        초음파 영상 데이터를 활용한 내장기 추나요법 시술 부위 탐색 연구

        Objectives This study was conducted to confirm anatomical information near the treatment areas of visceral chuna manual therapy and to secure stability and effectiveness during the treatment. Methods For 50 healthy adult men and women, a total of 13 ultrasound images were taken of the 7 treatment areas which are the representative treatment areas of visceral Chuna manual therapy. Results The treatment area of the bottom of the liver can be palpated around the right side ST19 and CV14. The treatment area of the gallbladder and the common bile duct can be palpated around the right side SP16 and ST20. The treatment area of the cardia and the pylorus can be palpated around the left side KI21, right side ST20, ST21, KI19, KI20, CV12, and CV13. The origin point of the mesentery root can be moved to the left and lower left from CV12 and can be palpated. The treatment area of the ileocecal valve and the cecum can be palpated around the right side SP14. The treatment area for the colic flexure can be palpated around the both side LR13. The treatment support point for the kidneys can be palpated around both side BL51. Conclusions It is thought that if the ultrasound image data from the meridians around the treatment site is used as an auxiliary, it will be more effective in terms of safety and effectiveness during the treatment of visceral Chuna manual therapy.       • Polyacrylonitrile-Cu(Ⅱ) Complex의 형성과 촉매활성 및 전기전도성에 관한 연구

        The PAN-Cu (Ⅱ) and Al(Ⅲ) complexes were most stable in the pH range from 9 to 11. The viscosity of the PAN-Cu (Ⅱ) complex was lower than that of PAN-Al(Ⅲ)complex because the conformation of the former is more compact than that of latter. The catalytic activity of PAN-Cu (Ⅱ) complex in decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was increased with an increase of complex concentration and reaction time. The PAN-Cu (Ⅱ) complex exhibited electrical resistivity around 10⁴Ω·cm when modified iodine in acetone. The electrical resistivity was significantly affected by the amount of added cupric chloride, iodine and results were satisfactorily obtained by adding more than 20wt % of cupric chloride and about 1.0wt% iodine.

        The metachromatic behavior of methylene blue(MB) with sodium bis (2-ethyl hexyl) sulfosuccinate(AOT or Aeorsol, OT), reversed micelle has been studied by absorption spectra viscosity, and refractive index. The effect of organic solvents(methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, and ethylene glycol) on the spectra has also been investigated. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) values of MB-AOT system are found to be 2.0mM and 2.1m M by means of the method of measurement of spectrophotometer and viscosity, respectively.

        With rapid growth of the internet, need for the mobile communication networks is increasing. In this paper, we implement and test Mobile IP Protocol in Embedded System. Our Mobile IP-based testbed consisted of two sub-networks and each sub-network was configured to operate independently through use of router. To satisfy integrated wired/wireless network model established on the testbed design and show generality of the testbed, we implemented mobile nodes, home agent, foreign agent and router on the basis of Linux operating system. As the results of the evaluation, we confirmed that mobile nodes operated properly according to Mobile IP Protocol.

      • 유기색소분자(MB)와 고분자음이온(PVS)사이에 염효과에 관한 연구

        The metachromatic behavior of methylene blue(MB) in aqueous solution and in the presence of polyvinylsulfate potassium(PVS) was carried out by use of absorption spectroscopy. The salts examining the addition effect were salts (NaCl, KCl, LiCl, NH_4Cl, CH_3)_4NCl and urea). The remarkable increment of methylene blue aggregation with increase of various salts concentration was observed. This phenomenon is due to couter ions from salt which presumably reduces the repulsion force among the molecules of cation dye. In this study, the degree of aggregation appeared differently according to the addition of various salts and these effect was ascribed not only to concentration of counter ions, but also to cation of the salts. The characteristic changes of metachromatic band with the change of P/D value were discussed in terms of stacking theory. The appearance of metachromatic band is explained as a stacking effect of bound dye molecules on the surface of polymer chain and the disappearance of the band at higher P/D values is attributed to the redistribution of bound dye molecules over the excessive binding sites.

