최근 국내에서도 조직행동분야에서 번영감에 대한 논의가 점차 관심을 받고 있다. 번영감이란 조직 구성원이 업무수행과정에서 지각하는 활력감, 학습감이 결합된 개념을 말한다. 번영감의 긍정적인 영향력 때문에 연구자와 실무에서 번영감에 관한 관심이 높고, 이에 따라 관련 연구가 지속되고 있으나, 여전히 선행요인과 결과요인, 그리고 메커니즘을 탐색하기 위한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 선행연구에서 다루지 않았던 번영감의 선행 요인과 결과영향을 탐색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 경력관리행동과 조직경력개발지원을 번영감의 선행요인으로 잡크 래프팅을 번영감의 결과요인으로 연구모형을 설계하고 실증하였다. 실증분석을 위해 국내 기업에서 근무하는 477 명의 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력관리행동은 번영감에 정 (+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직경력개발지원은 번영감에 정(+) 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 번영감이 잡크래프팅에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 번영감은 경력관리행동과 잡크래프팅 간의 관계와 조직경력개발지원과 잡크래프팅 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 실증 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다 Recently, ‘thriving at work’ has been receiving attention in the field of organizational behavior. Thriving at work refers to a concept that combines the sense of vitality and learning that employees perceive in the process of performing tasks. Researchers and practitioners are interested in ‘thriving at work’ and related research is con-tinuing because of the positive impact of it. However, there is still a need for research to explore the anteced-ents, consequences, and mechanisms. Thus, this study intends to explore the antecedents and consequences of ‘thriving at work’ that were not addressed in previous studies. Specifically, this study designed and demonstrated a research model in which career management behavior and organizational career development support were antecedents for thriving at work and job crafting was a consequence of it. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted with 477 employees working in domestic companies. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, career management behavior was found to have a positive effect on the thriving at work. Second, it was confirmed that organizational career development support had a positive effect on the thriving at work. Third, thriving at work had a positive effect on job crafting. Fourth, thriving at work was found to mediate the rela-tionship between career management behavior and job crafting, and between support for organizational career development and job crafting. Based on the empirical results of the study, the implications and limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.

<P>Tin oxide-based materials, operating via irreversible conversion and reversible alloying reaction, are promising lithium storage materials due to their higher capacity. Recent studies reported that nanostructured SnO<SUB>2</SUB> anode provides higher capacity beyond theoretical capacity based on the alloying reaction mechanism; however, their exact mechanism remains still unclear. Here, we report the detailed lithium storage mechanism of an ordered mesoporous SnO<SUB>2</SUB> electrode material. Synchrotron X-ray diffraction and absorption spectroscopy reveal that some portion of Li<SUB>2</SUB>O decomposes upon delithiation and the resulting oxygen reacts with Sn to form the SnO<SUB><I>x</I></SUB> phase along with dealloying of Li<SUB><I>x</I></SUB>Sn, which are the main reasons for unexpected high capacity of an ordered mesoporous SnO<SUB>2</SUB> material. This finding will not only be helpful in a more complete understanding of the reaction mechanism of Sn-based oxide anode materials but also will offer valuable guidance for developing new anode materials with abnormal high capacity for next generation rechargeable batteries.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/cmatex/2014/cmatex.2014.26.issue-22/cm5025603/production/images/medium/cm-2014-025603_0012.gif'></P>
INCREASED FASTING PLASMA GHRELIN LEVELS DURING ALCOHOL ABSTINENCE

<P><B>Aims:</B> Ghrelin is a peptide hormone that antagonizes the action of leptin and is thereby thought to regulate feeding behaviour. The actions of ghrelin and leptin appear to be mediated by the neuropeptide Y (NPY) and Agouti-related protein (AGRP) system. Recent studies have suggested that leptin and NPY play significant roles in the pathophysiology of alcoholism. The aim of this study was to determine whether ghrelin is associated with the state and duration of abstinence in individuals with alcohol dependence. <B>Methods:</B> Fasting plasma ghrelin levels were compared between 47 individuals with chronic alcoholism during a period of abstinence and 50 control subjects. <B>Results:</B> Fasting plasma ghrelin levels were higher in alcohol abstainers than those in controls. Furthermore, a positive correlation was observed between ghrelin levels and the duration of abstinence. In addition, daily alcohol intake prior to abstinence was inversely related to ghrelin levels. <B>Conclusions:</B> These findings suggest that ghrelin plays a role in the pathogenesis of alcohol dependence, particularly during the abstinence period, in individuals with chronic alcoholism.</P>

