차문화가 삶의 질적 향상에 미친 영향 연구: (사)국제차문화교류협력재단 차문화활동을 중심으로

사)국제차문화교류협력재단에서는 다양한 문화예술교육을 통해 문화소비를 유도하고 동시에 문화소비자와 문화생산자 계층을 구축하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문화예술교육, 삶의 질에 대한 연구를 통하여 국차재의 다양한 차문화 교육활동이 삶의 질적 향상과 문화의식수준에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴보고, 앞으로 국차재가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 국차재는 1990년 2월 1일 창립하여 현재 이진수 총재를 중심으로 전국에 약 6,000여명의 회원과, 55명의 법인이사, 138명의 정직원으로 구성되어 있다. 본원은 현재 전북 군산시 나포면 나포리 377-2에 위치하며, 중점교육원으로는 서울인사동문화센터를 비롯한 8곳이 전국에 분포되어 있고, 32곳의 지역교육센터가 있으며, 연합회도 10개가 있다. 주요 국내외 교류 활동으로는 1990년 창립한 이래, 2004년 한국제다와의 공동협력과 중국 절강수인대학과의 교류 협정을 맺으면서 본격적으로 국내외 교류를 시작한다. 이후 국외로는 일본, 대만, 중국안휘농대 및 절강차관협회와 인도, 홍콩 등과 국내로는 하동, 군산, 부산 등 폭넓은 교류를 하고 있다.

서비스 유형별 서비스품질 중요도에 관한 연구

This paper compares the priorities in service quality factors according to the service types. And it explores whether the sequence of serv ice quality pes include service factory, service shop, mass service, and professional s ervice called Service Process Matrix. This paper presumes that the customers have to service types when they get the service. The results are as follows: There are five quality factors su ch as in service types. But the customers tend to give different priority to service quality factors depending on the service ty pes. The factors of customer satisfaction are affected by criterion of service choice and service types. In Conclusion, It is important to con sider relationship between service qualit y factors and service types strategically.

This paper presents comparative analysis on the modern organizationtheories and a Ten-person units of Won Buddhism. In order topursue the purpose, this study reviews the historical progress oforganization theories and finds out how the modern organizationtheories have been evolved. Then, the study provides the characteristicsof the Ilwon Sang thoughts and the principles of a Ten-person unitsorganization. The study shows that modern organization theorieswhich pursues post-modernism, have some similar features ofOriental thought which aim at integrative thinking. The Master Sotaesan’s thoughts, which put the great emphasis onthe balance between the material world and the spiritual world,presents a new direction of building theoretical backgrounds in the modern organization theories. The principles of a Ten-person unitsorganization are not only simple but also flexible. One person who isthe leading member of the team is responsible for just taking care ofnine people. However, the organization can easily expand verticallyand horizontally whenever the organizations need to grow up. Itprovides some solutions how to integrate the types of variousparadoxes, which the organizations have been faced. A Ten-person units is kinds of organic organizations linked withnetworks spreaded out through the co-evolving of paradoxes such aYin and Yan or the individual and the collective. It contains thecharacteristics of self-organization, which change itself without anyintervention from outside. Prayer of Dharma Authentication is aexample of managing a Ten-person units. Autonomy, self-control, harmony, and learning, relationship areregarded as critical factors in the principles of a Ten-person units andmodern organization theories. This paper shows that modernorganization theories could acquire how to control the managementof paradox, doing contradiction value simultaneously, from aTen-person units organization. On the other hand, a Ten-personunits of Wonbuddhism would obtain the practical methods foroperating organizations through accumulated knowledges from themodern organization theories and success experiences from DharmaAuthentication by Prayer. 본 논문은 현대 조직이론과 십인일단 조직 원리를 비교하는시론적 의미를 지닌다. 조직이론의 변천 과정과 특성을 파악하고, 일원상 사상과 십인일단 조직 원리를 조명하였다. 역설경영과 십인일단 조직 운영사례에 근거하여 십인일단 조직이 지향해야 할 바를 제시하였다. 연구결과, 탈근대성을 지향하는 조직이론은 통합적 사고를 지향하는 동양사상과 유사한 특징을 보이고 있다. 소태산 사상은 물질문명과 정신문명의 조화와 병진을 강조한다. 소태산 사상의 이러한 특징은 조직이론이 모색하는 이론적 배경 구축에 새로운 방향을 제시한다. 십인일단 조직은 한사람이 아홉 사람을 지도하는 간명한 원리에 따른다. 그러나 조직이 성장할 경우 수직적⋅수평적으로 무한히 확장가능한 유연성을 지닌다. 십인일단 조직 원리는 현대 조직의 다양한 딜레마를 극복할 해법을 제시한다. 십인일단 조직은 네트워크에 의한 유기적 조직이다. 유기적조직은 음양, 개인과 전체와 같은 모순이 공진화 과정을 거쳐 확산된다. 십인일단 조직은 스스로 변화하고 발전하는 지기조직화의 특성을 지닌다. 십인일단 조직의 운영사례로 법인성사를들 수 있다. 법인기도의 성공요인은 십인일단 조직 운영에 필요한 실질적인 실마리를 제공할 것이다. 현대 조직이론과 십인일단 조직 원리는 조직운영 과정에서자율, 자기통제, 조화, 학습, 관계성을 조직운영의 주요 요인으로 꼽는다. 조직이론은 십인일단 조직의 원리에서 모순의 가치를 병행하는 역설 경영의 지혜를 얻을 수 있으며, 원불교 단조직은 조직이론의 축적된 지식과 법인성사의 경험에서 조직운영의노하우를 얻을 수 있다.

