최근 무분별한 도로건설이 중복투자로 이어져 국가예산 낭비를 초래한다는 지적이 시민단체, 언론, 기관 등에서 끊임없이 이어지고 있다. 중복투자 논란의 주요 원인은 비슷한 시기에 건설되는 고속도로와 국도의 상호보완효과를 고려하지 않고 타당성 유무만 의존하여 도로건설 시행여부를 결정하는것에서 기인된다. 이는 결국 중복투자 여부를 판단할 수 있는 명확한 기준이 부재하기 때문인데, 이러한 중복논란으로 인해 공기가 지연되는 등 막대한 사회비용이 낭비되고 있다. 이처럼 중복투자 예방과 도로투자에 대한 효율성 제고를 위해서는 사업계획 시점에서 중복성 여부를 판단할 수 있는 방법론 개발이 절실히 필요하나 아직까지 중복성을 합리적으로 판단할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다.
Performance Analysis of Navigation Algorithm for GNSS Ground Station

Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) is been developing in many countries. The satellite navigation system has the importance in economic and military fields. For utilizing satellite navigation system properly, the technology of GNSS Ground Station is needed. GNSS Ground Station monitors the signal of navigation satellite and analyzes navigation solution. This study deals with the navigation software for GNSS Ground Station. This paper will introduce the navigation solution algorithm for GNSS Ground Station. The navigation solution can be calculated by the code-carrier smoothing method, the Kalman-filter method, the least-square method, and the weight least square method. The performance of each navigation algorithm in this paper is presented.

A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of partial replacement of fishmeal (FM) protein in a practical diet for rockfish Sebastes schlegeli juveniles with mealworm Tenebrio molitor meal (WM), in terms of growth performance, feed utilization, whole body composition and hematological parameters. Four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated to contain 8, 16, 24 and 32% WM (designated as WM8, WM16, WM24 and WM32). A FM-based diet without WM inclusion was used as a control. Triplicate groups of rockfish ($2.6{\pm}0.07g$) were hand fed one of the experimental diets to visual satiation twice a day for 8 weeks. Weight gain of fish fed the WM32 diet was lower than that of control. No significant differences were found in daily feed intake, feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio. The whole-body protein content of fish fed WM0 and WM8 diets were significantly higher than that of fish fed WM32 diet. No statistical differences were observed in hematological parameters. These results indicate that WM has potential as alternative to FM in practical diets for juvenile rockfish and can be used at an inclusion level of up to 24% without having a significant negative effects on growth and feed efficiency.

We present the results of a study of a piezoelectric generator that generates electricity by the application of tension to an element. A device is named "EYE-type generator". The EYE-type generator consists of a rectangular ceramic and two elastic body plates that are attached to upper and lower surfaces of a ceramic. If tension is applied to both ends of the elastic body, that tension is transformed to pressure on the ceramic through a change in the form of the elastic body, causing a piezoelectric effect whereby electricity is generated by the ceramic. This generator is relatively durable because a forces are not applied directly to the ceramic. We examined dependencies of the generator's output characteristics on the size of the ceramic and elastic body. A resonance and output characteristics were analyzed by using a finite element method. The generator was fabricated based on results of the analysis, and this was attached to a frequency-controllable vibrator to measure the output characteristics. The measured results were compared with results of the simulation, and the results pointed to the practicality of the design.

In this study, a new designed propeller was applied on 24 ton class squid jigging vessel to reduce of fuel consumption. The selected squid jigging boat was under construction at the shipyard to determine the resistance of the hull through the model experiment. The propeller design was carried out by using the experimental data and ITTC procedures. Sea trials were performed by measuring the speed and the horsepower required by the condition of five power levels of engine load, namely 70%, 80%, 90%, MCR and maximum engine power. The speed and delivered horse power were compared between the conventional propeller and the new design propeller. Delivered horse power by installing the new propeller takes 90% engine load at start-up conducted by decreased 9.06%. The measuring speed is increased up to the 0.6 knots in the low-speed range to high range. This study showed that only the design and installation of a new propeller can improve the propulsion efficiency of the boats; furthermore, reduce fuel costs can be achieved at the same time by improving the increased cruising speed.

