        Nano-sized silver catalysts have been prepared by alcohol and dioctyl esterof sodium sulphosuccinic acid, anionic surfactant, Aerosol OT(AOT). TOD/TPR andethylene oxide activity have been studied to investigate the characteristics of silvercatalysts. The sizes of Ag particles were estimated to be 10∼16 nm and the peak ofsilver oxide was not observed by XRD except for metallic silver. The desorptionpeak of molecular oxygen by TPD/TPR uniqely observed at about 400 ℃ in thecatalyst prepared by water-alcohol method. However, in the catalyst prepared bymicroemulsion method, the desorption peaks of molecular and atomic oxygens wereobserved at about 400 ℃ and 600 ℃, respectivly. The catalyst prepared by water-alcohol method showed higher activity ethylene oxide than the catalyst prepared by microemulsion method. It eems due to the larger silver particles and easier desorption of molecular oxygen from the catalyst prepared by water-alcohol method.

        전치부 개교를 동반한 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자의 악교정 수술 후 교합평면의 변화와 안정성에 관한 연구

        악골의 골격적 부조화를 가진 환자의 교정치료는 악교정 수술을 필요로 하고, 악교정 수술에 의해 교합평면각은 변화된다. 특히 전치부 개교를 동반한 III급 부정교합 환자에서 치아안면 기형을 치료하기 위한 교합평면각의 변화에 대하여 많은 논란이 있어 왔다. 교합평면각을 증가시키는 하악골의 시계 방향 회전(clockwise rotation)은 전치부 개교에 대한 적절한 치료법으로 추천되어 왔고 하악골의 반시계 방향의 회전(counterclockwise rotation)은 하악지 고경을 증가시키는 방향으로 하악골을 회전시킨다는 개념으로 인해 재발(relapse)을 유발하는 불안정한 수술 방법으로 인식되어 왔다. 본 연구는 전치부 개교를 동반한 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자에서 교합평면의 반시계 방향회전을 동반한 하악지시상분할 골절단술 시행 후 교합평면각의 변화와 술후 안정성과의 관계를 평가하고자 하였다. 하악지 시상분할 골절단술과 rigid fixation으로 치료받은 환자 25명(평균연령 20.6세)을 대상으로 하여 수술 작전(T1), 술후 2주내(T2), 그리고 술후 6개월 이후(T3)에 촬영한 측모 두부계측 방사선 사진을 통계분석한 결과 (Paired t-test, Pearson correlation analysis), 다음의 결론을 얻었다. 1. 악교정 수술 후 (T2) 하악평면각은 2.9° 감소하였고 SN평면에 대한 하악 교합평면의 각도는 2.7°감소하였다. 술후 6개월경과 후 (T3)후안면 고경의 감소로 인해(P<0.01) 하악 평면각은 1.0° 증가하였으나 하악 교합평면의 경사도는 변화되지 않았다. 2. 악교정 수술 후 시간 경과(T3)에 의해 발생한 수평적 개발은 하악골의 전방 이동량이 B점에서 1.6mm로 수술시 전체 후방 이동량의 약 22%였다. 전안면 고경에서는 수직적 재발이 발생하지 않았으나, 후안면 고경은 감소하였다(P<0.01). 3. 수평적 재발과 상관관계를 보이는 항목은 하악평면각 이었고(P<0.01) 수술 6개월경과 후 후안면 고경의 감소와 상관관계가 있는 요소로는 수술시 하악골의 후방 이동량(P<0.01), 하악지 고경의 증가량(P<0.01), 그리고 하악평면각의 감소량(P<0.01) 등이 있었다. 4. 수술시 하악 교합평면 경사도의 변화량과 술후 재발과는 상관관계가 없었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the stability of counterclockwise rotation of mandible by sagittal split ramus osteotomy to correct the skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion with anterior open bite. Twenty five skeletal Class Ⅲ open bite patients(mean age 20.6 years) who were treated by the sagittal split ramus osteotomies with rigid fixation were examined in this study. Cephalometric radiographs were taken for each patients preoperative (T1), early postoperative(T2), and late postoperative period(T3). Mean postoperative period was 8.0 months. Cephalometric analysis was done and data from T1, T2, T3 were analyzed statistically by Paired t-test and Pearson correlation analysis. The following results were obtained. 1. Mandibular plane angle decreased 2.9° and mandibular occlusal plane angle related to SNplane decreased 2.7° after orthognathic surgery(T2). At 6 months after orthognathic surgery(T3), mandibular plane angle increased 1.0°, but mandibular occlusal plane angle did not changed. 2. The amount of horizontal relapse long time after orthognathic surgery(T3) was 1.6mm at B point and it was 22% of the total posterior movements. There was no vertical relapse in the anterior facial height. 3. The related factor with horizontal relapse at late postoperative period was mandibular plane angle(p<0.01). The related factors with decreasing posterior facial height were amount of mandibular setback(p<0.01), increasing of mandibular ramus height(p<0.01), and decrease of the mandibular plane angle during operation(p<0.01). 4. There was no relationship between the amount of changes in mandibular occlusal plan angle during operation and the amount of relapse after surgery.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of water extract of Patriniae Herba on the poliferation of human cancer cell-lines. The effects of Patriniae Herba on the poliferation of A43l, HeLa, MOLT-4, K562 cells, Balb/c 3T3 cells, mouse thymocytes, splenocytes and human lymphocytes were estimated by MTT colorimetric assay, The results were as follows; 1. Patriniae Herbs did not effect A43l, HeLa, MOLT-4, K562 cells. 2. The cytotoxicity of mitomycin C on MOLT-4 cells was increased by the combination of Patriniae Herba. 3. Patriniae Herba inhibited the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells. 4. Patriniae Herba stimulated the proliferation of thymocytes. 5. Patriniae Herba stimulated the proliferation of splenocytes. 6. Patriniae Herba stimulated the proliferation of human lymphocytes.