한국형 2차선도로 모의실험 프로그램(TWOPAS)의 개발

The two-lane, two-way highway simulation program(TWOPAS) is evaluated for Korean Highway Capacity Manual Study. TWOPAS program input variables, especially related vehicle performance, traffic flow relationship, car-following model and passing logic are examined and modified through the analysis results of our two-lane, two-way highway traffic characteristics. Simulation outputs with and without modification are compared with the field data. The results show that improved TWOPAS program(TWOPAS KI) is well suitable for simulating our two-lane, two-way highway condition.

The objective of this study is to examine the essence of Japanese martial art by probing into Judo Woo Chu Mondo. The fact that in that in the preface of the book Minzuno, the author, asserted that Cheng is signification of Judo, verifies that Cheng, one of the main notions of Neoconfucianism is considered as a basic idea of Judo. Cheng embodies principal conception of The Golden Mean and is assumed to be ways of heavens where only Saints can teach. A perfect man who aims to become saint cannot enter Cheng unless he keep trying to be honest and pure-minded and to master himself. In Judo technique and Tao play significant and obvious roles. That is why Judo is not called Jujuts. While technique means movement of the body, Tao embodies fair morality and achievement of goodness. Although these two elements perform apparently separate parts, technique and Tao create a unity in Judo. And as a unity they carry out the preceding and succeeding role in Judo training process. Then what is the preceding procedure? Mizuno seemingly affirms technique is ahead of the process. Kido Rryu beginners acquire technique first And when they get used to it they concentrate in Tao of training mind, In other words, mind training is applied after body training. In Judo, they aim to be merged into nature through constituting a synthesized oneness with mind and nature, which completes body and mind training, in order to always keep the body well functioned and in good posture. The Ja[anese Judo originators were not philosophers. Rather ther examined the mechanism of human bodies through body training skills, which had been organized by technique of fight. As Judo devloped the originators tried to endow Judo with philosophy. They had broad knowledge including all the prevalent Asian traditional philosophy. such as Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. However, Their knowledge was so limited that some of Judo terms did not have definite meaning, which was demonstrated by vague uses of the terms in documentation.
