        골프코스에서의 유기질비료 시용효과

        본 시험은 채종유박과 미강유박을 주원료로 하고 질소 인산 칼리의 함량이 7 . 23%이고 중금속이 거의 없이 개발된 유기질비료(크럼블-80)를 공시 비 료로 기비와 추비시비 방식의 포징 시험을 통하여 토양과 한국잔디의 생육에 미치는 영향과 시비 효율을 구명하여 올바른 시비방법 및 시비 량을 제시하고자 2000년 4월부터 12 월까지 경기도 용인시 소재 태광컨트리클럽 증식포(기 비시 험)와 경기도 파주시 소재 서서울컨트리클럽 10홀 티(추비시험)에서 실시하였다. 기바시험 결과, 엽록소 측정결과의 처리효과는 무처리구가 100 일 때 관행구 117%, 관행구+크럼블 -80 150g/m2 123%, 크럼블-80 150g/m2 115%, 크럼블 80 300g/m2 119%, 크럼블-80 75g/m2 102%로 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유기질비료인 크럼블-80은 시비량에 따라 엽록소 함량이 약간 증가되었으나 NPK와 혼합처리구에서 가장 높은 것은 공시비 료의 단독처리보다는 복합비 료와 혼용하는 것 이 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 추비시 험 결과, 잔디생육기 간 중 잔디건물중을 조사한 결과는 크럼블-80의 시용량이 많을수록 잔디건물중도 증가하였으며, 처리구에 따라 무처리구보다 5~45(%) 정도의 증수효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다 . 그러니 엽록소함량은 처리구가 무처리구보다는 높았으나 골프코스에 필요한 녹색유지 에는 부족하므로 화학비료와의 혼용시비가 펼요하다고 판단된다. 본 시험결과로 볼 때 시 험 에 사용된 공시비료는 골프코스 잔디관리에 적합한 비료로 판단된다. 시험결과를 토대 로 한 권장시비 량은 기 비시비의 경우 잔디식재 전에 공시비 료 300g/m2를 표토 10cm와 잘 혼합하여 시비하되, 추비시비 는 공시비료와 화학비료와의 흔용시비가 필요하다고 판단된다.

        大豆에 對한 製紙 Sludge의 營養學的 硏究

        The paper board sludge(PBS) itself and compost sludge manure(CSM) mixed with sawdust, fowl droppings and urea to the PBS were treated to soybean plants to find the effects of growing characters, yield components, and nutritional compounds in the plant tissues. 1. Percentages of missing plants were 5-9% and 3.6-4.1% in the treatments of PBS and CSM, respectively. After that, the plants were restored to normal conditions. Anyway it is not desirable to use the paper board sludge and immature compost sludge manure in seeding time or to young seedlings. 2. Growth of the plant height was retarded in early growing phase, but it was normal in later stages. And the width and length of the largest leaf, numbers of main stem nodes and pods were not significant among the treatments. 3. The yield intends to increase through the treatments of 1,200, 1,600, and 2,000㎏ PBS per 10a. In the CSM treatments with high rate of sawdust, fowl droppings and urea, the numbers of pods and grains were higher than the treatment of high content of PBS. 100-grain and one liter weights were opposite intention. It was suggested that the excess nitrogen amounts from the compost sludge manure than conventional fertilization affected to the yield components. 4. The contents of the main chemical compounds such as N, P₂O_5, K₂O, Ca, Mg were determined. The concentrations of nitrogen were higher in the treatment of PBS and CSM than none and control. 5. In conclusion, the nutritional effects of PBS were in evidence. To use the sludges, it should be fermented with adequate additives to improve the aeration, C/N. ratio, activity of microbial, and other conditions. The sludges could be used to crops as a fertilizers effectively.

