Recently, many manufacturers are recalling due to product quality problems. since it is difficult to record and utilize the manufacturing information in all steps of manufacturing, it is hard to figure out a cause of the quality problem clearly in the process of manufacturing and supplying parts. It is necessary to share the manufacturing information throughout the supply chain particularly among small and medium-sized manufacturers, but related infrastructure and information systems are in shortage. In this research, a 3D-based visualization system to cope with quality problems after product shipment was proposed. The proposed system shows the past state of the process and the flow of the logistics of the product in which the complaint after a shipment has occurred to the 3D-based visualization. It also shows the manufacturing history including product defect information and the status of each facility. In addition, it is possible to compare the production results for each scenario based on the built-in simulation function and perform alternative analysis on an improvement of the line such as buffer optimum capacity calculation or cycle time reduction. It was developed using open source for the diffusion of medium and small-sized manufacturing companies and applied to the actual production line of auto parts company.

The relationship between the partial discharge and the discoloration of lubricant at the interface of the underground transmission cable outdoor termination analyzed in this paper. The possibility of discoloration of lubricant by partial discharge is firstly verified through simulation test of silicone lubricant discoloration. Then breakdown mechanism is proposed through various analysis such as the viscosity of lubricant, the possibility of partial discharge due to formation of thick circumferential silicone lubricant, and so on.

An effective loading method of the recombinant human Bone Morphogenetic Protein-2 (rhBMP-2) on the implant surface is essential for promoting bone formation. However, the studies comparing the effectiveness of loading methods for rhBMP-2 are insufficient. The objective of this study was to investigate the sustained rhBMP-2 delivery on the functionalized nanotubular surface. rhBMP-2 loading method on functionalized nanotubular surface was divided into 3 groups; coating and dry method, vacuum method, lyophilization method. A total of 10 ug rhBMP-2 was loaded into functionalized nanotubular titanium implant surfaces (3.75 mm in diameter and 7 mm in length). The releasing time of rhBMP-2 was evaluated at 1, 5, 7 days. The data were statistically analyzed with one-way ANOVA and a Post Hoc Bonferroni test. A sustained release pattern was observed in each groups and the amount of rhBMP-2 loaded was the highest in the lyophilization group. The results suggest that lyophilization method is effective method to load rhBMP-2 on the functionalized nanotubular surface and the functionalized nanotubular surface could be a sustainable useful carrier of rhBMP-2.

In this study, we conducted whole-genome sequenc- ing with six species of Pectobacterium composed of seven strains, JR1.1, BP201601.1, JK2.1, HNP201719, MYP201603, PZ1, and HC, for the analysis of patho- genic factors associated with the genome of Pectobac- terium. The genome sizes ranged from 4,724,337 bp to 5,208,618 bp, with the GC content ranging from 50.4% to 52.3%. The average nucleotide identity was 98% among the two Pectobacterium species and ranged from 88% to 96% among the remaining six species. A similar distribution was observed in the carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) class and extracellular plant cell wall degrading enzymes (PCWDEs). HC showed the highest number of enzymes in CAZymes and the low- est number in the extracellular PCWDEs. Six strains showed four subsets, and HC demonstrated three sub- sets, except hasDEF, in type I secretion system, while the type II secretion system of the seven strains was conserved. Components of human pathogens, such as Salmonella pathogenicity island 1 type type III secretion system (T3SS) and effectors, were identified in PZ1; T3SSa was not identified in HC. Two putative effectors, including hrpK, were identified in seven strains along with dspEF. We also identified 13 structural genes, six regulator genes, and five accessory genes in the type VI secretion system (T6SS) gene cluster of six Pectobacteri- um species, along with the loss of T6SS in PZ1. HC had two subsets, and JK2.1 had three subsets of T6SS. With the GxSxG motif, the phospholipase A gene did locate among tssID and duf4123 genes in the T6SSa cluster of all strains. Important domains were identified in the vgrG/paar islands, including duf4123, duf2235, vrr-nuc, and duf3396.
