본 연구는 지역경제 활성화 차원에서 문화체육관광산업이 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구에 사용된 데이터는 한국문화관광연구원의 〈문화체육관광산업통계〉에서 제공하는 문화, 예술, 스포츠, 관광산업의 지역별 매출액과 통계청 국가통계포털의 〈e-지방지표〉에서 제공하는 지역별 GRDP, 1인당 GRDP, 경제성장률 등의 연간자료를 사용하였으며, 2015년부터 2017년까지 총 17개 광역자치단체별로 분류하여 패널데이터를 구축하였다. 또한 다양한 모형검정 방법을 통해 패널데이터의 특성에 적합한 모형을 추정하여 분석을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 통해 주요 지역경제지표(GRDP, 1인당 GRDP, 경제성장률)에 영향을 미치는 문화체육관광산업별 경제적 효과를 실증적으로 밝히고, 지역경제 활성화를 위한 문화체육관광산업의 경제적 가치와 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of culture, sports and tourism industry on regional economies. The data used in the study are the gross sales of culture, sports and tourism industry from 〈Culture, Sports & Tourism industry Statistics〉 which is provided by Korea Culture & Tourism Institute. Also, the annual data such as gross regional domestic product (GRDP), GRDP per capita, economic growth rate from 〈e-Regional Indicators〉 which is provided by Korean Statistical Information Service are used. The panel data were established by collecting data from2015 to 2017 which were categorized by 17metropolitan cities and provinces. In addition, the model suitable for the characteristics of panel data was estimated and analyzed through various model test methods. Finally, the results empirically reveal that culture, sports and tourism industry-related factors could influence the key regional economic indicators (GRDP, GRDP per capita, economic growth rate) and show the economic value and policy implications of culture, sports and tourism industry.
중소·벤처기업의 업종, 영업형태, 조직문화가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 삼원분산분석(3-way ANOVA)을 중심으로

In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.9% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. and SMEs was driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as innovation, job creation, industrial diversity, balanced regional development. Despite their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D capabilities and equipments as well as funding capacity. Public R&D institutes can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledge and help them build technological capacity. so, In order to effectively support SMEs, government and public R&D institutes must be a priority to know about the factors influencing the performance related to technology transfer and technological collaborations. In particular, SMEs are not only taking up a large portion of the national economy, but also their influence in politics and economy so strong that raising the competitiveness of small and medium-sized companies is a national policy goal that must be achieved in order to achieve sustained economic growth. For this reason, it is necessary to look specifically at the relationship between concepts such as the environment, strategy, and organizational culture surrounding the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness of SMEs. The paper analyzes 665 companies to find out which organizational culture affects their performance by classification and type of business of SMEs. This study demonstrated that when SMEs seek consistency in their external environment, strategies, and organizational structure to maintain their continued competitiveness. According to three-way analysis of variance (3-way ANOVA) indicates that classification of industries in SMEs has statistically significant main effects, but the type of business and organizational culture do not have significant effects. However, the company's organizational performance (operating profit) of SMES were found to differ significantly in comparison between groups according to classification standards of industries, and therefore adopted some parts. In addition, an analysis of the effect of interaction between the three independent variables of small and medium-sized enterprises has shown that there are statistically significant interaction effects among classification, types of business, and organizational cultures. The results shows that there is an organizational culture suitable for each industry classification and type of business of an entity, and is expected to be used as a basis for establishing promotion policies related to the incubation and commerciality of small and medium-sized venture companies in the future.

The paper analyzes the effects of Korean IT SMEs Venture external collaborations and technology transfer on their performances, according to their collaboration activities and technology transfer experiences. The results show that there was a significant difference between '3~5times' of technology transfer experience and 'zero technology transfer experience' in the case of technology transfer experience. In case of technological collaboration type, there was a significant difference between 'R&D manpower' and 'enhancement of technological capabilities including core technologies'. The results show that the effectiveness of technology transfer of Korean IT SMEs Venture depends on experiences, types of collaboration activities. so the results of this research will be useful for Government-Supported research institute (GRI)' policy makers when establishing technology commercialization support policies and strategic planning of small and medium sized domestic enterprises.
인공지능 기술 기반 콘텐츠 저작물 생성 및 활용 권리에 대한 이용자 인식 연구 : Neural Style Transfer 알고리즘 활용 사례를 중심으로