      • 개량 SCB 저농도액비가 크리핑벤트그래스의 생육에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 SCB 저농도액비애 질소, 인산, 칼리 성분을 첨가한 개량SCB액비(DSCB)의 시비에 따른 크리핑 벤트그래스의 생육에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 처리구를 비료의 종류와 시비량에 따라 무처리구(NF), 대조구(CF), 100DSCB(250 $ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$ DSCB), 80DSCB (200 $ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$ DSCB) 및 화학비료+SCB(CF+SCB)로 설정하여 처리한 후 엽색지수, 엽록소지수, 건물중, 잔디밀도 및 잔디의 양분함유량을 조사하여 생육을 평가하였다. 시험 전후 토양 분석결과, 처리구에 따른 토양화학성의 변화는 나타나지 않아 DSCB와 SCB의 시비가 골프코스의 토양화학성의 변화에 영향을 마치지 않음을 확인하였다. 엽색지수와 엽록소 지수를 조사한 결과, DSCB와 CF+SCB처리구는 NF보다 각각 2~3%와 14~19% 증가하였고, CF와는 비슷하였다. 잔디밀도 조사결과 DSCB처리구는 CF와 비슷하였고, CF+SCB는 CF보다 약 19% 증가하였다. CF와 비교할 때, 잔디생육량은 DSCB와 SCB처리구에서 증가하였고, 잔디에 함유된 양분은 CF+SCB에서는 질소가, 80DSCB에서는 인이 높게 조사되었다. 이들 결과를 볼때 DSCB와 SCB의 처리는 크리핑벤트그래스에서 양분흡수와 잔디밀도가 증가하여 잔디 품질을 향상시키는 가능이 있는 것으로 평가되었다. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of developed SCB(DSCB) produced by adding N, P and K to SCB liquid fertilizer on the growth of creeping bentgrass. Fertilizer treatments were designed as follows; non-fertilizer (NF), control (CF; chemical fertilizer), 100 DSCB (250 $ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$DSCB), 80DSCB (200 $ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$DSCB) and CF+SCB (CF+250 $ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$SCB). Every treatment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications. In creeping bentgrass, turf color index, chlorophyll index, dry weight, shoot number and nutrient content were measured. The results were as follows; Chemical properties of soil was hardly affected by DSCB and SCB applications. Turf color index and chlorophyll index in DSCB and SCB treatment were increased by 2~3% and 14~19% than those in NF, respectively, and similar to those of CF treatment. As applied to DSCB and SCB, shoot number was increased by 7%, 21%, 36% in 100 DSCB, 80 DSCB and CF+SCB than NF, respectively, and by 19% in CF+SCB than in CF. Supplying DSCB and SCB increased dry weight of creeping bentgrass, compared to CF treatment. Compared with CF, nitrogen and P content in tissue was increased in CF+SCB and in 80DSCB, respectively. These results suggested that applications of DSCB and SCB promoted turf quality and growth of creeping bentgrass by enhancing N and P uptake and shoot number.

        Influence of the Composted Liquid Manure on the Turf Growth of Zoysiagrass (Zoysiagrass japonica) and Soil Properties

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of composted liquid manure (CLM) on soil properties and turf quality of zoysiagrass. The CLMs were produced at 5 facilities for livestock excretions treatments located in Cheongwon, Gunwi, Iksan, Nonsan, and Yeoju in Korea, respectively. Field experiments were conducted at 5 golf courses and a sod farm located near each facility for livestock excretion treatments. Chemical fertilizer (CF) with N at 12 g m<SUP>-2</SUP> year<SUP>-1</SUP> and CLMs were applied four times, respectively. The constituents of the different CLMs were variable based on when and where the fertilizer was produced. Soil K content significantly increased when the soil was treated with CLMs. The soil treated with CF showed a higher content of total P than that treated with CLM. CF and CLMs treatments significantly increased the turf color index compared with control. Tiller density and shoot dry weight of fertilized plots were also higher than those of non-fertilized plots. However, there was no significant difference in turf color index and tiller density among plots treated by CLMs or CF. The results of this study demonstrated that CLMs could be a substitute for CF.

      • 성분이 추가된 SCB저농도액비가 켄터키블루그래스의 생육에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 SCB 저농도액비에 질소, 인산, 칼륨 성분을 첨가한 개량SCB액비(DSCB)의 시비에 따른 켄터키블루그래스의 생육에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 처리구는 비료의 종류와 시비량에 따라 무처리구(NF), 화학비료를 시비한 대조구(CF), 유안으로 질소성분을 보정한 DSCB를 80% 시비한 처리구 1(DSCB-A1), 유안으로 질소성분을 보정한 DSCB를 100% 시비한 처리구 2(DSCB-A2), 요소로 질소성분을 보정한 DSCB처리구(DSCB-U) 그리고 대조구에 SCB를 시비한 처리구(CF+SCB)로 설정하였고, 각 처리구는 난괴법, 3반복으로 수행하였다. 엽색지수, 엽록소지수, 건물중 및 잔디의 양분함유량을 조사하였다. 시험 전후 토양분석결과, 처리구에 따른 토양화학성의 변화는 나타나지 않아 DSCB와 SCB의 시비가 골프코스의 토양화학성의 변화에 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다. 엽색지수와 엽록소지수를 조사한 결과, NF보다 각각 1~2%와 19~24% 증가하였고, CF와는 비슷하였다. CF와 비교할 때, 잔디생육량은 CF와 비교할 때, DSCB-A1와 DSCB-A2는 CF와 비슷한 결과를 나타내었고, DSCB-U와 CF+SCB는 각각 36%와 10% 증가하여 DSCB-U와 SCB처리에 의해 잔디생육량이 증가하였다. 잔디품질과 잔디생육이 가장 우수한 처리구는 DSCB-U였고, 시비효율이 가장 우수한 처리구는 DSCB-A1이었다. 이러한 결과들을 통해 켄터키블루그래스에서 DSCB의 시비는 화학비료와 비슷하거나 양질의 잔디품질을 보여 골프코스관리에서 DSCB가 화학비료를 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대되었다. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of developed SCB (DSCB) liquid fertilizer produced by adding N, P and K at SCB liquid fertilizer on the growth of kentucky bluegrass. Two different N sources used in DSCB were ammonium sulfate (DSCB-A) and urea (DSCB-U), respectively. Fertilizer treatments were designed as follows; non-fertilizer (NF), control (CF; chemical fertilizer), DSCB-A1 ($200\;ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$DSCB-A), OSCB-A2 ($250\;ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$DSCB-A), OSCB-U ($250\;ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$DSCB-U) and CF+SCB (CF+$250\;ml{\cdot}m^{-2}$SCB). Every treatment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications. In kentucky bluegrass, turf color index, chlorophyll index, dry weight and nutrient contents were measured. Results were as follows; It was hardly affected by DSCB and SCB application in investigation of chemical properties of soil. Turf color index and chlorophyll index in DSCB and SCB treatments were increased by 1~2% and 19~24% than NF, respectively and similar to CF. As applied with DSCB and SCB, dry weight of DSCB-U and CF+SCB was increased by 36% and 10% than CF, respectively, but similar to that of OSCB-A1 and DSCB-A2. Evaluated with turf quality and growth, DSCB-U was the best in all treatment and OSCB-A1 the most efficient. These results indicated that applications of OSCB and SCB promoted turf quality and growth of kentucky bluegrass or similar to CF, so that they were expected to replace chemical fertilizers.

