Recently the researches pursuing for the efficiency of the whole field of society and economy through the introduction of ubiquitous technology have been made actively in IT industry. In this study we intend to suggest the technological development for supporting the online customer service support more effectively by trying out the new technology development introducing a new technology called ubiquitous technology to e-CRM related to the customer service support technology development of the financial firm, one of the service industry. 최근 IT 분야에서 관심사는 유비쿼터스 기술의 도입을 통해 사회, 경제전반의 효율화를 추구하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이 가운데 본 연구에서는 서비스 분야의 하나인 금융기관의 고객 서비스 지원기술 개발과 관련해서 e-CRM에 신기술 개념인 유비쿼터스 기술 접목을 통해 on-line상에서 진행되어 오던 고객 서비스를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 기술개발 개념을 제시하고자 한다.
간문부 담도암에서 Y-Configured Dual Stent를 이용한 내시경 양측 금속 스텐트 삽입의 유용성

목적: 간문부 담도암은 예후가 매우 불량하고, 근치적 절제가 어려워, 고식적인 담도 배액술이 널리 이용되며, 양측 담도 배액술이 반드시 필요한지에 대해서는 논란이 있다. 하지만 편측 담도 배액술로는 황달을 완전히 개선시키지 못하며 조영제 저류로 인한 급성 담도염이 발생할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로 고안된 Y-configured dual stent (Y형 스텐트)를 이용한 양측 담도 배액술의 기술적, 임상적 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2005년 5월부터 2007년 5월까지 20명(남자: 여자=9:11, 연령=70.5세)의 절제 불가능한 악성 간문부 협착 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. Bismuth 분류 II형(2명), III형(14명), IV형(4명)이었다. 중심부 그물망이 넓은 스텐트를 먼저 삽입하고, 중심부 그물망을 통해 반대편에 두번째 스텐트를 삽입하였다. 결과: Y형 스텐트는 20명 중 14명(기술적 성공, 70%)에서 시행되었다. Y형 스텐트를 사용하여 양측 담도 금속 스텐트 삽입을 시행 받은 14명의 환자 모두에서 성공적인 배액(임상적 성공, 100%)이 이루어졌다. 시술과 연관된 사망과 담도염, 담낭염, 췌장염, 출혈, 스텐트 이동과 같은 초기 합병증은 없었다. 후기 합병증은 14명 중 4명(28.5%)에서 스텐트 폐쇄가 발생하였으며, 1명은 플라스틱 스텐트를 삽입하였고, 3명은 경피 경간적 배액술로 치료하였다. 스텐트 개존기간은 231일이었고, 생존 기간은 447일이었다. 결론: Y형 스텐트를 이용한 양측 담도 배액술은 진행된 간문부 담도암 환자에서 양측으로 담즙 배출을 시행하는 데 안전하고 효과적인 방법이다.
레스토랑 고객의 불평태도, 블평의도, 불평행동에 관한 연구

This paper aims at examining the determinants of customers' complaint intention to fast-food restaurants and family restaurants, and providing restaurant managers and marketers the importance of customers' complaint intention. Based upon the theory of exit, voice, and loyalty and the attribution theory, we build the more comprehensive model on complaint intention. The results show that complaint attitude, perceived value of complaint, and perceived likelihood of successful complaint influence significantly to the customers' complaint intention. The complaint attitude also is influence significantly by prior experience of complaint and controllability toward complaint. The implications and limitations are discussed.
CRM 시스템과 기업의 마케팅성과간의 관계에 대한 연구

Though the extant studies have been examined the relationship between CRM system and performance, the scope was limited. To fill this cap this study tries to examine the relationship among CRM system, customer program, CRM characteristics, and its marketing performance. Based upon the extant theoretical and empirical study four hypotheses have been suggested. Hypotheses testing using AMOS are conducted for 241 employees form Busan and Seoul five-star hotels during July 2003 periods. The results show that CRM system significantly influenced to CRM characteristics, but did not significantly influenced to CRM management program. The statistically significant determinants of marketing performance are CRM management program and CRM characteristics. The limitation and suggestions of this study are presented. Objectives. The clinical effects of the simultaneous application of nonlinear frequency compression and dichotic hearing on people with hearing impairments have not been evaluated previously. In this study, the clinical effects of the simultaneous application of these two techniques on the recognition of consonant-vowel-consonant (CVC) words with fricatives were evaluated using normal-hearing subjects and a hearing loss simulator operated in the severe hearing loss setting. Methods. A total of 21 normal-hearing volunteers whose native language was English were recruited for this study, and two different hearing loss simulators, which were configured for severe hearing loss in the high-frequency range, were utilized. The subjects heard 82 English CVC words, and the word recognition score and response time were measured. Results. The experimental results demonstrated that the simultaneous application of these two techniques showed almost even performance compared to the sole application of nonlinear frequency compression in a severe hearing loss setting. Conclusion. Though it is generally accepted that dichotic hearing can decrease the spectral masking thresholds of an hearing-impaired person, simultaneous application of the nonlinear frequency compression and dichotic hearing techniques did not significantly improve the recognition of words with fricatives compared to the sole application of nonlinear frequency compression in a severe hearing loss setting.

As a rare complication of percutaneous endoscopic gastroscopy (PEG), a gastrocolocutaneous fistula may occur after PEG placement. This paper reports an interesting case which PEG tube unintentionally penetrated transverse colon during PEG. A 72-year-old female patient who suffered from medullary infarction underwent PEG procedure for enteral nutrition, and fecal materials were observed 6 days after the procedure. Transverse colon located in antero-superior site of stomach was observed through abdominal computed tomography, and also the wrong inserted tube was found through gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Endoscopic treatment for the fistula was performed by the use of hemo-clip and detachable snare, closure of the fistula was finally confirmed 6 days after the endoscopic procedure. Therefore, the gastrocolocutaneous fistula should be considered as one of the complications of PEG when fecal material is observed through PEG tube in a few days after PEG procedure and endoscopic treatment can be feasible in this case.
