        기업 윤리프로그램에서 반추가 조직구성원의 비윤리적 행동의 변화와 그 효과의 지속성에 미치는 영향

        [연구목적] 많은 기업에서 다양한 기업 윤리프로그램을 실시하고 있지만 그 실효성에 관해서는 많은 의문점이 제기되어 왔다. 교육학 등에서 주로 조명을 받아온 반추(reflection)는 조직의 내 · 외부적 이슈들과 관련하여 올바른 의사결정을 위해 어떻게 행동해야 하는지에 대한 표준을 능동적으로 학습할 수 있는 중요한 과정으로 여겨지고 있다. [연구방법] 본 연구에서는 기업 윤리프로그램에 반추과정을 적용하여 그 효과성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 총 339명을 대상으로 3개의 집단으로 구분하여 실험연구를 수행하였다. 윤리교육을 실시한 후 그 내용에 대한 반추의 과정을 거치는 실험집단1, 윤리교육만을 실시하는 실험집단2, 그리고 윤리교육과 반추의 과정 모두 실시하지 않는 통제집단으로 구분하여 반추의 효과성을 분석하였다. 또한 앞서 참여한 응답자를 대상으로 3주 후 다시 한번 동일한 측정문항으로 조사를 실시하여 그 효과의 지속성을 분석하였다. [연구결과] 실험 결과 윤리교육을 받은 실험집단1과 2에서 통제집단에 비하여 비윤리적 행동경향이 낮게 나타났는데, 특히 반추의 과정을 거친 실험집단1은 그렇지 않은 실험집단2에 비하여 비윤리적 행동 경향이 추가로 더 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 시간이 지남에 따라 윤리교육으로 인한 효과가 차차 소멸되기는 하지만 반추의 과정을 거칠 경우 그 효과가 더 지속되는 것을 알 수 있었다. [연구의 시사점] 이러한 결과를 통해 윤리프로그램에서 반추의 역할을 조명함과 동시에 기업의 윤리프로그램 효과성 제고에 실무적으로도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. [Purpose] Reflection, usually getting more research attention in education, is a necessary component of ethics training because it encourages employees to be more proactive in learning the norms that guide their decision-making regarding various issues. [Methodology] This study designed an experiment by embedding reflection in an ethics training program to examine the effectiveness of such training. A total of 339 participants were allocated to two experimental groups (Group 1 and Group 2) and one control group. [Findings] Findings from the experiment showed that Group 1 and Group 2 are less inclined toward unethical behavior than the control group. Between Group 1 and Group 2, Group 1 that went through the reflection phase shows much less inclination toward unethical behavior than Group 2. The results further indicated that the impact of ethics training gradually diminished over time, but having reflection was found to help sustain the training impact. [Implications] Along with its theoretical contribution that sheds light on the role of reflection in ethics training programs, this study may be worthwhile by providing companies with practical implications that reinforce the effectiveness of ethics training.

        As a follow-up study of the study conducted by sung ye-jin(2016) As for Motivation for Dance Learning measurement tool. First, results show that questions ‘8’ of validity based on the contents of test are considered inappropriate. Second, validity evidence based on the reality turned out to be appropriate. Third, this study confirmed that validity based on the internal structure has a sufficient condition. Fourth, as for the validity based on the generalization, this study also confirmed through analysis of differential function that there are questions functioning differentially according to the grade and major.

