가장 좋은 수업은 훌륭한 교사의 강의가 아니라 학생들이 적극적으로 수업에 참여하는 것이다. 그러나 현재 영화교육은 아직도 학생들의 눈높이를 맞추지 못한 채 교사 중심의 커리큘럼으로써 학생들의 적극적인 참여를 제한하고 있다. 그래서 영화교육은 최근 교육현장과 학생들의 변화를 빠르게 습득한 후 학생들에게 수업에 대한 동기부여와 흥미를 제공해주면서 능동적으로 참여할 수 있는 교육으로 발전되어야 한다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 기존의 교육과정과 프로그램에 대한 전면 수정이 필요하다. 특히 학교급과 학년별로 통합예술교육과 STEAM교육의 스토리텔링 교수법을 적용한 프로그램으로 세분화해야 한다. 그러면 매년 영화교육을 받는 학생이라도 계속 똑같은 이론과 제작 만을 반복하는 교육이 아닌 하나의 커다란 주제 안에서 매 차시별로 연결되는 스토리텔링 교수법을 적용한 이야기 속에서 자신이 마치 주인공이 되어 사건을 해결하고, 결과물을 도출해 내면서 교육에 대한 성취감을 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 그로 인해 학생들이 억지로 참여하는 흥미 없는 교육이 아닌 즐거운 마음으로 참여하는 영화 교육으로 거듭나야 한다. 이는 문화예술교육으로서 영화교육이 갖고 있는 본래의 취지와 목적대로 수업을 진행하면서 영화교육이 좀 더 발전해 나갈 수 있는 기반을 다지게 될 것이다. The best teaching is not a good teacher`s teaching but students` active participation in class. But currently, film education is limiting active participation of students with teacher-centered curriculum which has yet to set eye-level of students. In order to develop film education for students, film education should reflect the recent tendency of the education and students first, and then offer students motivation and interests toward classes. To do that, it needs a thoroughgoing modification about existing courses of study and program. In particular, Curriculum of film education should be subdivided into program applying storytelling teaching methods of Integrated arts education and STEAM by level of school and each grade. That way students learning film education each year will get a sense of accomplishment not by repeating the same film theory and production but by solving the cases and making films which are applying storytelling teaching methods in each class. Thereby film education must be reformed for students to participate happily not students to participate uninterestingly and reluctantly in class. Film education as Arts and Culture Education will grow if we keep the original intent and purpose.

통합예술교육과 STEAM(융합인재교육) 기반의 초등학교 영화교육 교육과정 연구

문화예술교육으로서 영화교육은 2011년 영화교육 교육 표준이 완성되었지만 교육 현장에서 적용 불가능한 내용으로 이루어져 있어 교육 시행 10여년이 지난 현재에도 체계적인 교육의 틀조차 형성하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 전문 영화 제작을 중심으로 하는 기존의 영화교육 교육과정이 아닌 그동안 문화예술교육 현장에서 직접 교육을 진행하면서 느꼈던 영화교육의 성과와 시행착오들을 모아 최근 이슈화 되고 있는 통합교과와 스토리텔링 교수법을 적용하여 지금까지 시도하지 않았던 새로운 교육 방식으로 초등 대상의 영화교육 교육과정을 구성하고자 한다. 특히 본 교육과정은 국가교육정책의 변화에 발맞춰 문화예술교육 이론을 바탕으로 통합예술교육 및 STEAM 교육을 적용한다. 그리고 학습자들이 영화를 비롯한 다양한 예술체험을 통해 창의적인 생각과 표현을 할 수 있는 과정 중심의 눈높이 교육과정으로 개발하는데 중점을 두었다. 그래서 문화예술교육으로서 영화교육은 현재 영화교육 강사뿐만 아니라 문화예술교육사 제도를 통해 양성될 영화교육 강사들이 체계적인 영화교육을 펼칠 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 학습자들이 즐겁고 능동적으로 참여하는 교육이 되도록 할 것이다. Although a national standard of film education was completed in 2011, because of hard to apply film education as Arts & Culture Education has not been truly established itself curriculum. This study wishes to compose elementary film education curriculum not professional film-making but new education that applies integration subject and storytelling teaching method. In particular, this curriculum be applied integrated arts education and STEAM education with Arts & Culture Education theory in nation`s education policy change. And it focus to develop student`s eye-level course of processing education which can do ingenious ideas and representation through various art experience including film. It will become Film education as Arts & Culture Education which film education lecturer to be trained through the Arts & Culture Education Instructor system as well as present film education lecturer can teach systematic film education, and students participate education delightful and spontaneously.

통합예술교육과 STEAM(융합인재교육) 기반의 영화교육 교육과정 개발 필요성 연구

Film education has not been truly established itself as the field of arts education still in 2013 when the Arts and Culture Education Instructor system shall enter into force, although many film majors progress working as art instructor in school. The reason is because of the absence of a structured curriculum at each school and each grade level. So left to the discretion of the instructor from educational goals far educational content, film education has been centerless as a whole. However, as you proceed through the course of training, curriculum by educational standards is a very important indicator. Of course, the actual content of classes can be different according to the discretion of the teacher, but deviation of acquiring knowledge about the course are not given for education of the participants because regardless of region curriculum at the grade-level is almost the same. So film education needs to be constructed curriculum considering education participants’ eye level. 21st century society often is referred to the era of digital convergence. That means not only the convergence of digital devices and information and communication but also fusion is being made itself in our lives. Thus, the current curriculum-oriented education is changing the paradigm, and the importance of integrated curriculum and integrated arts education is emerging. Also embracing the future-oriented educational approach, the curriculum must be constructed such as STEAM that is an abbreviation meaning the integrated teaching approach with science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics curriculum. Accordingly development of various programs can be made and while coming up with a system for currently stagnant film education which can be to the development in schools and societies with all the interest of education participants, institutions, officials, and parents.