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effects of job satisfaction regarding the franchisee’s continuous operation intention. In addition, it intends to investigate the mediating effect of work engagement in the relationship between job satisfaction and sustainable performance of the franchisee. Research design, data and methodology: 361 survey data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24. To assess the model for goodness of fit, indexes such as TLI, CFI, RMSEA were used. Moreover, SEM method and bootstrapping were used for hypotheses testing. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between job satisfaction and the employee's continuous operation intention was significant. Second, it confirms that indeed job satisfaction positively affects work engagement. Third, it was found that work engagement had positive (+) effects on the franchisees' financial performance along with its continuous operation intention. Fourth, work engagement was found to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and continuous operation intention of the franchisee. Conclusion: We found that job satisfaction of the franchisee is related with continuous operation intention through work engagement and financial performance. Hence, by demonstrating the empirical evidence which has been insufficient so far, this study contributes to the theory accumulation regarding the franchisee’s continuous operation intention.
Lung Transplantation in Six Patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Artery Hypertension

Idiopathic pulmonary artery hypertension (IPAH) is an incurable and invariably fatal disease. Lung transplantation is a useful therapeutic option in patients who are unresponsive to medical treatment; however, lung transplantation performed for pulmonary hypertension is associated with significantly high perioperative mortality rates. We report a case series of six patients who underwent lung transplantation for IPAH between October 2008 and June 2021. Patients’ median age was 28.5 years, and the study included 5 of 6 women (83%). Pre-transplantation hemodynamic parameters showed mean right atrial pressure of 12.0±7.1 mmHg and mean pulmonary artery pressure of 62.2±29.5 mmHg. Two of six patients received extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) therapy as a bridge to transplantation over 14 and 17 days, and four patients underwent elective transplantation. Two patients required prolonged postoperative venoarterial (V-A) ECMO support. Grade 3 primary graft dysfunction occurred in one patient; however, the clinical course improved following prolonged V-A ECMO therapy. Five patients (83.3%) required intervention for postoperative bleeding control; one of these patients died of uncontrolled bleeding concomitant with disseminated intravascular coagulation, on the 14th postoperative day, and we observed no other perioperative deaths. One patient died of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii bacteremia, a year postoperatively. The 1-month, 6-month, and 1-year survival rates were 83.3%, 83.3%, and 66.7%, respectively. In view of the poor prognosis of IPAH, lung transplantation (1-year mortality rates <40%) merits consideration as a useful therapeutic option in this patient population. However, postoperative bleeding tends to occur in most patients; therefore, close monitoring is important during post-transplantation management.
비선형 스프링 요소를 이용한 풍력터빈용 테이퍼 롤러 베어링의 유한요소 모델링 기법 개발

본 연구에서는 풍력터빈용 테이퍼 롤러 베어링의 유한요소모델링 기법을 개발하였다. 정확한 베어링 강성을 유한요소모델에 반영하기 위하여 3차원 솔리드(solid) 모델을 사용하는 대신 ANSYS에서 제공하는 1차원 비선형 스프링 요소(COMBIN39)를 이용하여 베어링의 접촉강성을 모사하였다. 비선형 스프링요소의 힘-변형 관계는 유한요소 모델이 원하는 베어링의 강성 선도를 따를 수 있도록 최적화기법을 이용하여 결정하였다. 수치적 예제를 통해 제시된 베어링 모델링 기법이 기존의 선형 스프링요소를 사용하는 것 보다 원하는 베어링의 강성 선도를 더 정확하게 모사할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this study, a finite element modeling method for a taper roller bearing for wind turbines was developed. To reflect the exact bearing stiffness in the finite element model, the contact stiffness of the bearing was simulated using a one-dimensional nonlinear spring element (COMBIN39) provided by ANSYS instead of using a three-dimensional solid element. The force-strain relationship of the nonlinear spring element was determined using an optimization technique so that the finite element model could follow the desired stiffness diagram of the bearing. Several numerical examples revealed that the proposed bearing modeling technique could more accurately follow the stiffness diagram of the desired bearing than when using the existing linear spring element.
유스 케이스 기반 요구사항 분석을 통한 리스크 추출 및 우선순위화 연구

기존의 리스크기반 테스팅은 조직, 프로젝트, 제품에만 초점이 맞추어져 있어 소프트웨어 개발에 관련된 리스크 활동은 잘 고려되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 소트프웨어 개발에 리스크를 적용하고자 유스케이스 기반 리스크 위험도 측정과 우선순위화를 제안한다. 제안한 리스크 위험도 측정방법은 GoRE의 Goal 중요도 매트릭스를 리스크 결정 매트릭스로 확장하고 이를 이용하여 리스크의 위험도를 우선 순위화에 적용한 것이다. 확장한 리스크 결정 매트릭스는 유스 케이스와 요구사항의 연관관계를 파악한 후 고객 중요도를 계산하여 리스크 위험도를 측정하는 방법이다. 이를 통해 소프트웨어 개발 전 리스크 요구사항 고려로 시스템 구축에 도움이 되고자 한다.
