Recently, the thermal stress measurement becomes on issue because the welded elements such as especial boiler, turbine and high pressure vessel of atomic reactor are frequently used and they are worked at high temperature. That is why, in most case, thermal stress is a repeated thermal cycle phenomenon and often forms a cause of the breakage of machines. The present investigation found same relative difficulties in compensating method and adhesive method of the apparent strain value according to temperature by directly adhering high temperature strain gauge to material part at high temperature, 400℃ for the first time. In other words, this study made a comparison between principal value and experimental value of thermal stress for circle hole and round plate as a fundamental experiment. I think that we need mastery and experience for this experiment because there are lots of difficulties for the first time differently from the normal temperature gauge. I got a high good accurate results in this experiment of the thermal stress measurement through this paper.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the usefulness of heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) and ischemia modified albumin (IMA) to differentiate the causes of cardiac arrest. Methods: From May 2007 to November 2007, we prospectively studied 27 patients who presented to the emergency department with sudden collapse. The blood samples collected during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) were centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 10 min, and the obtained serum was stored at -70 C. Results: Cardiac arrest were caused by cardiac disease (N=7, 26%), trauma (N=7, 26%) and other disease (N=13, 48%). The patients with cardiac cause showed significantly increased H-FABP levels compared to the patients with noncardiac causes (39.7±19.3 ng/mL vs 24.6±16.9 ng/mL, respectively, p=0.048). The cut-off value of H-FABP was 29.05 ng/mL (sensitivity 85%, specificity 75%). The IMA showed no statistical difference between the patients with cardiac causes and those with non-cardiac causes (86.6± 29.9 U/mL vs 107.4±39.4 U/mL, respectively, p=0.219). There were no significant differences of the H-FABP and IMA levels between the return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) group and the non-ROSC group, and also between the survival and death groups. A higher H-FABP concentration was correlated with a longer arrest time, and mortality was correlated with a longer CPR time. Conclusion: The IMA is not changed according the cause of arrest, but the H-FABP is useful to diagnose the cardiac causes of arrest.

Pulsed ultrasonic Doppler system is a useful diagnostic instrument to measure blood-flow-velocity, velocity profile, and volume-blood-flow. This system is more powerful compare with 2-dimensional B-scan tissue image. A system has been deve- loped and ii being evaluated using TMS 32010 DSP. We use this DSP for the purpose of real-time spectrum analyzer to obtain spectrogram in singlegate pulsed Doppler system and for the serial comb filter to cancel clutter and zero crossing counter to estimate Doppler mean frequency in multigate pulsed Doppler system. The Doppler shift of the backscattered signals is sensed in a phase detector. This Doppler signal corresponds to the mean velocity over a some region in space defined by the ultrasonic beam dimensions, transmitted pulse duration, and transducer ban(iwidth. Multi- gate pulsed Doppler system enable the transcutaneous and simultaneous assessment of the velocities in a number of adjacent sample volumes as a continuous function of time. A multigate pulsed Doppler system processing the information originating from presented.
