A motor used as power source by factory has a relay panels up to recently. But they have the problems of operating and maintenance, such as mechanical contracts, etc. They also need some additional relays to check the over load, over currents and ground faults. But in the development of computers the relay panels to control motor are changed by electrical motor controllers with microprocessor or DSP. They can check the event, the over load, over currents and ground faults and also supervise the trend and state of operating. In this paper, a monitoring devices for the control and supervision of motor has been presented and developed.

This study explains an agricultural mobile commerce case using Oauth Based Real-Time Information Sharing Technique according to the growth of the agricultural e-commerce market. Considering the characteristics of the agricultural market, it can confirm differential values with the existing agricultural mobile commerce market according to the functions and characteristics of its technique. We compare variables for introducing agricultural mobile commerce with the existing mobile commerce. Trust through information sharing with real-timefarming diaries, suitability and perceived ease of use variables are positively influenced, but influence on completeness and authority of information variables are relatively insufficient. Through this, we explained differential values of agricultural mobile commerce and suggested an applicable business model.

Intestinal Helminthic Infections Diagnosed by Colonoscopy in a Regional Hospital during 2001-2008

The present study investigated characteristics of 24 parasite infection cases detected during colonoscopy in a regional hospital from January 2001 to December 2008. Sixteen patients were confirmed with Trichuris trichiura infection, 6 patients were with Ascaris lumbricoides infection, 1 patient with Enterobius vermicularis infection, and 1 patient with Anisakis infection. Among them, 7 patients (43.8%) were asymptomatic. Colonoscopy findings were normal in 18 patients (75.0%). Among the patients with T. trichiura infection, colonoscopy showed several erosions in 2 patients (8.3%) and non-specific inflammation of the affected segment of the colon in 3 patients (12.5%). In 1 patient with anisakiasis, colonoscopy revealed a markedly swollen colonic wall. Stool examinations were performed before treatment in 7 patients (29.2%) and were all negative for parasite eggs or worms. These results suggest that colonoscopy is a useful diagnostic approach for parasitic infections even for asymptomatic patients and for patients with negative stool examinations.

This paper proposed new techniques of rotor position detection for 8/6 pole Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM). This technique is very simple and easy to find out rotor position. The main idea uses the impulse responses which have different values between aligned and unaligned rotor position. In order to obtain the informations of the rotor position, the impulse applied to the unenergized phases and their responses are analyzed to control the speed of SRM without shaft sensor. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

The proportion of diesel vehicle is very high in this country. PM and NOx emitted from diesel-powered vehicle is severely affecting to the air quality. Especially, diesel particulate matters(DPM) including black smoke are hazardous air pollutants to human health and envirornment In order to reduce the exhaust emission from diesel engines, it is necessary to prepare a comprehensive management plan for emissions from diesel vehicles. The emission characteristics according to particle size as well as aftertreatment equipments were analyzed in corporation with K-nST. The number of particles from heavy-duty engines was about #107108/cm3 and particle size was in the range of 100-200 om. In the case of light-duty engines,<br/> number of particles was about #106/cm3 and particle size was in the range of 70-200nm. The removal efficiency of fine particles for aftertreatment equipments under development was also measured. The efficiency was more than 80% for DPF type, but less than 40% for other types and sometimes the efficiency was found to be almost zero.

As the number of large-scaled Agricultural Products Processing Center (APC) increases, the introduction of the ERP system has been actively promoted in agriculture. Although there are effort to apply the ERP system in agriculture, successful cases of APC are rare because of the limitation of ERP system and lack of user’s awareness. The purpose of the study is to derive success factors of ERP implementation by comparing two cases of APC which adopted ERP system. This study used 11 Critical Success Factor (CSF) to analyze whether two APCs had implemented these factors and to find the importance of CSF before and after ERP adoption. The implications of this study are as follow. The results of this study can minimize trial and error of APC that uses ERP system by sharing success factors. In addition, the government can use these factors as APC target selection index for ERP government business.

