Terminal may became means that provide various applicarion such as authentication, payment, loyalty with means of communication in IMT-2000 service of third-generation mobile communication. Point of capacitate this point is USIM card that have built - in to terminal IC card of USIM, In this paper, we proposed connection technology about structure of USIM and between terminal and USIM protocol form and Off-Line payment model for safe payment. Proposed model need application design of suitable size and efficient protocol by restriction of hardware itself.

In this paper, using a simple Arduino board and the relay, we constitute a plurality of input ports. And we transmits the measured value to the server by using the Arduino which is a Wi-Fi network. Extracts the partial data DB from the configured DB. And we have implemented a graphical data display functions. The number of ports depends on the type of Arduino. And it is possible to 2n of the output provided by the Arduino. In this paper, we implement a voltage sensor meter in the 8-Port transmission and DB server was attempting to create. Voltage measurement port could be driven according to the application to attach the sensors for other purposes. The data collection server is implemented in PHP.

This paper proposes the design of a fast multiplier for RISC Floating Point Processor Vnit (FPU). The instruction set and 6-stage pipeline organization of FPU serving as a coprocessor for RISC type target processor are constructed. The proposed multiplier uses 4 : 2 adder as a basic cell in a Wallace tree, reducing propagation time and long wiring delay. Also, the final addition is partly performed ""with Wallace tree operation to achieve fast multiplication. In addition, a CPL(Complementary Pass-transistor Logic) is applied to almost the entire critical path. The circuit and timing simulation of proposed multiplier are performed with the SPICE circuit simulator and Mentor Graphics CAD tools to verify its physical and logical operation.
유비쿼터스 환경에서의 RFID를 이용한 스마트 출입시스템에 관한 연구

In this paper, we make a study of Time-attendance system on ubiquitous environment that is basic business model using RFID. As Proposed Time-attendance system that can be applied school and the company, it is more efficient and convenient structure than existent analog time-attendance system. In addition, proposed system is applicable to various model. This system is expected to become basis of attendance system in ubiquitous environment based on context awareness and position awareness. RFID tag is given to a student of employee for entrance or exit. All data management related RFID tag manages in IDS(Information Database Server). Proposed system can confirm situations of all exit and entrance in Web. Also, it can increase flexibility and efficiency as that forward a urgent message to user.
