size of the synthesized MnFe₂O₄was about 30±10nm. The dispersion and rheological behavior of MnFe₂O₄nanoparticles aqueous suspension was investigated using MnFe₂O₄as a disperse agent. The colloidal stability of nanosized MnFe₂O₄aqueous suspensions at different pH values has been investigated by means of zeta potential, sedimentation, average particle size and microstructure of green body. The isoelectric point of MnFe₂O₄powders is at pH around 5.5 and the value of zeta potential is at its maximum near pH 11.