        Streptococcus의 유당분해에 대한 자일리톨의 효과

        자일리톨은 탄소 5개가 있는 탄수화물로 치아우식증을 억제할 목적으로 사용되는 자당 대체물이다. 본 논문은 구강 중요 세균인 Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus oralis, Streptococcus salivarius에서 유당분해에 대한 자일리톨의 작용을 관찰하고자 하였다. 세균에 대한 유당과 자일리톨의 병합효과를 보기 위하여 분광광도계를 이용한 흡광도를 측정하였고 생균수 검사를 실시하였다. Streptococcus mutans 또는 β-galactosidase에 의한 유당분해에 대한 자일리톨 효과를 보기 위하여 thin layer chromatography와 lactose-PTS activity test를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 유당과 자일리톨을 병합 첨가한 배지에 Streptococcus mutans를 배양하면 배양액 흡광도가 배양 8시간에 증가하지 않다가 배양 24시간에 증가하였다. 배양 8시간에서의 생균수도 유당 단독보다 유당과 자일리톨 병합 첨가 시 적게 나타났다. 2. 유당과 자일리톨을 병합 첨가한 배지에 Streptococcus oralis, Streptococcus salivarius를 배양하면 배양액 흡광도가 배양 8시간에 증가하지 않다가 배양 24시간에 증가하였다. 3. 배지에 유당 단독으로 첨가할 때보다도 유당과 자일리톨을 병합 첨가한 배지에 Streptococcus mutans를 8시간 배양하면 thin layer chromatography상 남아있는 유당이 많았으나, 배양 24시간에는 모든 유당이 분해되었다. 4. 배지에 유당 단독으로 첨가할 때보다도 유당과 자일리톨을 병합 첨가한 배지에서 Streptococcus mutans의 lactose-PTS 활성도가 낮았다. 5. 배지에 유당 단독으로 첨가할 때보다도 유당과 자일리톨을 병합 첨가한 배지에 β-galactosidase 사용시 thin layer chromatography상 유당이 많았다. 이상의 결과는 자일리톨이 Streptococcus의 유당 이용을 억제함을 시사하였다. Xylitol is a 5-carbons carbohydrate, which can be replaced with sucrose for preventing dental caries. To study the effect of xylitol on the fermentation of lactose in bacteria, the important oral bacteria such as Streptococcus (S.) mutans, S. oralis and S. salivarius were studied. The optical density using spectophotometer and the cell concentration were assessed to evaluate the combined effect of lactose and xylitol against the bacteria. Thin layer chromatography and lactose-PTS activity test were performed to evaluate the effect of xylitol on the fermentation of lactose in S. mutans and by β-galactosidase with the following results. 1. The optical density of Streptococcus mutans culture was not increased for 8 hours-incubation in the media added with lactose and xylitol, but was increased at 24 hours-incubation. The number of viable cells at 8 hours-incubation was smaller in the media containing lactose and xylitol in comparison with lactose only. 2. The optical densities of Streptococcus oralis culture and Streptococcus salivarius culture were not increased for 8 hours-incubation in the media added with lactose and xylitol, but were increased at 24 hours-incubation. 3. When Streptococcus mutans was incubated for 8 hours in the media added with lactose and xylitol. the amount of remained lactose was larger compared with the media added with lactose only. But all lactose was fermented in both media after 24 hours-incubation. 4. When Streptococcus mutans was incubated in the media added with lactose and xylitol, the activity of lactose-PTS was higher compared with the media added with lactose only. 5. When β-galactosidase was incubated in the media added with lactose and xylitol, the amount of remained lactose was larger compared with the media added with lactose only. These results indicated that xylitol inhibited the fermentation of lactose by Streptococcus.

