According to a survey published in an authoritative journal in January 2020, the globalincidence rate of mental illness is 8.3% for men and 10.6% for women, which indicates thatmental illness has become a globally recognized obstacle. Therefore, specific psychotherapy including mental illness will become an important research topic. It is very effective forpatients with special mental diseases, such as mental illness, to reduce their mental reaction byexposure therapy; the system uses the virtual reality system of medical images processed by learningalgorithm to reproduce the effect of virtual reality exposure method of the high scene of transparent ladder. Compared with the old invasive exposure scene, the results show that theimprovement of both conditions has obvious effect, and the effect of human treatment underthe two conditions is not good. There are obvious differences, which show that virtual reality model will gradually replace the on-the-spot feeling. Finally, with more and more researchers have put forward a variety of other virtual reality image processing models, the research of image processing has gradually become more and more interested.

Acinetobacter baumannii is an important opportunistic pathogen that causes severe nosocomial infections, especially in intensive care units (ICUs). Over the past decades, an everincreasing number of hospital outbreaks caused by A. baumannii have been reported worldwide. However, little attention has been directed toward the relationship between A. baumannii isolates from the ward environment and patients in the burn ICU. In this study, 88 A. baumannii isolates (26 from the ward environment and 62 from patients) were collected from the burn ICU of the Southwest Hospital in Chongqing, China, from July through December 2013. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing results showed that drug resistance was more severe in isolates from patients than from the ward environment, with all of the patient isolates being fully resistant to 10 out of 19 antimicrobials tested. Isolations from both the ward environment and patients possessed the β-lactamase genes blaOXA-51, blaOXA-23, blaAmpC, blaVIM, and blaPER. Using pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and multi-locus sequence typing (MLST), these isolates could be clustered into 4 major PFGE types and 4 main sequence types (ST368, ST369, ST195, and ST191) among which, ST368 was the dominant genotype. Epidemiologic and molecular typing data also revealed that a small-scale outbreak of A. baumannii infection was underway in the burn ICU of our hospital during the sampling period. These results suggest that dissemination of β-lactamase genes in the burn ICU might be closely associated with the high-level resistance of A. baumannii, and the ICU environment places these patients at a high risk for nosocomial infection. Cross-contamination should be an important concern in clinical activities to reduce hospital acquired infections caused by A. baumannii.

Purpose: Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) has been implicated in lung cancer risk and response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, the results are controversial. We performed meta-analysis to investigate the effect of MTHFR C677T polymorphism on lung cancer risk and response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC. Materials and Methods: The databases of PubMed, Ovid, Wanfang and Chinese Biomedicine were searched for eligible studies. Nineteen studies on MTHFR C677T polymorphism and lung cancer risk and three articles on C677T polymorphism and response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC, were identified. Results: The results indicated that the allelic contrast, homozygous contrast and recessive model of the MTHFR C677T polymorphism were associated significantly with increased lung cancer risk. In the subgroup analysis,the C677T polymorphism was significantly correlated with an increased risk of NSCLC, with the exception of the recessive model. The dominant model and the variant T allele showed a significant association with lung cancer susceptibility of ever smokers. Male TT homozygote carriers had a higher susceptibility, but the allelic contrast and homozygote model had a protective effect in females. No relationship was observed for SCLC in any comparison model. In addition, MTHFR 677TT homozygote carriers had a better response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC in the recessive model. Conclusion: The MTHFR C677T polymorphism might be a genetic marker for lung cancer risk or response to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC. However, our results require further verification.

The Ag2SO3/NaNbO3 hybrids have been fabricated via a facile method at room temperature. Several methods such as X-ray diffraction, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the samples. Moreover, the photocatalytic activity of the samples was assessed by degradation of rhodamine B and methyl orange under the visible light illumination. Experimental results indicated the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of the as-fabricated hybrids was first increased and then decreased with increasing the dosage of NaNbO3. When the molar ratio of Ag2SO3 to NaNbO3 was 1:0.7, the as-fabricated composites had the best photodegradation efficiency of 96.4% in 30 min for rhodamine B and 97.1% in 60 min for methyl orange, respectively. These were obviously higher than that of pure samples. Furthermore, Ag2SO3 was conjugated with NaNbO3 via chemical-bonds rather than physical contact. In addition, the possible photocatalytic degradation mechanism was also provided and the main roles during the process of photocatalytic degradation were played by holes.
