肝吸蟲에 대한 Albendazole의 殺蟲效果에 관한 實驗的 硏究

Newly developed albendazole(zentel®) is a broad spectrum anthelmintic which high activity against intestinal nematodas as well as trematodes and cesstodes infections. The present study was undertaken to evaluato in vitro and in vivo activities of albendazoles against adult worms of clonorchis sinensis. The morphological change of C. sinensis obtained from experimentally infected rats treated with various dosages of albendazole were studied by means of scaning and transmission electron microscope. The results are as follows: 1. The adult worms of C. sinensis were incubated in the medium containing albendazole with various concentrations. By 24 hours after incubation, none of the worms were dead in concentrations of 0.01μg/ml of albendazole. 2. In order to evaluate the effect of albendazole in vivo, experimentally infected rats with 50 metacencariae of C. sinensis each were treated orally with various dosages of albendazole. In the result, anthelmintic effect was confirmed at the dosage of albendazole with 2×25㎎/㎏×2 days (total amounts 100㎎/㎏). 3. Macrocopital examination was to the clonorchis worms which were collected from the bile ducts of the rats autopsied at 24 hours after treatment with albendazole. The lack of intestinal contents was observed in most of worms from the groups treated with 1×200 ㎎/㎏ and 2×25 ㎎/㎏×2 or 4 days, and the elongation of the anterior portion of the worm body was also observed n the worms from the groups treated with 2×25 ㎎/㎏×2 or 4 days. 4. In the scanning electron microscopic observation, many blebs were fromed on the surface of the damaged tegument of the worms at 24 huors after treatment with albendazole(1×200 ㎎/㎏ and 2×25 ㎎/㎏×2 or days). 5. The transmissions electron microscopic observation indicated that degeneration of mitochonriae and destruction of tegumental syncytium of the worms at 24 hours after treatment with albendazole(1×200 ㎎/㎏ and 2×25㎎/㎏ or 4 days). Inaddition to the findings the degeneration of the intestinal lamellae in the caeca was also observed in the worms from the groups treated with same dosages of albendazole.

The purposes of this paper are to review the early children's play and its educational value through the literatures of many scholars concerned. Play lies at the heart of the preschool curriculum, teaching method and makes a major contribution to the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of the children. The development of skills and competiencies is promoted largely through play, supported by a variety of materials and a wide range of experiences, under the guidance of teachers who understand and value platy as an avenue for learning. Furthermore, the abilities of sustained attention, imagination and innovative ways of perceiving and dealing with reality are built through play. Children's spontaneous activities including play should be appropriately guided and nurtured by the early childhood teachers according to their needs, interests and the stage of development, etc., In doing so, children's development win be flexibly made and extended to the abilites of solving their problems for themselves they meet in their later life. If we educators recognize the importance of children's play activities serve the development of each child's harmonious power, we should never overlook the value of play. And today there is available information about the effect of play in the development of children, nurseay (kindergaten) teachers should articulate about what they do and how the children respond. I think there is need for more study and research into the nature of play and what it means in the life of the young children.

청각 이미지와 의복 이미지의 관련성에 대한 탐색 :성격, 성별,의복관심의 영향을 중심으로

This study exploratory examined the relationship between auditory images and clothing style images of young consumers by their personality types, sex and clothing interest. A questionnaire was developed to measure auditory images, clothing style images, personality types, clothing interest and demographic variables. Scale items were adopted from prior studies on clothing self images and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) known to measure psychological types. 120 undergraduate students with diverse majors were the respondents of the empirical study. MBTI categorized respondents into one of 3 personality types, IFT (Introversion and Thinking or Feeling, n=23), EF (Extroversion and Feeling, n=73) and ET (Extroversion and Thinking, n=24). ANOVA results indicated that, among 13 auditory images measured in the study, rational, self-confident and social images were significantly different across three personality type groups. Overall, ET group showed higher level of the the auditory images. Among clothing style images, social images were significantly different. IET group showed significantly lower level of social images. In addition, respodents' age and level of clothing interest influenced auditory and clothing style images. Correlation coefficients indicated that there were significant relationships between most auditory and clothing style images included in the study except for the self-confident image.