        동시대 도예의 장소 특정성 연구

        역사의 시작부터 현재에 이르기까지 인류사에 등장하는 모든 유형의 도자는 주어진 환경과 장소에 따라 형태와 쓰임이 다른 ‘장소 특정적’ 성격을 지닌다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 도예의 장소 특정성에 관해 연구함으로써 도예의 영역을 넘어 동시대 미술과 문화로 그 담론을 확장해나가는 동시대 도예의 경향을 이해하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 장소와 공간에 관한 이론과 장소 특정적 현대도예 작품들을 연구하였다. II 장은 배경 연구로서, 모더니즘의 공간으로부터 동시대 미술에서의 ‘장소성’의 회복까지의 일련의 변화과정을 이 푸 투안(Yi Fu Tuan)의 이론을 대입시켜 설명하고, 권미원의 장소 특정적 미술(Site-Specific Art)의 계보를 기술하였다. Ⅲ 장에서는 포스트모더니즘의 영향 아래 전개된 현대도예에 대한 정리와 함께, 김예성, 이연숙, 야스민 스미스(Yasmin Smith) 등 도예의 언어로 장소 특정적 작업을 활발히 진행하는 국내외 작가들의 최근 작업사례를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 일상과 현실의 장소에서 행해진 장소 특정적 현대도예 작업의 탐구과정을 통해 그 안의 서사들이 도예계를 넘어 우리 사회와 미술 안에서 확장된 담론으로서 기능함을 발견하며 동시대 도예의 새로운 가능성을 가늠하게 한다. From the beginning of history to the present, all types of ceramics appearing in human history have a site-specific character that differs in form and use depending on the given environment and place. The purpose of this study is to understand the tendency of contemporary ceramics to expand its discourse beyond the realm of ceramics to contemporary art and culture by studying the specificity of the location of these ceramics. To this end, theories about place and space and site-specific contemporary ceramic works were studied. Chapter II is a background study, explaining the changes from the space of modernism to the restoration of the place in contemporary art by substituting the theory of Yi Fu Tuan, and Miwon Kwon s The genealogy of Site-Specific Art was described. In Chapter Ⅲ, along with a summary of the contemporary ceramic art developed under the influence of postmodernism, the recent cases in the language of ceramic or clay works such as Kim, Ye-sung, Lee, Yeon-sook, and Yasmin Smith are analyzed. In this study discovers that the narratives within the ceramic art world function as an expanded discourse within our society and art through the exploration process of site-specific contemporary ceramic works performed in everyday and real places. It allows us to gauge the new possibilities of contemporary ceramics.

        Evolution of Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Graphitized Fe–0.55C–2.3Si Steel During Quenching and Tempering Treatment

        This study investigates the variations in the microstructure and mechanical properties of a medium-carbon high-Si steel(Fe–0.55C–2.3Si) during graphitization heat treatment and subsequent quenching and tempering heat treatment. The microstructurecomprising ferrite and pearlite of the as-rolled sample changes to a more ductile microstructure with fine graphitesuniformly dispersed in the ferrite matrix after graphitization treatment. These formed graphites are completely dissolvedinto the ferrite matrix after austenitizing treatment at 900 °C, but preexisting graphite positions remains as voids. The averagesize and number density of voids are nearly identical to those of the pre-existed graphites. The subsequent temperingtreatments at 300 °C and 500 °C cause little changes in the size and number of the voids. Therefore, the formation of voidsin the quenched-and-tempered samples is directly related to the graphites of the initial graphitized sample. The averagesize of graphites and voids is inversely proportional to the logarithm of their number density. When the as-rolled sample iscompletely graphitized, its ultimate tensile strength decreases from 928 to 494 MPa and its tensile elongation increases from20.7 to 34.0%, indicating that the medium-carbon high-Si steel is substantially softened through graphitization treatment. Moreover, subsequent quenching and tempering treatment at 500 °C increases its ultimate tensile strength to 1168 MPa. The drastic softening through graphitization and significant strengthening through subsequent quenching and temperingexhibit the possibility of the application of medium-carbon, high-Si steels as cold heading quality steels for manufacturingfastener components.

      • Epigenetic regulation of integrin-linked kinase expression depending on adhesion of gastric carcinoma cells

        <P>Cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix (ECM) regulates gene expressions in diverse dynamic environments. However, the manner in which gene expressions are regulated by extracellular cues is largely unknown. In this study, suspended gastric carcinoma cells showed higher basal and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1)-mediated acetylations of histone 3 (H3) and Lys<SUP>9</SUP>of H3 and levels of integrin-linked kinase (ILK) mRNA and protein than did fibronectin-adherent cells did. Moreover, the insignificant acetylation and ILK expression in adherent cells were recovered by alterations of integrin signaling and actin organization, indicating a connection between cytoplasmic and nuclear changes. Higher acetylations in suspended cells were correlated with associations between Smad4, p300/CBP, and Lys<SUP>9</SUP>-acetylated H3. Meanwhile, adherent cells showed more associations between HDAC3, Ski, and MeCP2. Chromatin immunoprecipitations with anti-acetylated H3, Lys<SUP>9</SUP>-acetylated H3, or p300/CBP antibody resulted in more coprecipitated ILK promoter, correlated with enhanced ILK mRNA and protein levels, in suspended cells. Moreover, ILK expression inversely regulated cell adhesion to ECM proteins, and its overexpression enhanced cell growth in soft agar. These observations indicate that cell adhesion and/or its related molecular basis regulate epigenetic mechanisms leading to a loss of ILK transcription, which in turn regulates cell adhesion property in a feedback linkage.</P>

