In this study, the structural analysis was performed to optimize the membrane humidifier with hollow fiber membrane for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell system. The main design factors were considered by evaluating the humidifying performance according to various structural parameters such as packing density and length. The effects of operation conditions of membrane humidifier were also elucidated experimentally. Results imply that there are optimum points for the packing density and length of humidifier. It was also found that among operation conditions, relative humidity of wet exhaust gas and temperature of dry inlet gas have major effects on the humidifying performance.

This study suggests how to identify and understand and painters’ and one’s own unconscious conflicts when we appreciate works of arts. As artists born with special sensitivity to colors and objects, painters express their feelings and impressions through artistic techniques. Their paintings contain the unconscious conflicts of themselves driven from instinctual drives, infantile dependency and childwithin who might have been hurt. The conflicts are universal and common to human mind and, of course, often expressed in works of art. By appreciating a piece of art, we can meet with the conflict, which stimulates our own inner conflicts. It is the very moment when we feel the empathic response. The ego understands and integrates one’s inner conflicts when it follows its association with art work through free association. This process is similar to self analysis and dream interpretation. 환경 에너지용 멤브레인 개발 동향 및 상업화 전략

멤브레인은 고유의 선택적 투과기능에 의해 다양한 산업분야에 적용되고 있다. 특히, 환경 및 에너지용 멤브레인은 최근 학계의 기초 연구와 더불어 산업체의 활발한 상업화 연구가 진행 중이다. 환경 분야에서는 수처리용 멤브레인이 상용화되어 산업적으로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 이의 기능을 더욱 최적화하기 위한 연구 및 혁신 기능을 도입하기 위한 개발이 산업체를 중심으로 활발히 진행 중이다. 또한 연료전지 및 이차전지에 폭 넓게 멤브레인 기술이 적용되고 있으며, 특히 연료전지나 레독스흐름전지는 본격 상업화를 위해 다양한 전략으로 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 코오롱에서 개발하여 상업화한 수처리용 멤브레인의 최근 개발 동향 및 연료전지 및 레독스흐름전지용 멤브레인 개발 현황 및 전략을 소개하고자 한다.

전통 한국사회의 에디푸스 콤플렉스 : 에디푸스 주제 및 에디푸스 이전기 주제

연구 목적 : 프로이드는 에디푸스 콤플렉스의 보편성을 주장하였고. 이에 대해 몇몇 학자들이 전통 한국사회에서도 에디푸스 콤플렉스를 볼 수 있었다고 보고하였다. 그들은 살부 욕구(殺父 慾求)와 근친상간 욕구(近親相姦 慾求)에 대한 많은 증거를 제시하였다. 저자는 지금까지의 증거들을 정리하고, 이에 더하여 에디푸스 콤플렉스에서 중요한 또 다른 요소들. 즉 에디푸스 주제(Oedipal theme)는 물론 에디푸스 이전기 주제(preoedipal theme)까지를 고찰하여, 전통 한국사회에 에디푸스 콤플렉스가 있음을 보다 분명히 밝히려 하였다. 방 법: 신화. 무당들 사이에 전해 오는 무가(巫歌), 전통사회의 제도. 민가에 전승되는 전설. 민속극, 백정들 사이에 전해오는 소에 대한 설화, 효사상에 대한 연구자료 등 여러 문헌을 살펴보았고 정통 정신분석학적 입장에서 재고찰하였다. 결 과: 에디푸스 주제(Oedipal theme)로서 에디푸스 삼각구조(Oedipal triangle)를 중심으로 전개되는 거세불안. 근친상간 욕구, 부모와의 동일화, 에디푸스 콤플렉스의 해결 등을 볼 수 있었고, 에디푸스 이전기 주제(preoedipal theme)로서는 에디푸스 삼각구조 이전에 볼 수 있는 두 사람만의 관계(dyadic relationship), 정상적인 정신성적 발달을 경험하지 못하고 에디푸스 콤플렉스를 잘 해결하지 못하여 허구적인 권위상 즉 'Anal Phallus'를 형성한 경우. 이성의 부모에게 에디푸스 콤플렉스가 발달하기 전에 동성의 부모에게 사랑을 느끼는 역(逆) 에디푸스 콤플렉스(negative Oedipus complex), 최초의 대상(primary object)과 융합(fusion)하려는 욕구 등을 찾아 볼 수 있었다. 결론 : 에디푸스 콤플렉스와 관련된 여러 주제(theme)와 다양한 요소(factor)가 우리 전통사회의 문화와 생활 모습에 잘 반영되어 있음을 발견하였고, 따라서 한국 전통사회에 에디푸스 콤플렉스가 있다고 생각한다. 0bjectives : Freud said that the Oedipus complex is universal. Some psychiatrists in Korea have tried to discover the presence of an Oedipus complex in their traditional societal. They have identified evidence of sons'wish to kill the Oedipal Father and their desire for incest with mother. Therefore, the author not only puts forth a variety of evidence for the 0edipus complex, but also lays an emphasis on other aspects of the principle(Oedipal theme, preoedipal theme, etc.) by investigating new information in Korean society. Methods : The authors looked into myths, shaman's folksongs, legends, butcher's folktales, fo1k drama, filia1 piety, and traditional family structures. The authors reestimated ,them from a calssical psychoanalytic point of view. Results : The authors found castration anxiety, the desire for incests identification with parents, and the dissolution of the Oedipus complex as the Oedipal theme. And the authors discovered dyadic realtionship,'anal phallus', negative Oedipus complex, and the desire of being in fusion with primary object as talc preoedipal theme. Conclusions : The authors found many themes and factors connected to Oedipus complex influencing our culture and life. Therefore, the authors believe that there is an 0edipus complex in tradilional Korean society.

