Scanning electron microscopy studies were conducted to examine the surface treatment effects of treating agents the proposed in the previous studies on various vulcanizates. Fracture surfaces of the vulcanizates compounded with kaolin treated with sodium polyphosphate or poly(maleic anhydride) presented favorable results as expected from the results of the previous studies. Tn other words, treating agents such as sodium polyphosphate and poly(maleic anhydride) show considerable reinforcing effects on the vulcanizates.

Backlash in the actuator is one of the most important nonlinearities that limit the performance of speed and position control of mechanical systems. In this paper, we propose disturbance observers in order to estimate the effect of nonlinearities and cancel them subsequently. As a result the disturbance observers make the nonlinear system behave linearly. And finally we show that the disturbance observers guarantee the system robustness and the performance to reject the effect of backlash in the face of parameter uncertainties.
반응성염료의 합성에 관한 연구(I) -$\beta$-Sulfatoethylamino sulfone형 반응성 염료의 합성과 그의 응용-

$\beta$-sulfatoethylamino sulfone을 반응성기로 하는 반응성 염료를aniline을 출발물질로 하여 만든 p-aminophenyl $\beta$-sulfatoethylamino sulfone을 H-acid 와 pH 4 및 7에서 coupling시켜 얻었다. pH 4에서는 H-acid의 2위치에, pH 7에서는 H-acid의 7위치에 coupling되었으며, 이 염료들을 IR, UV-visible spectra, 황분석에 의해서 확인하였다. Reactive dyes with $\beta$-sulfatoethylamino sulfone as reactive component were synthesized via coupling of p-aminophenyl $\beta$-sulfatoethylamino sulfone with H-acid at pH 4 and 7. It was coupled at 2 prosition of H-acid at pH 4, and 7 position at pH 7. These dyes were identified by IR, UV-visible spectra and quantitative analysis of sulfur. The hydrolysis properties and the effect of salt, alkaline, and pH on dyeing were also investigated.
해외연구소로부터 기술이전에서의 영향요인과 성과에 관한 연구

In developing country, company which acquire technology from overseas R&D center is increasing recently. There are many problems in technology transfer from overseas R&D center to recipient country due to difference of culture and proximity. This study focuses on the communication activities and performance in the project team at overseas R&D center and technology transfer between overseas R&D center and production in home country. The research questions are as follows; 1. What influences on communication activities between team member in the project team and facilitates communication activities between overseas R&D center and production in home country?, 2. What are the relationships between communication activities and new product development performance? Based on the review of related literatures, a research model and hypotheses are generated. 34 questionnaires are collected from engineers who participated in product development project and 8 interview data are collected from project leaders in overseas R&D center. And Spearman correlation is used to verify hypotheses. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, the characteristics are related to project team’s nature(team builder role and champion role of project leader, cohesive power of team climate) are significantly correlated with communication activities. And communication activity is significantly correlated with performance of new product development project. Second, the degree of product design completion is correlated with interdepartmental communication in the stage of mass production transfer. The nature of mass production transfer team(transfer intent, clearness of responsibility and role) is significantly correlated with interdepartmental communication. Third, the nature of mass production transfer task(senior management’s interest, rationality of transfer decision) is significantly correlated with interdepartmental communication. And interdepartmental communication strongly influences on the performance of mass production transfer. Finally, managerial implication drawn from findings are suggested to help improving technology transfer performance.
지능형 LED 점등시스템을 위한 점등제어 알고리즘 설계

본 논문에서는 지능형 LED 점등시스템을 위한 점등제어 알고리즘 설계를 제안한다. 제안하는 점등제어 알고리즘은 각각의 센서노드에서 감지된 환경정보를 데이터 버스를 통해 MCU에 전송한다. MCU의 제어 소프트웨어는 설정된 제어방식에 따라 신호 값을 이용하여 조광레벨을 계산하고 결과를 비교하여 레벨유지를 결정하도록 설계하였다. 또한 LED 조명기기에 점등제어 알고리즘을 이용하여 완전대칭 되는 패턴생성에 의하여 회전 및 반전 기법을 주기적으로 교차 수행하여 점등되도록 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 점등제어 알고리즘은 안정적으로 점등제어를 하는 시스템을 설계하여 전송 데이터의 신뢰성을 높이고 91%의 이벤트 전달 비율을 유지하였다. 또한, 조명기기의 광속은 32% 감소되었고 소비전력은 49% 감소되었으며 발열량은 32% 감소되었다. 결과적으로 LED의 수명은 50% 증가되어 에너지 효율성을 향상할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose the design of lighting control algorithm for intelligent LED lighting system. The proposed lighting control algorithm transmitted to MCU through a data bus the environmental information detected from respectively sensor node. The MCU control software was designed to determine the level maintained to depending on the set control method by comparing the results that calculated the dimming level using a signal value. Also, it was designed to be lighting by cross-performed periodically the rotation and reverse method by created fully symmetrical pattern using the control algorithm to LED lighting device. In this paper, the proposed lighting control algorithm improved the reliability of the data sent by designed the system that can be controlled lighting to stable, and it was maintained the event delivery ratio of 91%. Also, the lighting device was decreased the luminous intensity of 32%, the power consumption of 49%, and heat generation of 32%. As a result, it were could be improved the energy efficiency that the life-cycle of LED has been increased 50%.