인공지능 기술의 발전과 적용 범위의 확대로 인공지능 기술 기반의 콘텐츠 저작물에 관한 이용자의 사용경험과 인식, 우려사항 등이 제기되고, 그에 대한 논의의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구는 인공지능에 대한 사전지식 또는 이용경험에 따라 인식의 양상이 어떠한지, 기존의 데이터를 학습하는 인공지능의 원리를 인지한 후 인식의 양상은 어떠한지, 전문가와 일반 이용자들이 지각하는 잠재적 법적·윤리적 이슈들은 어떠한 것들이 있는지 등을 인터뷰를 통해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 산업계 전문가, 학계 전문가, 일반 이용자 등 총 11명을 대상으로 시각 보조물이 포함된 구조화된 질문지를 통한 서면 인터뷰가 실시되었다. 연구결과, 인공지능에 대한 사전지식과 이용경험에 따라 인식의 주요 관점이 서로 다른 양상을 보였으며, 인공지능의 학습원리를 인지한 후 인식의 변화가 일부 발견되었다. 그 밖에도 인공지능 기술에 의해 생성된 콘텐츠 저작물의 생성과 활용에 있어서 잠재하는 법적․윤리적 이슈도 도출하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 인공지능 기술 기반의 콘텐츠 저작물 생성 및 활용과 관련한 다양한 이용자 인식을 탐색하고, 문화예술을 포함한 콘텐츠 창작 분야에서의 바람직한 인공지능 기술 활용을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. The development of artificial intelligence technology and the expansion of its scope of application have raised user experiences, perceptions, and concerns about artificial intelligence technology-based content works, and the importance of discussions on them is increasing. Based on this background, this study examined whether there are differences in perception depending on their expertise or experience in artificial intelligence, whether there are any changes in perception, and what are the potential legal and ethical issues that experts and users perceive. To this end, a total of 11 people, including industry experts, academic experts, and general users, were interviewed in writing through structured questionnaires containing visual aids. As a result of the study, there were differences in perception depending on the expertise in artificial intelligence, and changes in perception occurred depending on the experience of use. We also derive potential legal and ethical issues in the creation and utilization of content works generated by artificial intelligence technology. Through this study, we explored various user perceptions related to the creation and utilization of artificial intelligence technology-based content works, and present implications for the use of desirable artificial intelligence technologies in the field of content creation, including culture and art.
PC게임 장르에 따른 게임 테마음악의 위치화 연구 : 음악종류, 음악의 구조적 요소, 이미지를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 PC게임을 구성하는 주요한 요소 중 하나인 음악의 기능적 역할을 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 PC 게임의 장르별 테마음악을 분석 유목을 통해 구분한 후 다중 대응일치분석을 사용하여 ‘음악종류’, ‘음악의 구조적 요소’, ‘이미지’ 간의 거리를 시각적으로 위치화하여 변인간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 게임 장르별 음악의 종류와, 음악의 구조적 요소, 이미지의 특성별 공간의 위치적 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the functional role of music, which is one of the main elements that make up PC games. To this end, theme music by genre of PC game was divided through analysis and then the relationship between variables was analyzed by visually positioning the distance between ‘music type’, ‘structural element of music’ and ‘image’ using multiple correspondence matching analysis. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a difference in location between the types of music by game genre, the structural elements of music, and the characteristics of the image.
벌지 실험을 통한 Ti 박막의 크기 효과 관찰 및 기계적 물성 측정

본 연구에서는 벌지 실험을 이용하여 티타늄 박막의 기계적 물성을 측정하였다. 벌지 실험은 외적 지지구조를 가지지 않는 박막 시편의 한 면에 일정한 압력을 가하여 박막의 변위를 측정, 압력과 변위의 관계를 이용하여 박막의 기계적 물성을 측정하는 실험이다. 스퍼터링을 이용해 증착된 티타늄 박막의 두께는 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 ㎛ 이고, 물성의 열처리 시간에 대한 영향을 알아보기 위해 증착된 시편은 600 ℃에서 각각 150, 300, 600 초 동안 열처리 되었다. 박막의 탄성 계수, 잔류 응력, 항복 응력이 벌지 실험을 통해 측정되었고, 실험 결과 항복 응력은 열처리 시간에 의존하는 특성을 확인하였다. 또한 시편 두께가 감소할수록 강도가 증가하는 크기효과를 관찰하였다. In this study, the mechanical properties of a Ti thin film are measured by a bulge test. In the bulge test, uniform pressure is applied to one side of the film. Measurement of the membrane deflection as a function of the applied pressure allows one to determine the mechanical properties of the film. Ti thin films with thicknesses of 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 ㎛ were deposited on a Si wafer by using an RF magnetron sputtering system. These specimens were annealed at 600 ℃ for 150, 300, and 600 s to investigate the effect of temperature on the yield stress and mechanical properties of the Ti films. The elastic modulus, residual stress, and yield stress of these membranes are measured by a bulge test. The experimental results suggest that the yield stress is sensitive to the film thickness and annealing time.
