        Until now, in overseas trading, shipper, export[import] agents and airways have communicated with each other by exchanging documents through off-line or by fax or e-mail. But it causes repetition of paper-work, delay and complexity. In this study, we solved these problems using Internet technique. We also offer environments that can strengthen the competitiveness. It is called Cargonet System. It constructs not only the necessary information system but also the corresponding network among agents, forwaders, airways, Client users use only Web-Brwoser. Therefore, it enables to update rapidly for system extension.

      • 기관내 삽관시 Slow induction과 Fentanyl 정주가 심혈역학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        Tracheal intubation is accompanied by varying degrees of sympathetic stimulation as reflected by increases in blood pressure and heart rate. Several clinical trials to reduce these effects by deepening anesthesia, using pharmacologic agents such as alpha and beta blockers,calcium channel blockers, fentanyl and lidocaine have been reported. To evaluate the effects of slow induction and fentanyl on responses of cardiovascular system induced by endotracheal intubation, we administered thiopental sodium 5㎎/㎏ (group Ⅰ), slow induction with O_(2)-N_(2)O-halothane( group Ⅱ), fentanyl 3uμ/㎏ with thiopental sodium 4㎎/㎏(group Ⅲ) for induction of anesthesia, and measured systolic and diastolic pressures, and heart rates before induction, and at 1,2,3,4, and 5 minutes after intubation. 1) In group Ⅰ, intubation caused a significant increase in systolic pressure (10%) diastolic pressure (15%) and heart rate (28%) at 1 min. after intubation but each parameter returned to the normal level within 5 min. 2) In group Ⅱ, increases in systolic pressure (12%), diastolic pressure (22%) and heart rate (23%) at 1 min. after intubation but there were no significant differences compared to group Ⅰ. 3) In group Ⅲ, the increase in systolic and diastolic pressure induced by intubation was abolished by fentanyl and showed significant decrease compared to group Ⅱ, increase in heart rate (4%) at 1 min. after intubation but were of no significance, and showed significant decrease compared to group Ⅱ but not at 3 min., 4 min. after intubation. These results suggested that a low dose of fentanyl significantly blunts postintubation hypertenion and tachycardia when used as an adjunct to thiopental sodium.

      • 질소-프로판-암모니아 가스분위기에서 침탄질화시 공기첨가량이 침탄질화특성에 미치는 영향

        This study has been performed to find out some effects of air and ammonia addition to a given quantity of nitrogen and propane gas mixture on the carbonitriding characteristics of low carbon steel after carbonitriding for one hour and two hours at 870℃. Carbon potential analysis has shown that the carbon potential decreases with increasing air addition at a given amount of ammonia and also with increasing ammonia addition at a given amount of air. Microscopical observation has revealed that the depth of internal oxidation increases with increasing air addition to a given gas atmosphere and the formation of surface abnormal layer considerably occurs in the gas mixture of more than 2.5% ammonia addition. If has been found by hardness measurements that the effective case depth increases with increasing air addition to a given gas mixture, whereas in more or less decreases with ammonia addition.

        Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA Typing에 의한 동물과 사람 유래 Vancomycin 내성 장구균의 유전학적 비교

        It has been recently reported the possibility in the transfer of antimicrobial resistant to other animals and humans. In particular, the occurrence of vancomycin resistant enterococci (VRE), which have been known as a principal antimicrobial resistant bacteria in humans, has been increased as a pathogen of nosocomial infections. And then animal VRE were suspected as an origin of human VRE. In this work, we investigated the relatedness between VRE from animals and humans through random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) typing. The genetic relatedness of vanA, vanB, vanC-1 and vanC-2 genotypes was examined by RAPD typing, respectively. van4 genotypes have not been shown high genetic relationship each other, containing VRE from humans (n = 8) and chickens (n = 5). In vanB genotypes from humans (n = 3), 2 isolates were made up one cluster, shown 77.8% homology. Chicken isolates of vanC-1 genotypes (n = 11) were constituted 2 clusters and the homology of 2 clusters was 81.8% and 80.0%, respectively. In case of vanC-2 genotypes (n = 19), 2 isolates from pigs have been shown 76.9% homology. But, between VRE from animals and humans, the isolates of high genetic relationship could not be found and RAPD typing was a useful epidemiological method that could be confirmed the genetic relationship among VRE.

