        미꾸리과 어류 남방종개 Iksookimia hugowolfeldi (Cobitidae)의 핵형

        영산강의 상류인 전라남도 장성군 북하면 신계리에서 2003년 2월 3월에 채집된 남방종개 Iksookimia hugowolfeldi 암컷 14마리와 수컷 9마리의 신장 조직에서 염색체를 조사하였다. 2n 염색체수는 50개이었는데 핵형은 meta-submetacentrics이 24개이고, subtelo-telocentrics가 26개였으며 FN은 74개이었다. 염색체에서 배수체나 암수간의 성적이형은 보이지 않았다. Chromosome analysis of the southern spined loach, Iksookimia hugowolfeldi was investigated in 23 individuals collected at Bukha-myon, Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do Provice, Korea an upper stream of the Yongsan River, in February, 2003. The diploid modal number of the specimens examined was 50, and the karyotype was composed of 24 metacentrics-submetacentrics and 26 subtelocentrics-telocentrics. Polyploidy and sex dimorphism were not observed in the present species.

      • MOCVD법에 의해 제조된 Fe₂O₃-TiO₂계 박막의 내식성과 광전류 응답 특성에 관한 연구

        Fe₂O₃-TiO₂ films were formed by MOCVD technique, and their corrosion resistance and photoelectrochemical property were examined in acidic, neutral and alkaline solutions. The corrosion resistance was examined by an anodic polarization test, and the photocurrent response by a photoelectrochemical polarization test. The photocurrent and quantum yield maximum of the films depend on the titanium cationic fraction(Xη) in the films. They decreased in the range of Xη=0.0-0.70, then increased in the range of Xη=0.70-0.95, and finally decreased in the range of Xη=0.91-1.0 with increasing Xηvalue. The increase in the photocurrent and quuantum yield maximum in the range of Xη=0.70-0.95 was attributed to the amorphous structure. Such a change in the photocurrent and quantum yield maximum was independent to the solution pH. The corrosion resistance of the films increased with increasing Xηvalue of the film in acidic, neutral and alkaline solutions. Therefore, the films with Xη=0370-0.95 can be concluded to have high photocurrent response and high corrosion resistance.

      • 陸上競技選手와 他運動選手의 反應時間에 對한 比較實驗 硏究

        This is a comparative research of the reaction between field and track events' players and other players, and it was tried out for an analysis of what kinf of results took place. Especially, in this research, 100V-bulb, 100W, 60W, 30W, 10W were used as buzzer and light, and measured simple Reaction time, whole body Reaction time, field and track crouching-start Reaction time in five groups separately. Persons in custody were mainly students of Myung Ji University and player's group, field and track events' players were Han Kook National College of physical Education. Results were analyzed by Random-sampling in all 70: field and track events' players, 10; general students, 17; Physical Education department's students, 21; football team, 12; basketball team, 10. As mentioned above results, conclusions are as follows: 1) The mean value of the reaction time to buzzer and light stimulus of each test group came to results as follows. A. In the Case of simple reaction, when buzzer stimulated, basketball team students were fastest; 0.150sec(high), 0.161sec (low), the second, field and track team students; 0.152sec(high), 0.180sec (low), football team students; 0.167sec (high), 0.184sec (low), P.E. department's students; 0.250sec (high), 0.226sec (low), the lowest-general students; 0.420sec (high), 0.284sec (low). As these results are measurement chronometry of using shoulder articulation mainly, I think that basketball team students who use hands frequently are in the leading position resolutely. B. In the case of whole body working time, small differences are shown and the fastest reactions are shown in field and track team; 0.230sec (high), 0.233sec (low). The second, football team; 0.233sec (high), 0.235 (low), P.E. department students; 0.257sec (high), 0.183sec (low), (In bass P.E. department students were the fastest in reaction time). Basketball team; 0.268sec (high), 0.264sec (low), general students; 0.322sec (high), 0.336sec (low). C. Reaction time of crouching-start as group-to-group comparison was fast also in the group of useing feet frequently. field and track team was the fastest; 0.161sec (high), 0.123sec (low), the second, football team; 0.175sec (high), 0.173sec (low), basketball team; 0.181sec (high), 0.176sec (low), P.E. department students; 0.243sec (high), 0.266sec (low), general students; 0.261sec (high), 0.262sec (low). 2) Reaction time of luminous intensity in each team was results that buzzer was more stimulant to reaction than light. 3) Reaction time of luminous intensity of each testing group was shown according with intension of stimulus to bright light, and the reverse phenomenons came out. 4) Reaction of the tone of buzzer to the buzzer in each group was shown that reaction time to a loud buzzer was fast in superior groups, and in other groups, in a bass.