<P>Long-length (Sm<SUB>1+x</SUB>B<SUB>2-x</SUB>C<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>7-y</SUB>) coated conductor was fabricated using ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD)-MgO template (LaMnO<SUB>3</SUB>/IBAD - MgO/Y<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/Hastelloy) by the reactive co-evaporation method for electric power applications. SmBCO superconducting layers with thicknesses from 1 to 3 ¿m were deposited to investigate the effect of SmBCO thickness on the in-plane texture, surface morphology and superconducting properties. In this study, the optimal deposition conditions were examined to make thick SmBCO coated conductor without degradation of critical current density. The oxygen partial pressure and temperature were controlled in the range of 1~20 mTorr and 600 ~ 800°C, respectively. SmBCO/IBAD-MgO coated conductors showed high critical current densities over 2.0 MA/cm<SUP>2</SUP> with small amount of degradation by increasing the thickness of superconducting layer up to 3 ¿m. The critical current of 637.5 A/cm-w (J<SUB>C</SUB> = 2.12 MA/cm<SUP>2</SUP>) at 77 K in self- field was obtained in 3 ¿m-thick and 1 m long coated conductor. This is the highest critical current reported so far of the coated conductor with SmBCO superconducting layer deposited by co-evaporation.</P>
소화기 ; 급성 대장 게실 출혈에서 헤모클립을 이용한 내시경적 지혈의 유용성

목적: 급성 하부 위장관 출혈의 진단 및 치료에 대장내시경 검사가 이용되고 있지만 게실 출혈 치료에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 게실 출혈의 치료에 헤모클립을 이용한 내시경적 치료의 유용성에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2004년 1월부터 2009년 12월까지 의정부성모병원에 혈변을 주소로 내원하여 대장내시경 검사로 급성 게실 출혈로 진단되어 지혈 클립을 이용한 내시경 치료를 시행받은 13명의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 13명의 환자 중 4명은 게실 내 활동성 출혈, 7명은 노출 혈관의 소견을 보였다. 모든 환자에서 헤모클립을 이용하여 성공적인 지혈이 이루어졌다. 1명(7.7%)의 환자에서 입원 기간 내 재출혈이 발생하여 헤모클립을 이용하여 재치료 하였다. 시술과 관련된 합병증은 없었다. 중간값 34개월의 관찰 기간동안 1명(7.7%)에서 후기 재출혈이 발생하였다. 결론: 급성 대장 게실 출혈에서 헤모클립을 이용한 내시경치료는 안전하고 유용한 치료이며, 재출혈 예방에 효과적이다. Background/Aims: Although colonoscopy is often used to diagnose and treat acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding, there have been few reports on outcomes of the management of colonic diverticular bleeding in Korea. This study evaluated the utility of colonoscopic hemoclipping for the control of diverticular bleeding. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 13 patients with acute diverticular bleeding treated using endoclips at Uijeongbu St. Mary`s Hospital between January 2004 and December 2009. Results: Of the 13 patients, four had an actively bleeding vessel visible at colonoscopy, while nine had a non-bleeding vessel. Hemostasis with hemoclipping was successful in all patients without procedural complications. One patient (7.7%) had early recurrent bleeding and additional colonoscopic hemoclipping was successful. During a median follow-up of 34 months, late recurrent bleeding occurred in one patient (7.7%). Conclusions: Colonoscopic treatment of acute diverticular bleeding using endoclips is safe and effective, with high rates of immediate and long-term success. (Korean J Med 79:148-154, 2010)

Objectives: This study investigated the relationship between the blood mercury concentration and cardiovascular risk factors in elderly Korean individuals living in coastal areas. Methods: The sample consisted of 477 adults (164 males, 313 females) aged 40 to 65 years who visited a Busan health promotion center from June to September in 2009. The relationship between blood mercury concentration and cardiovascular risk factors including metabolic syndrome, cholesterol profiles, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), was investigated. Variables related to blood mercury concentration were further evaluated using multiple regression analysis. Results: The blood mercury concentration of the study population was 7.99 (range, 7.60 to 8.40) ${\mu}g$/L. In males, the blood mercury concentration was 9.74 (8.92 to 10.63) ${\mu}g$/L, which was significantly higher than that in females (7.21, [6.80 to 7.64] ${\mu}g$/L). The blood mercury concentration of the study population was related to several cardiovascular risk factors including low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (p=0.044), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (p=0.034), BMI (p = 0.006), waist circumference (p = 0.031), and WHR (p < 0.001). In males, the blood mercury concentration was significantly correlated with WHR in the multiple regression analysis. Conclusions: In males, the blood mercury concentration was related to waist-to-hip ratio, which is a central obesity index and cardiovascular risk factor. Our finding suggests that cardiovascular disease risk in males was increased by mercury exposure via an obesity-related mechanism.
