        The aim of this study is to persent the systemetic, scintific method. I have made an observation the prolems that many students meet with in the activity of leisure sports and I think the problems can be solved by this study. This study emphasize continuity of the sound school-life by the activity of leisure sports. In the tong-term plans, the activities of leisure sports will promote the capacity of adaptation to society. Because of the activities of leisure sports, they will think it valuable and proform it with joy. And here are the conclusions. 1. When they have an activity of leisure sports, Test of an Individual specificity and an Ability of performance. 2. When they have an activity of lisure sports, The Importance of coaching expert. 3. When they have an activity of leisure sports, The Economical charge and the Practical way of using time. 4. When they have an activity of leisure sports, The Using method of the Exclusive facilities. In the conclusion, I conclude this study will show theoretical method of above subjects. For these theoretical method, activation of leisure sports will improve the quality of academic lives and make the academic culture sound.

      • 에폭시수지의 직류파괴전압에 미치는 경화조건 및 충진제의 효과

        Epoxy resins with various ratio of filler SiO�were investigated as to the effect of hardening conditions and fillers upon DC breakdown voltage characteristics in epoxy resins and its electric breakdown mechanism. As the results, it is presented the DC breakdown voltage over three ranges of temperature. DC breakdown voltage is decreased according to increased temperature and filler content. The behavior over the first region(20����100���)is considered to obey the electronic breakdown mechanism and the behavior over the second region(100����160���) and the third region (160����220���)is considered to obey the thermal breakdown mechanism.

        전기 집진기의 집진 효율 향상에 관한 연구

        This paper demonstrates the effects of dust electrical resistivity on electrostatic precipitability. The effects of gas temperature, velocity and humidity on the collection efficiency were considered by used of coal fly ashes from fluidized bed combustion boiler. The experiments for collection efficiency were carried out in the pilot plant. The ashes which have non-spherical geometry and high electrical resistivity were used. Electrical resistivity is an important property for the collection efficiency in the electrostatic precipitators. Fly ash resistivity as a function of temperature up 350℃ and water concentration(up to 15%) has been experimentally investigated using the resistivity test equipment consisted of the movable electrode, dust cup, and furnace. As the resistivity of fly ash in the operating temperature(150℃) of an electrostatic precipitator was measured higher than 1010Ω·㎝, flue gas conditioning in the electrostatic precipitator of reduce the resistivity of fly ash is required.

      • 임금피크제의 문제점과 개선방안 고찰

        Korea has gone into the aging society since 2002, and is now expected to enter aged society by 2018 and super-aged society by 2026. As such the aging of Korean population is now progressing at a rapid rate from the global perspective. A life span of Korean has been greatly prolonged and thus the proportion of the aged in the whole population has been increased steadily. These, in turn, are worsening all the poverty problems related with the aged and national pension scheme of which may put more burdens on national finance. Moreover, medical, healthcare, social security and employment issues are also accompanied with those previously stated problems. If the population ratio of the aged goes over 25% of total population then the economical power of the nation and its competitiveness in a global world can be weakened. It can also cause a decrease in working age population and which in turn may have negative impacts on the nation's overall industrial sectors. Hence, in order to avoid or prevent these undesirable situations, legal and/or political countermeasures on a national level are required. Moreover, about 40% of the nation's total population is expected to be converted into the aged population in just a few decades. Therefore a huge social crisis is anticipated, and that kind of social phenomenon can bring a serious situation on national level. In this regard, the salary peak system was introduced to Korea as a substitute for the voluntary retirement after financial crisis in 1998 but it is considered that the objective of the salary peak system in Korea was mainly for reducing labor costs while it is regarded as an alternative for the aging society in other countries. Accordingly this articles is studied to establish rational policies of salary peak system for aging society in Korea and also concepts of salary peak system, practical cases of firms and issues and improvement devices. Therefore, its current system seems to have several problems. First, Korean salary peak system fails to provide proper jobs for aged workers due to its fundamental problem of not focusing on utilizing aged work force but reducing cost, initially. Second, there are insufficient support from government necessary for carrying out salary peak system. Third, Korea has experienced a difficulty in reaching a consensus on salary peak system. Therefore, for securing the success of salary peak system, it is essential to solve these problems before its being introduced.

        횡방향 충격을 받는 적층복합판의 층간전단응력 해석

        This paper demonstrates the analyses of the interlaminar shear stress of laminated composite plates subjected to transversely impact. For this purpose, a plate finite element model based on the higher order shear deformation plate theory in conjunction with static contact laws is developed. Test materials were CFRP with cross-ply laminate [0_4/Θ_4]_s, [90_4/Θ_4]_s stacking sequences and angle-ply laminate [Θ_4/-Θ_4]_s, [Θ_4/-Θ_4]_s stacking sequences with 2^t×40^w×100^l(㎜) dimension. As a result, stacking sequence and fiber orientation were found to have a significant effect on the interlaminar stress in composite laminates.