북한에 진출하는 한국기업의 투자 효율화 방안

지난 몇 년 동안 원화 절상, 노사갈등과 부의 적정배분 요구에 따른 임금인상, IMF로 인한 국제 원자재의 가격 상승 등은 산업 경쟁력을 파괴해 버렸다. 수출은 급격히 하락하고 노동 집약산업은 임금 우위국인 아시안 제국가들에게 이전되고 있다. 따라서 우리 기업들은 직접 투자 대상국을 선정하여 경제적 어려움을 해결해야 한다. 북한에 진출한 우리 나라 기업의 문제점을 해결하고 투자를 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 북한에 대해 많은 연구를 해서 대처해야 하겠지만 다음과 같은 방안을 강구하는 것이 좋을 것이다 1. 종합상사와 제조기업 또는 대기업과 중소기업이 공동으로 합작 투자사업을 추진함으로써 시너지 효과를 올릴 수 있어야 한다. 2. 정부의 정책적 추진방안이 모색되어야 한다. 결론적으로 우리의 선진기술과 그들의 천연자원과 노동력을 결합하면 우리 기업은 성공할 수 있는 좋은 투자 대상국이 될 수 있다. For the last few years the industrial competition was deeply damaged by the several factors such as wage increase, IMF policy, won currency evaluation, and price hike of raw materials in the international market. Exports were greatly decreased and the labor-intensive industries are moving toward other Asian wage superior countries. The Korean business firms are making a direct investment so as to get over the economic difficulties they have. The aim of this study is to analyze the investment environment and its problems in order to provide the firms which will advance into North Korea with the effective way of investment. Those suggestions are as follows : 1. We should make efforts to achieve synergy effects based on mutual compliment by a joint venture of a general trading, a manufacturing company, a large enterprise, or a small and medium enterprise. 2. A drive plan of policy must be led by the government. Finally. we come to a conclusion that North Korea would be a good partner of investment if we would combine their natural resources and labor with our advanced technologies

The main purposes of this survey are to give basic materials for the guidance, curriculum management, learning activities, and teacher training system with the analyzing the students' viewpoints of the teaching profession. 512 students enrolled in Jin-Ju Teachers' College were included as subjects and this survey was divided into 4 areas. (1) The general consciousness of the teaching profession, (2) The consciousness of the education activites, (3) The consciousness of children education, (4) Other consciousness. On the basis of the results of the above mentioned areas, I suggest some proposals as follows: (1) It is required to form the environment that students can apply for the teaching profession according to their abilities, aptitudes, and the firm sense of commitment. (2) It is required to reinforce the education for the preparation, manipulation of learning materials, and to develop the programs for the improvement of human relationships. (3) It is necessary for the students to increase the understanding of the childrens' characteristics and the latent effect of teachers. (4) It is required to take appropriate administrative measures to solve the elementary school teachers appointment problems.

英才兒童의 敎育을 위한 父母와 敎師의 役割

The purpose of this article is to investigate "The Roles of Parents and Teachers for the Education of the gifted and Talent Children". The conclusions drawn by this study are as follows: 1. The Roles of Parents (a) Parents should always remember the facts that their children have the excellent high learning abilities and help them to develop their potential abilities. (b) Parent should remember the fact that they low their gifted children not because abilities but because of the whole personality. (c) Parents should remember the fact that their children to be recognized is their children themselves not parents themselves. (d) It is necessary for parents to have serious and deep dialogue with their children. (e) Parents should recognize the fact that their children will have different opinions against parents. (f) Parents should honor children's curiosity and keep to pursue it continuously. (g) Since the gifted children have the abilities to judge the cause-effect relationships, parents should help to solve it autonomously. 2. The roles of teachers. (a) Teachers of the gifted provide for positive and close physical relationships which support learning for gifted children. (b) The quality and quantity of verbal interaction is a key factor in successful teaching of gifted children. (c) Teachers of the gifted are process-oriented with children's creative productivity the ultimate goal. (d) The teachers of the gifted are flexible with their use of time and scheduling according to student's needs. (f) The teachers of the gifted displays. "gifted behavior" as though to bear upon his/her professional responsibilities.

