This paper describes experimental investigation on the forming limit for mash-seam welded sheets. The uniaxial tensile test was conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties of weld bead. Experimental forming limit diagrams were investigated for the different thicknesses and properties of welded sheets.

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ciprofloxacin (CFX) on treatment of the pigs with respiratory diseases or diarrhea. CFX at various dosages were administered intramuscularly to the diseased pigs selected from the pig farms located in Chungnam province. One hundreds and fourteen heads of pigs with respiratory diseases were divided into five groups and CFX at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 (= 2.5mg CFX/Kg B.W.) and 2.0 doses were administered i.m. for 5 days. The recovery rates were found 31.8%, 73.9%, 91.3% and 92.0%, respectively, being higher than that of the untreated control group (19.0%). The mortality of the treated groups were 0%, that is lower than that of the control (9.5%). Seven kinds of bacteria were isolated from the respiratory organs of 86 pigs, and 34 (39.5%) of 86 pigs showed the complicated infection. In analyzing by the pigs infected with a single pathogen as P. multocida; A. pleuropneumonia. Staphyloccus spp. or Mymplasma spp., the recovery rates were 0∼66.6% at 0.25 dose, 66.6∼100% at 0.5 dose and 100% in all of 4 pathogens at 1.0 to 2.0 doses. At 0.25 dosage the pigs infected with A. pleuropneumonia showed the lowest recovery rate. One hundreds and twenty two heads of pigs with diarrhea were divided into five groups and CFX at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 (= 2.5mg CFX/Kg B.W.) and 2.0 doses were administered i.m. for 5 days. The recovery rates were 29.1 %, 40.0%, 80.0% and 88.0%, respectively. The mortality of the treated groups were 0∼8.3%, being much lower than that of the control. Four kinds of bacteria were isolated from the fecal specimens of 94 pigs, and 84 (89.0%) of 94 pigs showed the complicated infection.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze experimentally and positively engineering properties of recycled concrete using high quality recycled fine aggregate according to w/c ratio and unit water contents. And it is intend to present fundamental data for the mix design and the improvement of quality. The results are as follows; According to the increase of W/C ratio, the addition ratio of superplasticizer was reduced, the strength of compressive and tensile showed low and carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth showed high. And according to the increase of unit water contents, the addition ratio of superplasticizer was reduced, the strength of compressive and tensile showed low and carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth showed high.

현대인의 미적 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 장신구 디자인 개발문제는 공예산업적 측면에서 뿐만 아니라 문화적인 측면에서도 매우 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구는 이러한 중요성에 입각해 경제적이고도 합리적인 아트클래이 브로치 디자인을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이것을 위하여 생산된 아트클래이 제품의 디자인 특성을 분석하고 아트클래이 재료 및 기법에 대하여 조사하였다. 이러한 관련자료를 통하여 본 연구가 추구하는 디자인의 방향을 설정하였으며 이를 토대로 하여 代案을 구성하였다. 그리고 대안의 장·단점을 분석 한 다음 이상적인 것을 선택해 試案으로 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통한 결과는 시대적 요구에 적합한 공예품 제작에 도움이 될 것으로 여겨지며 향후의 문화 발전에도 기여될 것으로 생각한다. The study was about developing brooch design using artclay material. The purposes of the study were to research the historical background of the brooch(accessories), how the artday product is distributed, and to explain the characteristics of the artclay product. Through the material concerned, I could decide upon the direction of the study, and put forward an alternative for effective artclay brooch design. Analyzing the merits and weak points, I selected the ideal design and manufactured a brooch for display. The study is useful for developing craft work which is appealing to people's needs of the day. I expect the study will be helpful for improving culture.

Retinal migraine is a rare and poorly understood migraine varient. Vasospasm of the retinal or ophthalmic artery is thought to be the cause of the monocular visual disturbance. Reversible monocular visual phenomena and headache fulfilling criteria for migraine are essential for diagnosis. Some cases without headache have been reported, but their migrainous nature cannot be ascertained. We report a case of recurrent transient monocular blindness without accompanying headache improved by calcium channel blocker.

The number and distribution of the retinal ganglion cells in the rabbit was determined from whole flat mounted preparations stained with methylene blue and thionin. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The total number of retinal ganglion cells was estimated to be 903,600 in retina ranging from 641㎟ in total area. 2. The number of alpha type ganglion ceils(above 15 microns) was 118,000 in the retina of rabbit and constituted 13% of the total cells. 3. The visual streak was recognized above 2.5mm from optic disc and ganglion cell density drops off rapidly above and below the visual streak. 4. Area centralis(8,300/㎟) was recognized at the area of 10mm temporally, from the point of 2.5mm superior to the optic disc. 5. The relative frequency of the alpha type ganglion cells was higher in the superior-nasal quadrant than in other region of the retina.

This study was carried to develop of anaerobic reactor to be able to maximize the organic removal efficiency using laboratory-scale anaerobic filter. The ceramic tube and pall ring media were tested for the applicability as packing media of anaerobic filter for the treatment of a dairy waste. This study was conducted to determine the anaerobic treatability of a dairy waste, and investigate the effects of ceramic tube and pall ring media. Anaerobic filters were packed with packing volume of 65% of total working volume. When treating a dairy waste, the organic removal efficiency of anaerobic filter packed with pall rings was a little higher than that of anaerobic filter packed with ceramic tubes. This was because the reactor packed with ceramic tube had clogging problems and substrate transfer limitations. It seemed that the reactor packed with ceramic tubes had uneven packing due to structural characteristics. The COD removals of ceramic tube and pall ring anaerobic filters were greater than about 91% and 94%, respectively, at organic loading rate lower than 5kgCOD/㎥/d. The COD removals of both reactors decreased to 80% with organic loading rate of 10kgCOD/㎥/d. Biomass capture and solid-liquid-gas separation efficiency seemed to vary with the type of media.
