신세대 장병의 상호인식을 매개로 한 리더십 기법에 관한 연구

The study is designed to suggest a advanced military leadership metnod to be recommended for leading the so-call new generation making up most part of the military through analyzing consciousness disposition of the new generation. The conclusion of the study is as following. It is generally believed that traits of the new generation is in conflict with the one of military organization. However, the study reveals that there are lots of influencing factors in the mind of new generation upon the maximization of combat forces. Military leaders, therefore, should make every effort to induce them towards the rationale of the military organization dispelling all negative views and prejudices on the new generation. In the leadership of new generation, taking the lead, responsibility, professionalism, and good quality considerate of other`s personality rather than coercion and compellence are most needed. With these virtues the military leaders take on, the new generation makes themselves ready to obey their senior orders out of royalty and to sacrifice for the protection of their land, property, and people in case of emergency. Finally, The leadership technique suggested based on the consciousness disposition of the new generation in the study is contrived in order to achieve the maximization of combat forces using the positive aspect of the new generation.

The purpose of this study is to study on the Security & Veterans Consciousness of among University Students, especially Focus on the analysis of Lectures satisfaction among University Students attending Patriotism Theory. As a result of the questionnaire survey on the subjects of patriotism., the questionnaire was drawn up based on the literature survey on the satisfaction of the patriotism., vocation and lecture. In terms of lecture satisfaction, according to gender, `perception of love before the lecture and satisfaction of lecture attendance` and `compulsory lecture attendance` in the lecture, And `respect for the veterans of war and independence` showed statistically significant differences according to the series. The lecture of “patriotism.” lecture was very popular among the students, and the university students were able to establish sound security consciousness, national consciousness and historical consciousness for the future. The need for education topics and the development of educational methods and contents has been emphasized, and the value of those who sacrificed and contributed to the nation is an important opportunity to realize the importance of pride and patriotism of future generations.

‘질성적(質性的) 앎’의 교육적 가치에 관한 연구 - 주입식 교육의 대안방안 연구 -

This study tried to investigate the pedagogical significance of the 'qualitative knowledge' using audio materials as an alternative plan for grinding-oriented(memorizing-oriented) lesson in teaching-learning activity. In other to make learners be able to take part in lesson autonomously with more fun and interest in educational activity, this study also tried to let learners be able to take part actively in lesson using various audio materials, not through 'rational knowledge' by sign and symbol, but through ‘qualitative knowledge’ that is acquired based on what learners felt and experienced by themselves. It was found out through the research that the promotion of investigation and the change of perception on the way of understanding brought about efficient mediation of learning materials, and the pursuit of qualitative knowledge to feel directly the quality and value of knowledge rather than the quantity or efficiency of knowledge. Based on it, this research might be a little help to the real learner-oriented autonomous educational activity by coping over a lot of problems due to the grinding-oriented(memorizing-oriented) lesson.
