기업 사회공헌의 소외계층 담론:삼성 단편영화 ‘별리섬’의 시선과 문화 정치적 함의

삼성은 오너의 최순실 국정농단 사태 연루와 삼성 반도체 백혈병 분쟁, 삼성바이오로직스 분식회계 논란 등 연이은 이슈로 사회적 비판에 직면한 상황에서 사회공헌 관련 소통 강화를 천명했다. 일례로 2018년 10월, 삼성전자의 대표 사회공헌 프로그램인 ‘드림클래스’를 소재로 단편영화 ‘별리섬’을 제작해 공개했는데, 이 영화는 사회공헌 광고라는 정체성에도 불구하고 대대적인 마케팅 지원과 함께 큰 성공을 거두었다. ‘별리섬’은 스펙과 고수익 아르바이트의 목적으로 드림클래스 프로그램에 참여한 대학생 한기탁과 섬학교 아이들이 수업을 통해 성장하는 줄거리를 가지고 있다. 이 글은 영화 텍스트가 기존 사회공헌 광고의 전형적 스토리텔링이나 화법에서 탈피해 감성적인 드라마로 제시하는 기업 자선과 사회공헌 담론 및 이를 전달하고 수용하는 언론과 대중의 수용 양상의 분석을 통해 삼성 사회공헌 제작물의 영향력을 비판적으로 논의하고자 한다. 사회문제에 대한 깊은 이해나 고민 없이, 기업자선가를 영웅시하고 지원대상의 지원받을 자격을 규정하는 영화의 자선 담론은 신자유주의 체제 하 통치성 측면에서 개인화와 파편화를 심화시키고 있다. Samsung has announced its plan to strengthen corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication under the social pressure related to the heavy criticism on its recent issues such as the owner’s involvement in the Choi Sun-sil scandal, Samsung semiconductor leukemia dispute, and Samsung BioLogics’ accounting fraud. Shortly after, in October 2018, a short film ‘My Dream Class’ was released for free via online channels. This film is about Samsung’s representative CSR program ‘Dream Class’ which supports education opportunities for the socially excluded children by providing afterschool classes with the university student volunteers. Despite its identity as a CSR PR material, the film has surpassed the 0.1 billion views worldwide within 38 days since the release. This article explores the existing discourses on corporate philanthropy and CSR by analyzing the film ‘Dream Class.’ We investigate how the public and the media view this film and communicate with it, and also examine personalization and fragmentation in the CSR discourses from the point of neoliberal governmentality, as the corporate philanthropist is described as a hero without concerning the causes of more structural social problems and the pain of the excluded.

현전하는 곽우록의 판본은 총 4종으로 단대본, 국중본, 장서각본, 문광본 등이다. 이 가운데 널리 유통되는 판본은 국중본과 문광본인데 이들에는 많은 오류가 발견된다. 국역본 또한 문광본을 저본으로 했기 때문에 오류가 다수 있다. 4종 판본은 단대본 계열과 문광본으로 나눌 수 있으며, 단대본 계열 내에서도 단대본과 국중본은 매우 유사하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 단대본은 국중본과 장서각본을 포괄하는 비교적 나중 시기의 편집본이며, 정확도가 가장 높다는 점 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 선본으로 추정하였다. 국중본의 경우 정서로 되어 있어 참고할 만하며, 단대본의 저본이라는 특징을 지닌다. 장서각본의 경우 낙질이 있고 편집을 위한 참고본 혹은 단순필사본으로 보인다. 문광본은 다른 계열의 판본이어서 내용에 추가된 것이 보인다. 한편, 문광본에만 추가된 내용은 서학과 관련된 것으로 성호학파의 계열과 관련이 깊은데,이 내용의 유무에 따라 편집에 관여한 문인계열의 특성을 추정해 볼 수 있다. 서학관련 내용이 수록되어 있는 문광본은 성호좌파의 저작으로 판단되며, 이 내용이 누락되어 있는 단대본은 성호우파의 저작으로 판단된다. There are four different versions of Kwakwoorok. Four different versions are the Dankook University version, the National Library version, the Jangseokak version, and the Munkwang version. The purpose of this paper is to determine the best refined version among them and analyze the characters of each versions. The Dankook University version, the National Library version and the Jangseokak version seem to be the same group. The Munkwang version has very different characters instead. the National Library version is similar to the Dankook University. version, which means the National Library version has been used as a base script in order to revise the Dankook University version. The number of errors in the National Library version, however, is lager than the Dankook University version. The Jangseokak version is an odd volume and has a lot of errors. Nevertheless, the Jangseokak version also can be consulted, and precedes the Dankook University version. The Munkwang version also contains a lot of errors. Although, there is an inserted text only in the Munkwang version which makes the Munkwang version very special. Lastly, the Dankook University version is selected as the best refined version, because of the little errors and the contents containing most of other versions. In advance, the Munkwang version is associated with the division of the schools of Seongho after the master Seongho’s death, this fact is noteworthy. The text, only in the Munkwang version, is about the western studies and it is the Seongho left school who accepts the western studies. Therefore, the Munkwang version is considered as the version of Seongho left school.

ICT임상시험 시스템 적용을 위한 개인신분확인모듈이 결합된 맥박수계 개발

ICT임상시험시스템은 병원이 아닌 개인가정에서 임상시험을 수행함으로써 시간과 비용문제를 극복하는 것을 목표로 ICT기술과 임상시험을 결합한 시스템이다. 그러나 ICT임상시험시스템은 병원이 아닌 개인의 가정에서 수행되기 때문에 피험자 이외의 타인의 개입이 가능하기 때문에 피험자의 데이터를 정확하게 식별하기가 어려운 보안의 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 개인신분확인모듈이 결합된 맥박수측정장치를 개발하고, 국제표준(IEC 60601-1 3Ed)에 부합하는 디자인을 통해 ICT장비의 상용화 가능성을 높이는 장치를 개발하였다. 향후 이러한 아이디어를 다양한 의료기기와 결합하여보다 효율적인 임상시험으로 급성장하는 의료산업에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 전망된다. The ICT clinical trial system is a home-based medical device that combines ICT technology and clinical trials. It aims to overcome the problem of time and cost by conducting clinical trials at the individual`s home rather than at the hospital. However, since the ICT clinical test system is also performed at the home of an individual rather than a hospital, intervention of the person other than the subject can be performed, which makes it difficult to correctly identify the subject`s data. In this paper, we develop a pulse rate measuring device combined with apersonal identification module to solve this problem and develop a device that demonstrates the commercialization possibility of ICT equipment through the design that conforms to IEC 60601-1 3Ed. In the future, these ideas will be combined with various medical devices to contribute to the rapidly growing medical industry as a more effective clinical trial.
