Maglev train system has been continuously received attention as it provides good ride quality and low noise and vibration level. Furthermore it is an eco-friendly transport system with little dust pollutant. However the dynamic performance of the vehicle has been influenced by the track layout and the structural stability of guideways and girders etc. Especially the levitation control of magnetic module is the most important performance of the Maglev system and is very sensitive about the control algorithm and the parameters of the controller. In this paper the co-simulation of the control and dynamic model has been proposed and the simulation results for the running simulation on the curve track has been shown.

This study was carried out to evaluate cytotoxicity of the extracts from Sophora flavescens Ait. against L1210(lymphocytic leukemia) and P388D_1(lymphoid neoplasma) cells in vitro. We have determined cytotoxicity by MTT{3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazoliumbromide} assay. The order of cytotoxicity of Sophora flavescens Ait. extracts against L1210 and P388D_1 cells in vitro is as follows : AM>Fr. 5>Fr. 4>Fr. 6>Fr. 7>Fr. 10>Fr. 8>Fr. 3>Fr. 2>Fr. 1>Fr. 9 and AM>Fr. 5>Fr. 4>Fr. 10>Fr. 6>Fr. 8>Fr. 2>Fr. 7>Fr. 9>Fr. 3>Fr. 1. These results suggest that fractions of the methanolic extracts of Sophoroa flavescens Ait. may be a valuable choice for the development of antiumor against.

Cannabidiol derivatives (1, 2 and 3), and 5-fluorouracil (4, 5-FU) were tested for their growth inhibitory effects against human oral epitheloid carcinoma cell lines (KB) using two different 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and sulforhodamine B protein (SRB) assay. These compounds showed a potent inhibitory activity in vitro in the micromolar range against KB cell lines. In general, the antitumor activity of these compounds (1, 2, 3 and 4) was in a dose-dependent over the micromolar concentration ranges from $1\;{\mu}M\;to\;100\;{\mu}M$. The comparison of $IC_{50}$ values of these compounds in tumor cell lines shows that their susceptibility to these compounds decreases in the following order: CBD > 5-FU > CBDME > CBDDE by the MTT assay and SRB assay. Cannabidiol derivatives (1, 2 and 3), and 5-FU were tested for their cytotoxic effects on NIH 3T3 fibroblasts using two different MTT assay and SRB assay. These compounds exhibited potent cytotoxic activities in vitro in the micromolar range against NIH 3T3 fibroblasts. In general, the cytotoxic activities of these compounds (1, 2, 3 and 4) were in a dose-dependent over the micromolar concentration range $1\;{\mu}M\;to\;100\;{\mu}M$. The comparison of $CD_{50}$ values of these compounds on NIH 3T3 fibroblasts shows that their susceptibility to these compounds decreases in the following order; CBD > 5-FU > CBDDE > CBDME by MTT assay, CBD > 5-FU > CBDME > CBDDE by SRB assay. These results suggest that cannabidiol (1, CBD) retains the most growth-inhibitory activity against KB cell lines.

This study was carried out to evaluate cytotoxicity of the methanol extract from Sophora flavescens Ait. against L1210 (lymphocytic leukemia) and $P388D_1$ (lymphoid neoplasma) Cells in vitro. We have determined cytotoxicity by the MTT (3- (4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H- tetrazolium bromide) assay. The order of cytotoxicity of Sophora flavescens Ait. extracts against L1210 and $P388D_1$ cells in vitro is as follows: Fr. 4 > Fr. 3 > Fr. 5 > Fr. 2 > Fr. 1. These results suggest that the fraction 4 of the methanol extracts from Sophora flavescens Ait. may be a valuable choice for the development of antitumor agents. In order to develop an antimicrobial agent, dried Sophora flavescens Ait. was extracted with hot methanol, and then antimicrobial activity (MIC test) was investigated. In this study, the fraction 3 of the methanol extracts from the roots of S. flavescens showed strong growth inhibition activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (MIC, $3.125\;{\mu}g/ml$) such as S. mutans, S. epidermidis and P. putida. These results indicate that fractions 3 and 4 inhibit tumor cells and bacteria.
