        여성 군종목사 제도 신설을 위한 제안

        First of all, this paper argues that women's chaplaincy in the Korean military should be established immediately for successful evangelization in the forces. As the time passes, not only the definition of strong military leadership has changed, but the religious circumstances which was previously dominated by the christianity has become quite different as well. Moreover, the number of female soldiers and officials has been increasing. For these reasons, the necessity for women chaplaincy came to be stressed both inside and outside the camps. Nevertheless, the eleven christian denominations in Korea have never collaborated on this significant issue. Therefore, the indispensability and urgency of this chaplaincy are asserted. In addition, this paper suggests specific step to this end. Since the recruiting requirements limits applicants only to men, the gender barrier should be annulled. This demands the theological seminary, churches, and general assembly to cooperate each other and also with the Ministry of National Defense. The installation of women chaplaincy will add great power on evangelizing the military forces. It will help the units become more organized and potent. Also it will be very helpful to soldiers who suffer from inner difficulties such as loneliness caused by being separated from their family. With women chaplains caring this kind of problems, the military may have a variety of benefits such as decreased rate of accidents, enhancement of morale, improvement of combat capacity. The ambisexual chaplaincy will equip the Korean defending forces to compete with many other forces of developed countries and to get with the global standards. Besides, it will play a significant role in the christian mission of Asia and of the world.

        A Case of Critical Pedagogy to Promote EFL Learners’ Critical Thinking: Flipped Humanities Convergence Class

        To enhance EFL students’ critical thinking (CT) skills and students-centered learning, this study explored how to integrate literacy works into the EFL classroom. For this, a critical literary pedagogy (CLP) was designed that combines three methods; interdisciplinary learning converging literature, language and philosophical ideas to provide various knowledge with linguistic development, self-cognitive learning and the combination of in-and out-classes for self-regulated learning. First, to create the balance between social practice and self-regulation, an SNS-based flipped classroom model using Kakao Talk was adopted, which allowed EFL Korean undergraduates to acquire knowledge about the class content on an individual basis. Then, they participated in critical literacy activities including argumentation in class. While analyzing Thomas Hardy’s Tess of D’Urbervilles along with Foucault’ power relations and discourse, EFL learners could interpret a real world by comparing their own opinions with those of their peers’. Quantitative methodologies were conducted to test the validity of this model on CT-efficacy. The result through a multiple-regressive analysis (R2 = .599) found scaffolding input was a key component to promote CT-efficacy. A CLP model emphasizing scaffolding input, self-cognition and self-regulation showed the potential to maximize CT-efficacy by stimulating students’ self-study and self-monitoring attitudes.

        중복된 입력을 갖는 공정을 위한 루프제어방법

        중복된 입력변수를 갖는 공정에서 이들 변수를 모두 조작변수로 사용하는 루프제어방법을 제시하였으며, 여분의 조작변수를 일정한 값에 고정시키는 기존의 방법과 비교할 때 제어성능과 안정성이 개선될 수 있음을 주파수 영역에서 해석하였다. 회분식 반응열 분석 시스템의 온도제어에 제시된 제어방법을 적용한 결과 제어성능이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다. A loop control method, where all potential manipulated variables are actively utilized, is proposed for a process which has redundant manipulated inputs. Through analyses in the frequency domain, it was shown that the performance and stability of the proposed method are improved in comparison with those of the conventional method where extra manipulated variables are fixed at constant values. For experimental evaluation, the proposed method was applied to temperature control of a batch reaction calorimeter. As a result, tracking as well as regulation performances were found to be greatly improved compared to the conventional approach.

        이차원모델에 의한 고로(高爐)내 정상상태 거동의 분석

        고로내의 거동을 표현하는 모델식을 확립하여 이를 수치적으로 해석하고, 각 조업변수가 고로내부의 현상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 고로내부에서의 기체 및 고체의 온도, 가스조성, 압력분포 및 철광석의 단계별 환원반응을 표현하는 수식을 정립하였으며 이들을 연립하여 해석하였다. 수치해석에는 계산시간의 단축을 위하여 윤 등[1]이 제시한 좌표변환방법을 도입하여 고로형상을 윈통형으로 변환한 후, 반경방향에 대한 직교배열법 (orthogonal collocation method)을 적용하였다. 또한 고로 상부에서의 온도분포 형상을 이해하기 위하여 1차원 모델을 수립하여 해석하고, 이것으로부터 상부에서의 초기조건을 설정하였다. 반경방향의 내부배열점의 수를 4, 5 및 6개를 취한 결과 모두 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 포항제철의 조업자료를 바탕으로 해를 구한 결과, 실제 고로내부의 현상 및 다른 연구자들의 결과와 잘 부합하는 여러 해를 얻을 수 있었으며, 특히 기체와 고체의 유속비에 의해 온도분포가 민감한 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. A mathematical model of the blast furnace was developed and the effects of operating variables on internal phenomena of the blast furnace were investigated through numerical computation. To achieve these objectives, equations which represent the distributions of has and solid temperatures, gas compositions, pressure and stepwise reduction of iron ore were established and then solved simultaneously. To reduce computation time, orthogonal collocation in radial direction was employed after transforming the blast furnace geometry into a cylinder using the technique proposed by Yun et al.[1]. Besides these, a potential instability problem of the model was analyzed using a simplified 1-dinmnsional model. With the aid of this model, initial values of gas and solid temperature at the stock line, which give a meaningful stable solution, could be determined. Collocations with four, five and six internal points were tried for comparison but the results were similar. Simulation results based on the POSCO's operating data showed good agreement with the internal phenomena of real blast furnaces as well as with the results by other researchers. One of the important consequences through this work is that the temperature distributions are sensitively affected by a small change in the ratio of solid to gas flowrates.