        A social institution is an organic system that has evolved over a long space of time to be socially established to have a comparatively stable status, function, norm, and order. It is an institution and a process which seeks to sufflce the desires of its members to fulfil the fundamental function of a society in realizing its values. Sport as a social institution is seen to be closely relnted to a principle that can be justified by serving the cause of promoting desirable life. This principle through sport in ordinary life of its individual members. An institution is a general expression of culture and exists in any society. Sport suffice basic desires of individual members and maintain and develop the functions of a society at the same time. A social institution is itself a component of the social structure and is linked to one another. An institution is also the organization of roles guaranteed by authority and a unit of the socinl structure, for which interrelations of institutions provide a basic framework. But the social structure is more than a mechanical combination of interrelations of its institutions. It is an autonomous entity organized on the basis of particular objectives and general function, and consists, to be more specific, of institutional orders and spheres. H. Gerth and C.W. Mills see them in terms of political order, economic order, military order, kinship order and religious order, each having its own objectives and interrelations for it9 own existence. Ac-cording to them, these orders are characterized by several aspects of social con-duct. The most important among them are symbol sphere, technology sphere, status sphere and education sphere. These spheres of social conduct are considered useful for understanding sportalization. Sport institutionalization may be defined as a process where in normative patterns such as behavior, attitude or conception relative of sport can functionally be integrated in a particular sphere and where by various individual or group desires for sport can be integrated into some organized forms. Today, institutionalized sport maintain a high degree of order, individual demands or desires, and allow competition to take place within the institution. Accordingly, today's sport coordinate a variety of desires for competition and achievement in an orderly way, try to satisfy them, and encourege the establishment and develop-ment of conservative social structure.

        Direction Fourier transform has been used to measure small in-plane displacement of a specimen in speckle interferometry. A rectangular steel plate with a circular hole at the center has been used as the specimen.Thirty-two interference fringe images of the specimen each of which has different phase of π/16 radians have been obtained by phase shifting method of speckle interferometry in optical experiment and they have been used for direction Fourier transform. The results of in-plane displacement of the specimen by the phase shifting method and direction Fourier transform have agreed well with those by finite element method.

        Some direction for the parking demand control, the supply expansion of parking facilities, and improvements in the parking fee system. The referred policies should be executed on the base of a general and systematic approaches together. The following are the alternatives to the problems. 1. To cope with are rapid increase of parking demand in Taejeon, the demand-controlling policies instead of the demand-following policies should be steadily planned and systemically implemented. 2. Especially, the vehicular trips transit mode. Policy directions to be considered are : ①Charging tolls for the vehicles toward downtown; ②Expanding or improving transit services; ③Dispersing land uses inducing large amount of vehicular trips in spaces;④Popularizing car pools. 3. considering the serious shortage of parking facilities in recent, a number of parking lots should be supplied with balance in arease, types, and scales. To expand supply of parking services, some policies could be suggested as follows: ①Expanding public parking lots; ②Promoting construction of private parking lots; ③Modifying the building standards for affiliated parking lots in accordance with the characteristics of the building. 4. To operate the existing parking lots efficiently, the parking guidance system would be introduced. In addition, on-street parking-lots could be flexibly operated depending on the traffic volume on the rad based on the different time schedule. 5. Pricing system on parking fee should be eventually transferred to the market pricing one. Also, price differentiation could be introduced with respect to ares. vehicular types, parking types, time of usage, duration, etc, to maximize utilization of the existing parking facilities.

        복합분해성 식품포장용 플라스틱

        Plastic materials called synthetic polymers are comparatively new ones that are synthesized chemically, different with natural materials such as wood, paper, stone, metal, glass, etc. Especially, the usage of the plastic materials in food industry is really various in packaging film, flexible packaging material and containers for a variety of foodstuffs. However, it is true that the environmental contamination problems such as environmental hormone leakage due to incineration or reclamation, difficulty in securing a reclaiming site, and detection of deadly poisonous dioxin, etc generated by incomplete incineration of waste plastic materials become social issues. To solve these problems, it is urgent to develop and commercialize degradable plastics that can be stably and conveniently used as like general plastics during the use and that are environment-intimate and non-harmful plastics easily decomposed by sunlight, soil microbes, heat generated from a reclaimed land and so on after the use.

      • Nuclepore Membrane Filter 法을 利用한 癩菌檢出에 關한 硏究

        For the improvement of the detection method of leprosy bacilli from leprosy patients, the author attempted to detect leprosy bacilli using a nuclepore membrane filter. The specimen were obtained by skin scraping from all the tested patients with leprosy and treated with 0.025% trypsin and 0.002% Tween 80. The nuclepore membrane filters used in this study were three kinds : 0.4 and 0.2㎛ in pore size of 25㎜ in diameter, 0.2㎛ in pore size of 13㎜ in diameter. The results of the bacterial detection rate by the common skin scraping smear method and nuclepore membrane filter method were compared. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The bacterial detection rates by the nuclepore filter method(25㎜, 13㎜ in diameter) were significantly higher than the bacterial detection rates by skin smear method. 2. There was no significant difference between bacterial detection by 0.4㎛ in pore size, 25㎜ in diameter nuclepore filter and 0.2㎛ in pore size, 25㎜ in diameter nuclepore filter. 3. There was no significant difference between bacterial detection rates by 0.2㎛ in pore size, 25㎜ in diameter, nuclepore filter and 0.2㎛ in pore size, 13㎜ in diameter nuclepore filter. 4. Although the bacterial indices by skin smear were "―", bacterial detection negative. the number of bacteria by nuclepore filter were about 3.2×10 exp (2)/ml. From the above results, it was suggested that on the microbiologic examination from leprosy patients, bacterial detection by skin smear method in the first place should be carried out : and than if the results gave negative, bacterial detection by nuclepore membrane filter method after treatment with trypsin and Tween 80 should be done.
