        최근 ICT 기반의 제조 산업이 자동화에서 지능형으로 전환되며 다양한 지능형 기법들이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근의 연구사례를 기반으로 이러한 기법들을 조사하여 생산계획(Production Planning)과 제조 스케줄링(Manufacturing Scheduling) 분야로 설명하였다. 그 외 방위 제조 산업에서의 ICT 도입 사례를 기반으로 지능화 동향을 조사하였다.

        Evaluation of internal corrosion property in district heating pipeline using fracture mechanics and electrochemical acceleration kinetics

        The corrosion of district heating (DH) pipelines in the internal environment is carefully controlled,however the long-terms of corrosion induced fracture is still uncertain. The general corrosion of pipelinein the heating water is very moderate, therefore it is almost not affected to initiate fracture. While,localized corrosion in weld zone is very dangerous situation because it can act as a stress concentrationpoint. Therefore, it is significant to analyze using the fracture mechanics whether a fracture actuallyoccurs due to the localized corrosion or not. In this study, the long-term corrosion was simulated using the electrochemical acceleration method. The surface morphology parameter of the accelerated specimen was analyzed using a 3D profiler. Thecrack tip opening displacement (CTOD) was calculated using the corrosion morphology parameters. Consequently, in internal DH environment, general corrosion is the dominant factor in fracture ratherthan localized corrosion. In other words, internal corrosion cannot be a main reason of the DH pipelinefracture.

      • 전자빔 용접 측정 시스템에 관한 연구

        Because of its high performance and accuracy, electron beam welding has an important role in industrial applications such as semi-conductor and LCD manufactures. Since its operation has been done in a vacuum room, it is very difficult to check out their weld ability as well as the correct welding area of the specimen. In this study, a measurement system of the electron beam welding has been developed based on the 3-axis LVDT controlled table. In addition, the algorithm to tracking the welding line has been developed. Welded regions were measured by using an A-scan ultrasonic sensor only. Weldability of the aluminum specimen has been tested by newly developed measuring system. The results are compared with those by using an C-scan ultrasonic sensor, which show good agreements with each other.

        밀링작업에서 보조장치를 이용한 자유곡면의 표면거칠기 향상에 관한 연구

        The applicability of a new method, termed the whirling motion concept, for the improvement of the surface finish in milling three-dimensional sculptured surfaces has been investigated. A method for implementing this concept on conventional NC machines that utilize a suitably configured attachment has been proposed. The tool path equation for the ball-end milling process, based on the surface-shaping system, has been obtained. Both results of the computer simulation and the experiment verified the proposed approach.

        Spot welding is frequently used for industrial purpose, such as automobile and aerospace industries and household appliances due to its high performance. In these day, robotization and systemization of welding process made it possible to produce more precise or smaller electric parts. And when it comes to welding of steel sheet, the size of nugget must be getting smaller. Therefore, welding conditions are limited to avoid defects, such as deformation, damage, weakening of joining area. In this research, the measurement of the nugget size by the nondestructive inspection has been conducted. As a result, the right estimation of the nugget size and void defects, the detection of corona bond near joining area, the selection of the optimum ultrasonic mode, and set up for ultrasonic inspection are studied. From the trustworthy solutions of nugget size estimated by results of measurement, the optimum inspection conditions depending upon the width of welding parts are determined as well.

        잠재 관광객의 효율적 의사결정 촉진을 위한 온라인 여행사의 호텔 추천 시스템에 관한 연구*

        This study proposes a new recommendation algorithm to facilitate decision-making by successfully predicting the preferences of potential tourists to hotels in Online Travel Agency (OTA) service. To this end, we developed a new hotel recommendation algorithm based on deep sequential interaction embedding. Specifically, we used Doc2Vec, a deep learning-based natural language processing technology, to learn expression vectors taking into account the interaction order of tourists and items, and then input them into MLP and GMF to learn the nonlinearity and linearity of interactions. Experiments with one real-world dataset demonstrate that our algorithm outperforms other recent recommendation algorithms with a performance improvement of 13.23% in hotel tourism. From the experimental results, the usefulness of the recommender system in OTA and the extension to other tourism fields were discussed, and theoretical and practical implications were presented.

      • TFT LCD 세정 방법에 대한 프로세스 개선에 관한 연구

        As next generation display, TFT LCD gets into the spotlight, and the bigger glass size is required. Currently, its display size is 1500 mm by 1870 mm at the six generation comparing with 300 mm by 400 mm at the first one and the size is increasing continuously, which cause the difficulties to apply the cleaning operation including the general brush cleaning. In this study, water-jet cleaning operation has been introduced, which spent the less water them other cleaning methods. Throughout the experiment, is has been found the possible damage of the declined cell and the variation of the tilt bias angle depending upon the increasing time. In addition, the simulation predicts the glass bending of the display.

        수치해석법에 의한 면삭밀링 작업에서의 절삭력과 표면거칠기에 관한 연구

        The milling process is one of the most important metal removal processes in industry. Due to the complexities inherent to the cutter insert geometry and the milling cutter kinematics, these processes leave an analytically difficult to predict texture on the machined surface's hills and valleys. The instantaneous uncut chip cross sectional area may be estimated by the relative position between the workpiece and the cutter inserts. Furthermore, since the cutting forces are proportional to the instantaneous uncut chip cross sectional area, the cutting forces in face milling operations can not be estimated easily. A new simulation program which is based upon the numerical method has been proposed to estimate the cutting force components, with the ability to predict the machined surface texture left by the face milling.

        사각방지용 자동차 측면거울의 개발에 관한 연구

        In this paper, based on geometric optics and geometric modeling, aspheric surfaces of the side minor mold with dead angle reduced have been designed and machined in a CNC machining center. Surface roughness of the mold was evaluat-ed by using the surface shaping system. Surface generating simulation of a ball endmill process is investigated. Through the simulation, based on the surface-shaping system, 3-D engineered surfaces and properties of engineered surfaces are obtained. Computer simulation provides the effective working conditions through the prediction of geometric properties of engineered surfaces. The rear view minor and room mirror play important role on the safe driving condition as a observation of environment, but the rear view mirror can not provide complete information of driving environments due to the existence of the dead angle. The analysis on the shape of formed minor shows that the proposed method improves range of a driver's sight.
