基督敎系 大學의 宗敎敎育 類型에 對한 效果性에 關한 硏究 : CENTERED MAINLY IN THE UNIVERSITY

基督敎精神에 立脚하여 設立한 基督敎大學이 實施하고 있는 宗敎敎育의 效果가 諸類型中에서 어떻게 成就되어지고 있는지를 究明하는 것이 意義있는 硏究로 생각되어, 宗敎敎育의 類型들을 各分野別로 分類하여 質問紙法을 使用하고, 文獻을 參考하여, 檢證과 評價에 適用했다. 作成된 質問紙는 基督敎精神에 立脚하여 設立된 6個大學(大邱啓明大學, 大田大學, 崇實大學, 延世大學校, 서울 女子大學, 梨花女子大學校)을 對象으로 했으며, 質問紙를 分野別로 分類해 보면 各大學의 現況, 學生의 背景, Chapel, 敎科目, 宗敎集會 및 行事, 敎授 및 同僚學生, 學校의 雰圍氣와 基督敎에 對한 學生들의 關心等을 測定하는 內容이다. 資料處理는 各問題를 類型別로 綜合하고, 그 結果를 分析하여 觀察을 했다. 非基督敎的인 文化圈에 있는 韓國의 現況속에서 基督敎的인 敎育이 成就되기에는 여러 가지 問題들이 많을 것은 當然한 일이라 하겠다. 問題는 이러한 與件속에서 어떻게 그 本來의 使命을 完遂할수 있는 가 이다. 基督敎大學이 指向하는 敎育의 目標를 達成하기 爲해서는 學園 全體의 雰圍氣가 基督敎的인 것으로 造成되어야 할 것은 明白한 事實이다. 그러기 위해서는 學校當局의 不斷한 努力과 學園의 構造的인 面에서, 敎授와 敎職員은 基督敎學園이 成就하려는 敎育의 成果를 이룩해야 할 使命感을 가지고 共同體로서 學園의 雰圍氣를 助成해서 本來의 目的을 成就해야 할 것이다. 學生들도 基督敎大學의 敎育理念에 보다 더 關心을 가지며, 肯志와 自負心을 지니고 積極的인 學園生活을 하여야 할 것이다. 本 硏究는 基督敎敎育이란 校牧室을 中心해서만 이루어지는 것이 아니며, Chapel이나 宗敎科目 및 宗敎集會나 行事等의 類型에서만 이룩 될 수 없으며, 全學園이 渾然一體가 되어서 基督敎學園의 敎育理念을 具現해야 할 責任과 義務를 지고 있음을 假說로 하고 이르 究明하는 硏究이다. Ⅰ. Introduction It seems to be about time that a study should be made of the patterns of religious education currently conducted at Christian schools. It has so far been the case, I would say, that we are satisfied with the current practice of the more conduct of chapel under a chaplain's charge and of offering a few religious courses as if our objectives of religious education could thus be achieved. Our objectives could never be achieved merely through the efforts on the part of particular persons and chaplains, or through a few religious programs or events. I believe, that effective, satisfactory results can only be attained by means of the proper organization and the creation of a Christian atmosphere in the school. In this research, various patterns of Christian education at present have been investigated and then a solution for successful Christian education has been sought. Ⅱ. Purpose The purpose of this research project is to investigate, analyze, and evaluste the patterns of Christian education conducted at universities and colleges founded in the Christian spirit, and thereby contribute to the conduct of more effective Christian education. Ⅲ. The Need for Research In spite of rapid changes taking place in other fields, the conterts and the way of conducting Christian education at Christian schools remain unchanged with existing problems left unsolved. It can hardly be denied the both the students and the spirit of founding the school and the objectives of education. Moreover, the gap between the school authorities on one side, trying to achieve the objectives of founding, and the students and the faculty on the other is gradually widening to a serious.