        동물과 사람유래 Vancomycin 내성 장구균의 항균제 감수성 비교

        It has been recently reported the possibility in the bansfer of antimicrobial resistance to other animals and humans. In particular, vancomycin resistant enterococci (VRE), which have been known as a principal antimicrobial resistant bacteria in humans, have been increased as a pathogen of nosocomial infections. And then animal VRE were suspected as an origin of human VRE. In this study, we isolated Enterococcus spp. from animals, identified by bio- chemical tests, examined for antimicrobial susceptibility, and then compared the antimicrobial susceptibility of VRE among each other as well as human VRE. Enterococcus iecium (29%) was predominant in Enterococcus species (n=122) isolated from animal feces in this study. E. hirae, E. iecalis, E. casseliflam and E. gallinarum were also isolated as rates of 24%, 21%, 16% and 7%, respectively. The resistance of enterococci to penicillin and tetracycline were 66% and 78%, respectively, and the susceptibility of them to chloramphenicol was 66%. Antimicrobial susceptibility test has shown that 91% of VRE from humans (n=11) was susceptible to chloramphenicol and all resistant to penicillin, rifampin and streptomycin. Seventy-five percentage of VRE from chickens (n = 12) was susceptible to rifampin and resistances of them to penicillin, tetracycline and sbeptomycin were 75%, 83%, and l00%, respectively. Therefore, we confirmed the difference of antimicrobial susceptibility from animals and humans, and the antimicrobial susceptibility test could be one of the simple and useful methods for the epidemiological survey of VRE.

      • 아젭틴 정(염산아젤라스틴 1 mg)에 대한 아젤라 정의 생물학적 동등성

        Azelastine, a phthalazinone derivative, is an antiallergic agent which demonstrates histamine H_1-receptor antagonist activity and also inhibits histamine release from mast cells following antigen and non-antigen stimuli. Thus, azelastine may be useful in the management of both asthma and allergic disorders. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two azelastine hydrochloride tablets, Azeptin^TM (Bu Kwang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Azela^TM (Kyung Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Eighteen normal male volunteers, 22.44±2.01 years in age and 61.99±6.18㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 1㎎ of azelastine hydrochloride per tablet were orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of azelastine in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two tablets were -6.45%, -2.60% and -7.14%, respectively, when calculated against the Azeptin^TM tablet. The powers (1-β) for AUC_t and C_max were 96.65% and 88.47%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.05 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 14.40% and 17.65% for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -14.87∼1.97 and -12.92∼7.72 for AUC_t and C_max respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Azela^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Azeptin^TM tablet.

      • 니세틸 정(아세틸-엘-카르니틴 500 mg)에 대한 엘카틴 정의 생물학적 동등성

        Acetyl-L-camitine (ALC), an endogenous component of the L-carnitine family, is a naturally existing molecule synthesized from L-carnitine (LC) by carmtine acetyl transferase. ALC has been shown to improve the cognitive performance of patients suffering from dementia of the Alzheimer's type and proposed for treating Alzheimer's disease in pharmacological doses. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ALC tablets, Nicetile^TM (Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co.) and L-Cartin^TM (Kuhn Il Pharmaceutical Co.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The ALC release from the two ALC tablets in vitro was tested using KP Ⅶ Apparatus Ⅱ method in various dissolution media (pH 1.2, 6.0 and 6.8). Twenty six normal male volunteers, 24.46±3.67 years in age and 64.45±5.54 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 500㎎ of ALC was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of ALC in serum were determined using HPLC with fluorescence detector. Because of the presence of endogenous ALC, the calibration was performed using dialyzed serum. The dissolution profiles of the two ALC tablets were similar in all the dissolution media. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two tablets were 0.35%, 0.93% and 2.34%, respectively, when calculated against the Nicetile^TM tablet. The powers (1-β) for AUC_t and C_max were 98.72% and 85.48%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.05 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 13.21% and 18.42% for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -7.38~8.09 and -9.86~11.72 for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). These two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that L-Cartin^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Nicetile^TM tablet.

      • 표고버섯가루의 첨가 함량에 따른 설기떡의 품질 특성

        This study was carried out to investigate quality characteristics of Seolgiddeok containing 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7% of Lentinus edodes powder during storage. The water content of Seolgiddeok changed little with the length of storage and the amount of Lentinus edodes powder added. Hunter's color L value of Seolgiddeok decreased and "a" and "b" value were increased significantly by increasing the amount of Lentinus edodes powder. The hardness, gumminess, adhesiveness, chewiness and cohesiveness of Seolgiddeok decreased, but springiness increased by increasing the amount of Lentinus edodes powder. Seolgiddeok added with 3% Lentinus edodes earned the highest scores in color, taste, softness, chewiness, moistness and overall preference. From the above results of sensory and texture analyses, an addition of 3% Lentinus edodes to Seolgiddeok showed the best result in quality.