"King Lear"에 나타난 복식 이미져리 硏究

The aim of this article is to make a better stage costume by reviewing and analyzing that of King Lear by Adrian Noble with applying clothing imagery to this play. In a way of research, the clothing imagery is to be studied at first, and then, with it being compared the clothes actually worn by Adrian Noble. The clothes in King Lear represent the values of society, of status quo, of an socially conceived external morality, while nakedness is the traditional image of unadorned truth. The madness of King Lear and the lost of throne is shown in nakedness by taking off King's clothes one by one. In Edar's case, the process of restoring his positions and regaining his identity was revealed in taking a better clothes. The rise of status in Edmund was symbolized by changing from commons to more gorgeous clothes. The stage costume of King Lear at Stratford in 1993 is limited in use of ornaments and colors, and transformed into a very simple one, and also designed to easily understand the personal relationship by attaching main colors to similar personality group. In the early part, the costume of Lear was changed from formal suits of shirts, veste and trousers and coat to shirts, veste and trousers, and he was falled into a distressful mental state with his button of veste opened, and thereby he was in wearing only shirts and trousers by stripping veste. Eventually Lear go in madness by being decorated with weeds with buttons of shirts opened. This corresponds with thr dramatic meaning that Lear gains his mental awareness while undergoing materialistic loss. The clothes of Edgar was formal suits of shirts, trousers, veste and coat as he was a noble, and he was in a state of wearing only branket when disguised as a poor Tom. When disguised as a farmer he was wearing only ragged trousers and long shirts and was same in clothes as a knight. This seems that the process of wearing a clothes of knight was treated as suggestive and abridged in showing the play. The clothing imagery of King Lear by Adrian Noble showed simple and modern styled clothes, contrasted with that of Shakespearean period. And it corresponds with the dramatic meaning basically. This play also shows a production technique that was planed to express the suggestive imagery without change of clothes by a abridged production technique and therby deliver the intention of Shakespeare to the spectators.

UR에 대응한 지역농업의 발전방안 : 시설원예농업을 중심으로 With an Emphasis on the Greenhouse Horticulture Farming

The production of greenhouse horticultural products in the east region of Kyungnam province is now increasing, though the productions of other argicultural sectors have been rapidly decreasing. However, as the agricultural market lies under the big pressure of the WTO system having a goal of free trade of all commodities, greenhouse horticultural farming in the region also meets with many new problems. To identify problems and prepare development strategies of the greenhouse horticultural farming for the easten Kyungnam region, 10 villages in Kimhae, Yangsan and Miryang areas were selected as sample areas and 204 greenhouse vegetable or floriculture farms were surveyed using prepared questionaires during March-April 1995. From the analysis of the regional survey results, the following proposals are suggested for the development of regional horticultural farming : 1) There were still old-fashioned greenhouse facilities such as tunnel-type vynil house, no heating system and man-power watering. Greenhouse facilities should be modernized and automated in order to overcome the severe labour shortage problem constraining the increase of the greenhouse farming size and the enhance the degree of the commodity value by uniform quality control and year-round production. The money for the modernization and automation of greehouse facilities ned to be supported by the central government, because farmers lack the ability to fund the investment. 2) Not many farmers visited agricultural extension officers to obtain cultivation techniques of greehouse horticulture farming, because extension officers lack the manpower to help solving the greehouse farming problems. Agricultural system should be adjusted to the changing agricultural production structure. Extension manpower specialized in greehouse horticultural farming need be increased and located in the regional extension offices. 3) The major reason of farmer's pessimistic prospect for the future of greegouse horticulture was the possibility of overproduction of some horticultural products. To avoid the overproduction, new entrants to the greenhouse horticultural farming of products already culticated extensively should be limited and the government support must be given to the existing greenhouse farms and major production areas. 4) Local goverment, associated agencies, and farmers should work hard cooperatively to increase the export of horticultural products especially to Japan, the largest importer of agricultural products in the world. Local governments and associated agencies can provide informations related to the export market and provide the fund for the facilities of standardization of export products. Farmers must observe the export contracts, even though the domestic price exceeds the export price. 5) Collective marketing activities of greenhouse products were found to be mainly limited to transportation and handling of sales revenue. Central and local government should support the formation and collective activities of cooperatives of specilaized producers to enhance the bargaining power of farmers. 6) The role of local government should be increased. They should actively participate in the orientation of regional greenhouse farming and play an important role in the marketing of regional greenhouse products.

파악력 평가시 10%법칙 적용의 이용성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was test utility of 10% rule in assessment of hand grasp strength. The 10% rule states that the dominant hand possesses a 10% greater grip strength than the non-dominant hand. The subjects for this study consisted of 50 male 50 female college students who agreed participate in this study. Grasp or grip strength was measured with a factory-calibrated hand dynamometer(Preston Co. production) for cylindrical grasp and JAMAR dynamometer for tip pinch strength. Results showed an 14.60% strength of cylindrical grasp and 10.61% strength of tip pinch difference between dominant and non-dominant hands. Second showed that the 10% rule is valid for right handed person. except cylindrical strength of female and tip pinch strength of male. Further research is necessary to determine the characteristics according to hand size and graspping time.
