        토크제어를 이용한 풍력발전시스템의 적응 최대 출력 제어

        The parameter K which decides how much to convert wind energy to electric energy in MPPT(maximum power point tracking) control of wind turbine system using torque controller is changed because blade shape and air density change. If the parameter K is not optimal value, power lose occur. The changed parameter K is important issue in wind turbine system. In this paper, to solve this problem, considering wind turbine system using back-to-back converter control and torque control, we propose the adaptive MPPT algorithm which performs fast control by using initial K, estimates mechanical power using Kalman filter method, uses the estimated mechanical power as input for MPPT algorithm again, and consequently performs optimal MPPT control. 토크제어를 이용한 최대 출력 제어에서 얼마나 많은 풍력에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하는지 결정하는 파라미터 K는 블레이드 형상 변화. 공기 밀도 등으로 인하여 변동하게 된다. 이러한 파라미터 K가 최적의 값이 아니면 이는 출력의 손실까지 이어진다. 이렇게 변동하는 K로 인하여 최적의 K를 찾는 것이 풍력발전시스템의 손실을 줄이는 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문은 양방향 컨버터 제어와 토크제어를 사용한 풍력발전시스템을 고려하여 초기의 K를 이용하여 빠른 제어를 수행하고 칼만 필터를 이용한 기계적 출력을 추정하여 최대 출력 제어 알고리즘의 입력으로 다시 사용하여 결과적으로 최적의 최대 출력 제어 제어를 수행하는 적응 최대 출력 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다.

        Adaptive maximum power point tracking control of wind turbine system based on wind speed estimation

        In the variable-speed wind energy system, to achieve maximum power point tracking (MPPT), the wind turbine should run close to its optimal angular speed according to the wind speed. Non-linear control methods that consider the dynamic behavior of wind speed are generally used to provide maximum power and improved efficiency. In this perspective, the mechanical power is estimated using Kalman filter. And then, from the estimated mechanical power, the wind speed is estimated with Newton-Raphson method to achieve maximum power without anemometer. However, the blade shape and air density get changed with time and the generator efficiency is also degraded. This results in incorrect estimation of wind speed and MPPT. It causes not only the power loss but also incorrect wind resource assessment of site. In this paper, the adaptive maximum power point tracking control algorithm for wind turbine system based on the estimation of wind speed is proposed. The proposed method applies correction factor to wind turbine system to have accurate wind speed estimation for exact MPPT. The proposed method is validated with numerical simulations and the results show an improved performance.

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of performance on the competitive anxiety in competitive situation. To achieve the aim of this study, the subjects were surveyed 172 swimming athletes and all athletes who selected the represent from each province was participated in Busan's Korea National Senior Games on 2000. The CSAI-2 Inventory developed from Martens et al(1990) was used to measure the athlete's psychological anxiety level, the method of survey was visited the athletic club school accommodation before 2 days ago in main events. The results was analysed by SPSS/PC and Mean/Standard Diviation were yielded in each factor. The independant t-test was used to know the difference of cognitive anxiety and physical anxiety on sex, athletic carrear, win experience after Middle School. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, the conclusion were drawn as follows; 1.The difference of anxiety on sex was significantly appeared. The anxiety of girl players was higher than one of boy players. 2.The difference of anxiety on athletic carrear was significantly appeared. The anxiety of less carrear players was higher than one of more carrear players. 3.The difference of anxiety on win experience didn't significantly appeared.