      • 최적화에 의한 Ketoconazole Solid Dispersion System 의 약물 속도론적 연구

        Ketoconazole was manufactured as solid dispersion system(SDS)by computer optimization technique and pharmacokientic properties were investigated in vivo by animal study using rabbits. Following results, doses (25,50 and 100mg/kg)and AUC?? had both a good relationship between them administered by SDS as well as ketoconazole only. AUC?? obtained by administration of ketoconazole only, physical mixture and SDS was occurred SDS>physical mixture>ketoconazole only in turn and plasma comcentration was increased about 2.3 fold by SDS administration than ketoconazole only. The results obtained by in vivo absorption test of SDS that made maximum dissolution in the artificial intestinal juice revealed a good relationship between in vitro and in vivo test.

      • 스크린 골프 이용자들의 참여 동기가 여가만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to closely examine the influence of screen golf users' motivation on leisure satisfaction so that the finding from this study can be used as baseline data necessary for the prosperity and popularization of screen golf industry. Study data were collected from Questionnaire given out to 240 screen golf users from 5 different areas in Seoul-Gyeonggi Province(Gwanak-Gu, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Kangnam-Gu, Sungbuk-Gu, Gwacheon). Various analytical methods were perform on the data such as t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using Windows SPSS 15.0 version. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, significant difference was found in age factor on motivation according to demographic characteristic of screen golf users. The 50 and above age group showed highest intrinsic and extrinsic motivation among the sub-variables of motivation. No motivation was most found in the 40's age group. Second, significant difference was found in age and monthly income factors on leisure satisfaction according to demographic characteristic of screen golf users. 50 and above age group and a group with monthly income exceeding 3 million won showed the highest satisfaction level. Third, as a result of examining the relationship between screen golf users' motivation and leisure satisfaction, among the motivation sub-variables, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation had positive correlation with leisure satisfaction, and no motivation had negative correlation with leisure satisfaction.

      • Neuropeptide γ의 구조 및 생리활성

        생리활성을 지닌 신경펩타이드의 구조와 활성간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 고상법으로 합성한 세종류의 neuropeptide γ(mammalian-,trout- 그리고 goldfish-neuropeptide γ)를 사용하여 연구하였다. Circular dichroism spectra에 의하면 mammalian-,trout- 와 goldfish-neuropeptide γ는 완충액 조건하에 모두 random한 구조를 나타내었다. 중성 및 산성 지질 존재 하에서, mammalian-과 trout- neuropeptide γ는 여전히 random한 구조를 취하였다. 그러나, goldfish-neuropeptide γ는 중성 및 산성지질하에서 부분적으로 α-helix구조를 나타내었다. 장관 수축활성에 있어서는 carp 장관, guinea-pig 회장 그리고 rat십이지장에 대하여 비교하였다. Carp에 대해서는 goldfish-neuropeptide γ= trout- neuropeptide γ>mammalian-neuropeptide γ순으로 활서이 나타났다. 그러나, guinea-pig 회장과 rat십이지장에 대해서 mammalian-neuropeptide γ는 어류 유래성 neuropeptide g들 보다 높은 수축활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과들은 neuropeptide γ들이 종-특이적인 활성을 나타낸다는 것을 제시한다. The relationship between structure and biological activity was studied on the three neuropeptides(mammalian-,trout- and goldfish-neuropeptide γ)that were syntheized by the solid-phase method. Circular dichroism spectra showed that mammalian-,trout- and goldfish-neuropeptide γadopted an undered structure in buffer solution. In the presence od neutral and acidic liposomes, mammalian-and trout- neuropeptide γ also took a random structure. However, goldfish-neuropeptide γ took an α-helical structure in acidic liposomes. The intestinal motility response was investigated with carp interstines, guinea-pig ileums and rat duodenums. In case of carp intestine, contractine activity was as follows:goldfish-neuropeptide γ= trout- neuropeptide γ> mammalian-neuropeptide γ. On the other hand, the contracile activity of mammalian-neuropeptide γ was more potent than trout- and goldfish-neuropeptide γ in the guinea-pig ileums and rat duodenums. these results suggest that neuropeptide γs showed the species-specific activity.