      • 인삼 직파재배를 위한 적정 재식밀도

        Background : Gangwon-do (Province) is chief producing district of six-year-old raw material of red ginseng and transplanting culture is more than 90%. The 6-year-old red ginseng is easy to differentiate in quality and can secure a stable market, but it has high disadvantages such as high seedling cost, effort cost, and long term cultivation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop environment-friendly products that enhance price competitiveness based on 3 to 4-year-old ginseng by using direct seedling cultivation techniques. When ginseng seed sown directly, it is highly productive and has high disease resistance, which is advantageous for environment-friendly cultivation. Thus, it is advantage to save work force in seed production stage. The purpose of this study is to find the planting density for 4-year-old ginseng. Methods and Results : In order to determine proper planting density, ginseng growth characteristics such as root length, root diameter, raw weight, and yields were investigated at 4-year-old ginseng after planting 34, 67, and 100 roots per ㎡. As a result, the root length was the longest at 33.9 ± 5.45 ㎝ in 67 roots/㎡, and there was no difference in root diameter. The raw weight of 4-year-old ginseng was the highest at 65.1g in 34 roots/㎡. However, yields were 4.3 ± 0.78 and 4.8 ± 0.50 ㎏ in the 67 roots/㎡ and 100 roots/㎡, respectively, which were higher than the 34 roots/㎡. Conclusion : The proper planting density for direct seedling cultivation of yunpung cultivar was 67 - 100 roots/㎡, and these results could be applied to increase productivity in direct seeding cultivation of ginseng.

        Adequacy of the Anti-aging and Anti-wrinkle Effects of the Artemisia vulgaris Fermented Solvent Fraction

        Collagen is decomposed by MMP-1, an enzyme induced by transcription factor activator protein 1 (AP-1) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9). Action of MMPs in inflammatory response promotes inflammatory cell movement and secretion, resulting in wrinkles on the skin. After using Bacillus sp. fermentation system and water, Artemisia vulgaris was fermented to prepare different solvent fractions using water, dichloromethane, hex ane, n-butanol, and ethyl acetate. These fractions were used to assess their effects on cell survival, wound healing, MMP-1/MMP-9 and procollagen type I C-peptide (PICP) expression, and skin turnover. MTT assay showed that cell viability of each treated group was 103% to 121%, indicating that A. vulgaris fractions were not toxic compared to control (cell viability: 100%). Wound healing assay revealed that wound healing ability in each treated group was 51% to 61%. This was lower than wound healing area in the control. Using RT-PCR, inhibition of MMP-1/MMP-9 gene expression was examined. As a result, each group treated with fraction showed reduced expression of both MMP-1 and MMP-9 compared to tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) treatment group. Effects on collagen biosynthesis were analyzed using a PICP ELISA Kit. The group in which Artemisia vulgaris was treated increased collagen synthesis from 141 to 262ng/mL compared to the control group. Three-dimensional cell culture revealed that each fraction could increase skin wall formation. These results suggest that each fractions has anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects on the skin, indicating its suitability as a functional material.

        Adenosine deaminase and adenosine receptor polymorphisms in aspirin-intolerant asthma

        <P><B>Summary</B></P><P>In asthmatic airways, adenosine is a potent bronchoconstrictor with either pro- or anti-inflammatory effects depending on receptor interactions. While aspirin has been suggested to mediate adenosine action, the roles of adenosine and its receptors in aspirin-intolerant asthma (AIA) are not well-defined. Therefore, we evaluated associations between genetic polymorphisms of adenosine deaminase and the four adenosine receptors (A<SUB>1</SUB>, A<SUB>2A</SUB>, A<SUB>2B</SUB>, and A<SUB>3</SUB>) with the AIA phenotype. The genes for adenosine deaminase (<I>ADA</I>) and the four adenosine receptors (<I>ADORA1</I>, <I>ADORA2A</I>, <I>ADORA2B</I>, and <I>ADORA3</I>) were screened by direct sequencing, and 13 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were selected among 23 polymorphisms. Using multivariate logistic regression analysis, we compared the frequencies of SNP genotypes and haplotypes among 136 patients with AIA, 181 patients with aspirin-tolerant asthma (ATA), and 183 normal individuals. We found significant differences between normal and patients with AIA in the <I>ADORA1</I> SNP genotype frequencies for 1405C>T (<I>P</I>=0.001) and A102A (<I>P</I>=0.013). No other significant associations were detected for the other SNPs. In the haplotype analysis, ht[C–T–G] (<I>P</I>=0.003) and ht[A–C–G] (<I>P</I>=0.032) in <I>ADORA1</I> and ht[A–T] in <I>ADORA2</I> (<I>P</I>=0.013) were significantly associated with AIA. Genetic polymorphisms of adenosine receptors A<SUB>1</SUB> and A<SUB>2A</SUB> were associated with AIA, suggesting that adenosine might play a crucial role in the development of AIA through interactions with the A<SUB>1</SUB> and A<SUB>2A</SUB> receptors.</P>
