정확한 Closed-Form 그린함수를 이용한 코플래너 도파로 불연속 해석
강연덕,송성찬,이택경 한국항행학회 2003 韓國航行學會論文誌 Vol.7 No.2
실수축 상의 적분 방법에 의한 정확한 closed-form 그린함수를 이용하여 코플래너 도파로의 불연속에 대한 공간영역 full-wave 해석을 하였다. MPIE(Mixed Potential Integral Eqution)를 풀기 위한 수치계산 방법으로는 삼각형 요소를 이용한 갤러킨 방법을 사용하였다. By using accurate closed-form Green's functions obtained from real-axis integration method, the full-wave analysis of CPW discontinuities are performed in space domain. In solving MPIE(Mixed Potetial Integral Equation), Galerkin's scheme is employed with the linear basis functions on the truangular elements in air-dielectric boundary. In the singular integral arising when the observation point and source point coincides, the surface integral is transformed into the line integral and the integral is evaluated by regular integration. By using the green's function from the real-axis integration method, the discontinuities are characterized accurately.

본 연구는 C.R.P. The objective of this study is to suggest the ways of analyzing the entrire-area of cylindrical structure with combination of metric and non-metric photos in C.R.P. and also investigate characteristics of accuracies. For it, circular exposure network was disigned and multi-station photography was executed with metric and non-metric camera respectively. Bundle adjustment was performed to compute three dimensional coordinates of unknown points. By comparing accuracies of results analyzed with metric photos and non-metric photos, we proved applicability of non-metric camera to purpose of measurement. Also, by positioning through combining metric and non-metric pothos, we proved the effectiveness of it and found out characteristics of accuracy of it.

Abstract

Cellulose nanofiber (CNF) is an attractive biomaterial given its film-forming properties, excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility. Herein, CNF film was prepared as a topical drug delivery system by hybridizing curcumin (Cur)-loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs). NLCs with a mean diameter of ≈500 nm were fabricated by using a solvent diffusion method. The lipid composition of the NLCs was optimized based on the efficiency of Cur delivery to the artificial skin and mechanical strength of the developed films, where a composition containing shea butter and Capmul MCM EP exhibited the highest values of 233.2 ± 96.6 μg/cm2/mg and 4.86 ± 0.14 MPa, respectively. The Cur-loaded lipid-hybridized CNF (lipid@CNF) films with a smooth rather than particle-embedded surface were obtained by vacuum filtration of the NLCs and CNF mixture, which were confirmed by TEM, SEM, AFM, XPS, and FTIR analyses. The Cur-loaded lipid@CNF films exhibited more than 2.0-fold increases in Cur deposition to the epidermis of imiquimod (IMQ)-induced psoriatic mouse compared with the films without lipids, which potentially resulted from the amorphous state of Cur observed in the DSC and PXRD analyses and the permeation-enhancing effect of lipids. The in vivo anti-psoriatic efficacy test revealed that the Cur-loaded lipid@CNF films ameliorated the psoriatic skin symptoms in IMQ-induced mice, reducing the pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in the skin almost comparable to a commercially available topical corticosteroid cream. These results could be attributed to the enhanced Cur deposition along with the skin hydration effect of the films. These findings suggest that the developed CNF films can be used as a promising topical drug delivery system for psoriasis therapy.

Objective : Patients with mild ischemic stroke experience various sequela and residual symptoms, such as anxious behavior and deficits in movement. Few approaches have been proved to be effective and safe therapeutic approaches for patients with mild ischemic stroke by acute stroke. Sildenafil (SIL), a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor (PDE5i), is a known remedy for neurodegenerative disorders and vascular dementia through its angiogenesis and neurogenesis effects. In this study, we investigated the efficacy of PDE5i in the emotional and behavioral abnormalities in rats with mild ischemic stroke. Methods : We divided the rats into four groups as follows (n=20, respectively) : group 1, naïve; group 2, middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo30); group 3, MCAo30+SIL-pre; and group 4, MCAo30+SIL-post. In the case of drug administration groups, single dose of PDE5i (sildenafil citrate, 20 mg/kg) was given at 30-minute before and after reperfusion of MCAo in rats. After surgery, we investigated and confirmed the therapeutic effect of sildenafil on histology, immunofluorescence, behavioral assays and neural oscillations. Results : Sildenafil alleviated a neuronal loss and reduced the infarction volume. And results of behavior task and immunofluorescence shown possibility that anti-inflammation process and improve motor deficits sildenafil treatment after mild ischemic stroke. Furthermore, sildenafil treatment attenuated the alteration of theta-frequency rhythm in the CA1 region of the hippocampus, a known neural oscillatory marker for anxiety disorder in rodents, induced by mild ischemic stroke. Conclusion : PDE5i as effective therapeutic agents for anxiety and movement disorders and provide robust preclinical evidence to support the development and use of PDE5i for the treatment of mild ischemic stroke residual disorders.