      • SCB 저농도액비의 시용이 크리핑벤트그래스의 생육에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 퇴비단여과법(SCB)을 통해 생성된 액비의 골프장 잔디에 적용가능성과 자연순환농업정책의 새로운 수요처로서 적합성여부를 평가하기 위해 SCB 저농도액비가 크리핑벤트그래스의 생육과 토양특성변화에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 2008년 4월부터 10월까지 6개월간 수행하였다. 시험전후 토양화학성의 변화는 SCB 저농도액비 처리구(S-1, S-2)와 대조구(CF)에서 무처리(NF)보다 토양 중 함유된 양분이 증가하였으나 토양화학성의 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 엽색지수와 엽록소지수 측정결과, CF보다 SCB 저농도액비 처리구(S-1, S-2)에서 높게 나타났으며, 잔디 생육량은 S-1과 S-2가 CF보다 각각 15%와 26%정도 증가하여 화학비료와 SCB 저농도액비를 혼합하여 처리하는 것이 잔디 품질과 생육을 향상시켰다. 시험 종료 후 잔디 조직 중 함유된 양분은 대조구와 SCB 저농도액비 처리구에서 큰 차이는 나타나지 않았으나 시험기간 중 조사된 잔디의 양분 흡수량은 SCB 저농도액비 처리구(S-1, S-2)에서 질소가 21~37%, 인이 28~57%, 칼리가 16~27% 증가되었다. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of application of SCB liquid fertilizer produced after slurry composting and biofiltration (SCB) on turfgrass growth in golf course during 6 month period from May to October in 2008. The change of soil properties by applying CF and SCB was unaffected respective treatments. As compared with NF, turf color index of CF, S-1 and S-2 increased by 1.8%, 2.5%, and 3.4%, respectively and chlorophyll content by 13%, 19%, and 25%, respectively. Dry weight of S-1 and S-2 was increased by 15% and 26% than that of CF. As compared with CF, N uptake rate in S-1 and S-2 was increased by 21% and 37%, P uptake rate 57% and 28%, and K uptake rate 16% and 27%, respectively. S-2 showed the best effect for turf color index, chlorophyll content, dry weigh and nutrient uptake rate in creeping bentgrass. These results suggested that an mixed application of SCB and compound fertilizer was improved turf quality and growth of creeping bentgrass by increasing nutrient uptake rate of turfgrass.

        아미노산 액비가 벤트그라스잔디(Bentgrass)의 생장과 토양에 미치는 영향

        본 실험은 잔디에 아미노산 비료를 시비하였을 때, 잔디의 생육과 토양에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 토양의 화학성을 비교한 결과 아미노산 액비 처리구에서의 토양 중 질소이용율이 대조구에 비해 70.6-90.1% 증가하였다. 잔디식물체의 화학성을 비교한 결과 아미노산 액비 처리구에서 질소 함량, 고토 함량 및 엽록소함량이 대조구에 비해 각각 22-23%, 13%, 22-39% 높아 잔디 건물중이 약 12% 증가하여 잔디생육이 활발하였다. 본 실험을 통해 아미노산 액비를 시비할 경우 잔디의 토양 중 질소 이용율이 증가하여 잔디의 생육에 도움이 되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This experiment was carried out to study an effect of liquid fertilizer contained amino acids(LFcAA) on the growth of bentgrass(Agrostis palustris Huds. penncross) and the change of soil chemicals characteristics. The utilization of nitrogen in soil was increased more 70.6~90.1% in the treatment of LFcAA than in control. Fresh weight, dry weight and concentration of T-N, Mg and chlorophyll were increased in grass treated LFcAA. These results suggested that treatment of LFcAA was promoted utilization of nitrogen in soil and growth of bentgrass.<br/>