This study describes the result on PV system for evaluating the performance of small fishing boats. Photovoltaic system with 200 watts power generation facilities on the 3-ton fishing boat was carried. Load test was performed on the condition that the work lamps lit during night operations. As a result the performance can be used for more than two hours at 60 watt work lamps. The load test was performed on the condition that fishing vessels are on the cruising condition at sea. The solar power systems have been investigated as a power generation efficiency of about 36.55%. Additional tests show that the power generation efficiency is difficult to expect a maximum of 50% or more. Fuel consumption of fishing boats by installing a solar power system is reduced. Also the PV system is useful for the verification of their availability for fishing vessels as well as the satisfaction of the fishermen. The results for the durability of the photovoltaic device is acceptable, including a solar panel, controller and the performance exhibited no breakage in the harsh marine environment or failure so far. The installed PV system was confirmed that the durability with at least 2 years.

과학기술의 발달로 인해 인간의 삶은 더욱 편리하고 윤택하게 변화하고 있다. IT 기술 발달에 따라 다양한 스마트 디바이스들이 대중들에게 사용되고 있으며 스마트기기 간 인터넷·네트워크 시스템을 통해 사물인터넷(IOT) 시대에 접어들게 되었다. 스마트폰 사용자의 증가와 스마트홈 어플리케이션(App) 서비스로 인해 인간의 주거생활은 더욱 편리해지고 있지만, 실제로 주택 주거시간이 많은 액티브시니어세대에게 있어 스마트홈 App 사용은 빈번하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 액티브시니어세대의 편리하고 윤택한 주거생활을 위한 스마트홈 App 활성화 방안을 제안한다. 국내에 서비스 중인 이용자수가 많은 스마트홈 App을 다섯개 선정하고 선정된 스마트홈 App의 그래픽 유저 인터페이스(GUI)를 조사·분석 하였다. 스마트홈 App의 조사·분석 결과 스마트홈 App의 GUI 측면에서 액티브시니어세대가 사용하기에 다소 미흡한 부분을 찾을 수 있었다. 특히, 최종적으로 액티브시니어세대의 신체적 특징을 고려하여 쉽게 접근하고 사용할 수 있는 스마트홈 App GUI를 제안 하였다. 본 연구 제안을 통해 액티브시니어세대의 스마트홈 App 활용성 증대로 인한 삶의 질 향상이 기대된다. With the development of science and technology, human life has become more convenient and comfortable. The development of IT led to people`s use of diverse smart devices. The internet based network system of smart devices triggered the emergence of IoT era. With increases in smartphone users and smartphone application (App) services, residential life of people have become more convenient. Nevertheless, it was found that the active senior generation with a lot of residence time in housing didn`t use smarthome App often. Therefore, this study tried to propose a smarthome App promotion plan for convenient and comfortable residential life of the active senior generation. This study chose domestic five kinds of apartment smarthome App for the active senior generation, and surveyed and analyzed their Graphic User Interface. As the result, they somewhat lacked layout, menu, icons, and colors in terms of the active senior generation` usability. Therefore, this study proposed an easy-to-access and easy-to-use smarthome App GUI by taking into account the physical characteristics of the active senior generation. It is expected that the GUI proposed in this study will contribute to increasing the active senior generation`s usability of smarthome App and thereby improving their quality of life.

The antioxidant activities of 80% methanol extracts obtained from 118 medicinal plants were tested through the evaluation of DPPH and superoxide anion radicals scavenging activity. Methanol extracts of Sophora japonica (76.9%) and Camptotheca acuminata Dence (50.9%) were found to have more than 50% DPPH radical scavenging activity while those of Perilla frutescens (37.2%), Amomum costatum (34.9%), Prunus ansu (33.2%), Mentha arvensis (32.3%), Serratula koreana (32.2%), Eriobotrya japonica (30.5%), and Artemisia asiatica (30.5%) showed more than 30% scavenging activity. Even though all of the commercial antioxidants didn`t show superoxide anion radical activity, Mentha arvensis (87.7%), Eriobotrya japonica (84.9%), Amomum costatum (82.9%), Camptotheca acuminata Dence (82.1%) showed more than 80% scavenging activity. Mentha arvensis, Eriobotrya japonica, Amomum costatum, Camptotheca acuminata Dence showed strong antioxidative activity in the both DPPH and superoxide anion radical scavenging activities.
