        Korea’s railway industry has experienced considerable development during the past decade, especially through a dramatic high speed train network expansion and railroad transportation technology research and development. The world market of rolling stock parts for this year has increased to 250 trillion won. Yet, the domestic rail components & materials industry accounts for only one or two percent over the world market share. In recent years, the transport infrastructure system in Vietnam has seen much upgrade and new construction, contributing to increasing the operational capacity and keeping up with the economic growth by raising operational speed on roads through reducing the transportation time by railroad. The government of Vietnam plans to present bills to its National Assembly paving the way for a $56bn plan to build a high-speed rail line between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. This is a moment of korea railroad small and medium industry revitalization through korea-vietnam collaboration. This study suggests ideas, strategy and programs to participate this moments.

      • 4D 바이오프린팅 기술개발 및 산업육성 전략

        Bioprinting is one of the key additive manufacturing to converge the suitable biomedical applications and personalized products using smart functional biomaterials with newly defined concept of 4D(Durable, Dynamic, Directional, Dimensional) biological capabilities. Smart functional biomaterials are focused on the target oriented functions availability for improving their biocompatibility and bio-efficacy. Smart functional biomaterials have very promising applications in the biomedical field as delivery systems of therapeutic agents, tissue engineering scaffolds, cell culture supports, muscles, devices, sensors or actuators systems. Especially in biomedical and pharmaceutical applications, functions of structures are surprisingly limited by the complexity of the manageable shapes. 4D biomimetic architectures have to build to realize full responsive efficacy of biomaterials functions via 4D bioprinting. This study shows the summarized the electronic or manual search of current state of art in biomaterials and bioprinting technology and suggests some directions for 4D functional biomaterials and bioprinting technology development. This paper is also summerized current significant national research support for fostering strategy 4D biomaterial industry to develop Korea biohealth industry.

      • 자동차용 드로우바 후크 성형에 관한 연구

        This paper presents the development result of automotive drawbar hook part using plastic deformation simulation and results for automotive emergency and safety part manufacturing process. To optimize manufacturing process of forged parts, reasonable joining of cold and hot forging process must be used to reduce forging load, extend of tool or die life, and improve product quality. In this study, forging simulation was performed to predict the working characteristics of automotive drawbar hook part for cold and warm mixed forging process development. Through the preliminary analysis, the initial design of product and die shape was changed to reduce preform volume. The changed design was applied to optimize the working process (i.e, dimensional tolerance reduction, working load reduction). The obtained results from this study was applied to build the trial die fabrication and try out process of automotive drawbar production. The established analysis process can be served successfully on the purpose of development efficiency improvement.

      • 충주 파스너산업 클러스터 육성성과와 향후 발전전략

        This study presents the growth and development results of Fastener industry cluster innovation through regional industrial cluster fostering process of Chungju city in Korea. In the 2000s, due to a collaboration between regional academia and industry and a widening variety of resident companies, the numbers of companies and workers went up and the industrial structure changed. As a result, the fastener industry of Chungju city entered the stage of emerging growth completely different from other already grown industry complex of Banwol-Sihwa industrial complex in Gyunggi province. This study focused on the importance of basic approach and role of regional university or academia to grow the regional industry innovation and regional economic contribution. This study is end up the future strategy of the regional fastener industry growth of Chungju city to enhance competitiveness.

        This study aims to analyze the growth and development of the metal and machinery industry innovation through regional industrial cluster fostering process of Chung-Buk province in Korea. In the 2000s, due to a collaboration between regional academia and industry and a widening variety of resident companies, the numbers of companies and workers went up and the industrial structure changed. As a result, the metal & machinery industry of Chung-Buk entered the stage of emerging growth completely different from other already grown industry complex of Kyungnam and Gyunggi province. This study focused on the importance of basic approach and role of regional university or academia to grow the regional industry innovation and regional economic contribution. This study is end up the future challenge of the regional metal and machinery industry growth of Chung-Buk province to enhance competitiveness for 4th industrial revolution in 21th century.

      • 논리적 링 네트워크 기반 부하균등화기법 및 성능분석

      • 아두이노를 활용한 아기 방 적정 온습도 표현 및 아기 울음 알림 분석기

        본 논문은 아두이노와 스마트폰을 연결한 사물인터넷을 바탕으로 신생아 돌봄 분야에 인터넷을 적용시키고자 하였다 즉 아기에게 적합한 온습도를 부모가 인지할 수 있게 했으며 아기가 울 때 울음의 시작을 알려주고 그 시점을 기준으로 울음 소리를 분석하는 방법에 대해서도 연구하였다 아기의 울음소리를 해석하여 돌보는 부모에게 효율적으로 표현하는 방법에 대해서도 연구가 진행되었으며 전체적인 시스템이 신생아를 편리하고 효율적으로 돌볼 수 있도록 하였다

      • MPEG-DASH 기반 스트리밍 에이전트 처리 시스템 구현

        스마트 장치의 급속한 보급으로 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스의 안정성과 장치들의 호환성을 요구하게 되었다. 이와 같은 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 최근 MPEG이 제공하는 동적 적응형 스트리밍 기법인 DASH가 표준화로 승인되었다. 장치들이 DASH 서비스를 제공받기 위해서는 다양한 비트 율로 잘게 나누어 저장된 세그먼트들의 위치 정보를 나타내는 인덱스 파일인 MPD(Media Presentation Description)를 분석하고 가져오는 기능들이 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 구현되지 않은 장치에 DASH 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 에이전트 처리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현된 에이전트 처리 시스템은 다양한 스마트 장치들에게 표준 기반의 DASH 서비스를 제공하여 네트워크의 상황에 따라 다양한 비트 율의 세그먼트를 선태하여 끊김 업는 서비스를 제공하였다.