      • Methylene Blue의 Metachromasy에 對한 溶媒效果의 吸收分光學的 硏究

        A typical metachromatic dye, methylene bIue, has been found not to associate in ethanol, ethyIene glycerol and 80wt.% dioxane and the spectra observed in the various kind of organic soIvents are in good agreement with the calculated monomer spectra in both the shape and the absorption intensity. These facts reveal that the water molecules play an important role in the self-association of the dye molecules in aqueous solution. In this study, The spectral changes of methylene blue were observed in the mixtures of water and organic solvents with the chane in wt.% organic solvent, and analyzed. Discussions were made both upon the change in intensity and frequency shift. The result intensity change is ascribed to the change in the degree of association and the frequency is explained in the terms of the interaction between the excited state of the molecules and solvent polarity. The unexpected red shift due to the addition of organic solvent in water seems to be the result of the water-structure effect on the formation of the dye dimers.

      • 有機色素分子와 陰이온 界面活性劑 사이의 相互作用에 關한 吸收分光學的 硏究

        The metachromatic behavior of methylene blue (MB) ia aqueous solution and in the presense of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) have been studied by the absorption spectroscopic method. The results are as follows. The association force of the MB molecules in aqueous solution seems to be complex of three factors, i.e., London's dispersion force, the hydrophobic interaction and the interaction between permanent dipoles it has been measured of critical micelle concentration (CMC) in aqueous solution of SDS and that of MB-SDS to be 8.0mM and 7.9mM respectively. This indifference between CMC values of the pure SDS and MB-SDS system would mean the formation of dye-rich induced micelles(drim). The spectral changes of MB-SDS system with the addition of the inorganic salts have been observed. The addition of the salt into the solution causes the redistribution of MB molecules in the complex(D_n^+ S_m^-). It would be resulted from the decrease of the stacking effect between the bound MB molecules. The spectral changes observed in the MB-SDS system with the increase of the S/D values are analyzed and the behavior of the meta band is explainsd in terms of the stacking theory and micelle formation theory

      • MO이론에 의한 Diels-Alder 반응의 배향성과 반응성의 결정 (Ⅱ)

        We applied frontier orbital theory to thermal and catalytic Diels-Alder reaction by means of CNDO/2 and EHT-spd methods, in order to predict the substituent and Lewis acid catalytic effect or reactivity on the regioselectivity of (4+2) cycloaddition reaction of the substituted-nitrosobenzenes. On the above reactions ρ>0. So it takes normal electron demand reaction. When electron withdrawing radicals are substituted, HOMO and LUMO energies of dienophiles are reduced, and the reactivity is increased. As the Lewis acid makes complexes of dienophile and polarizes LUMO coefficients of dienophile in an opposite way, the major regioisomer is predicted as B type. Linear correlation is indicated in the graph of E and σ.

        자연채광 시스템의 성능 평가를 위한 실내 조도 예측 및 조명제어 컴퓨터 모델 개발

        It is necessary to provide sufficient daylighting for the high quality lighting in interior space. In these days various kinds of daylighting systems are developed and applied to buildings, however the difference of the purpose of an object room and a physical environment makes the Daylighting system to be unuseful. Therefore it is necessary to estimate the performances of the Daylighting system using the Computer program to apply the Daylighting system usefully. The purpose of this study is to develop the computer program using the Monte Calro Method and Ray-tracing technique to estimate the performances of the Daylighting system in interior space and the consumption of electric energy by dimming control of electric lighting. The accuracy of the computer model was validated through measurements with physical scale models under real clear sky conditions.

        A 1-year old, intact male Jin-do dog with ataxia, hypersalivation and anorexia was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University. Ivermectin toxicosis was diagnosed by the history taking, clinical signs, physical examination and neurological examination. After therapy with intravenous fluid and lipid emulsion administration, the clinical signs were found to have significantly improved.