1LL-2 고분자 전해질 연료전지용 멤브레인 기술개발 및 상업화 동향

수소연료전지 기술은 무공해의 효율적인 에너지 변환 장치로서 최근 다양한 분야에서 산업적 적용이 확대되고 있다. 특히 수송용 및 건물용에 적합한 고분자 전해질 연료전지의 경우 상업화를 위한 핵심 소재기술의 개발 및 국산화도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 고분자연료전지 시스템에는 소재 기술 중에서도 핵심 기술로 멤브레인 기술이 사용되고 있다. 즉, BOP(balance of plant)의 핵심 부품인 막가습기(mem-brane humidifier)와 스택 핵심 소재인 PEM(proton exchange membrane)을 들 수 있으며 각각에 대한 기술 개발 및 상업화 현황과 함께 향후 양산화를 위한 전략에 대해 소개한다. 막가습기의 경우 중공사막(hollow fiber membrane) 기술을 근간으로 수분을 선택적으로 전달하여 스택 내의 PEM을 활성화하는 역할을 하며, 현재 코오롱에서는 탄화수소계 소재를 이용한 멤브레인 기술 및 모듈내 유로 최적화 기술을 개발하여 상용화하였다. 또한 PEM의 경우 탄화수소계 이온전도체를 기반으로 한 Nanofiber reinforced membrane(NFRM)의 개발을 완료하여 상업화를 추진 중에 있다.

흉통(胸痛)의 정신분석적(精神分析的) 고찰(考察) -두사람의 증례(症例)를 중심으로-

This study presents the cases of two patients suffering from chest pain as the chief complaint and refers to related literatures to reveal the psychoanalytic meaning of chest pain. In the first case, the patient who was balked of the desire to be loved complained of her pain in the chest She had been bereaved of her husband and felt deserted by someone on whom she depended, and these experiences caused the chest pain. The drive related to this chest pain in a dependent and aggressive one. The second case, the chest pain of a 28-year-old unmarried woman, resulted from Oedipal conflict Her Oedipal conflict did not resolve successfully for the exessive sexual stimulation in her childhood such as her experiences of witnessing the primal scenes sleeping with her parents in the same room, even under a same blanket In addition, there were some other traumas which prevented her from that conflict: Her father bathed her until her puberty: She saw her father's back view as he urinated in a jerry: She heard her parents' frequent quarrels. This patient felt guilty about desire of Oedipal incest, and chest pain seemed to occur as a kind of self-inflicted punishment.

This study was conducted to evaluate the difference of ego defense mechanisms among the patients with schizophrenic disorders, mood disorders, and neurotic disorders, and then to identify the possible relationship between those three disorders and maturity level of defense mechanisms. The subjects were inpatients or outpatients with schizophrenic disorders(n=60), mood disorders(n=35 ; 21 bipolar disorders, 14 major depressions), and neurotic disorders(n=47 ; 22 anxiety disorders, 25 somatoform disorders) meeting the criteria of DSM-III-R. The ego defense mechanisms and the maturity level of these were measured using the Ehwa Defense Mechanism Test(1991). The main results were as follows ; 1) The patients with schizophrenic disorders used more defenses of `denial', `suppression', and `anticipation', than those with neurotic disorders, while those with neurotic disorders used more defenses of `somatization' and `dissociation' than those with schizophrenic disorders. 2) The patients with mood disorders used more defense of `suppression' than those with neurotic disorders, and more defense of `controlling' than those with schizophrenic disorders. 3) There was no consistent relationship between the disorder and the maturity level of defense mechanisms. In summary, some defense mechanisms were more prefered depending on the disorder. However, the disorder was not entirely matched with the maturity level of defense mechanisms.
