        아동의 놀이 환경과 놀 권리가 유데모니아에 미치는 영향

        연구목적: 본 연구는 주관적 웰빙 개념 중 긍정적인 심리적 기능을 강조하는 유데모니아에 주목하여 아동의 놀이 환경 및 놀 권리 요인이 유데모니아에 미치는 영향력을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 주관적 웰빙과 놀이 및 놀 권리에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 연구모형을 설정하고, 부산지역 초등학교 재학중인 4∼6학년 아동 중 표본으로 선출된 1,630명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지 중 1,544명의 자료를 이용하여 기술통계, 평균차이검정 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 아동의 유데모니아 수준은 성별과 학년별로 유의미한 차이가 확인되었으며, 연구모형에 대한 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 놀이 친구 접근성, 지역사회 놀이 환경, 부모님과 교사의 놀 권리 인정, 아동의 놀 권리 인식은 아동의 유데모니아에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 놀이 환경과 놀 권리 인식은 아동의 유데모니아의 중요한 영향요인이다. 연구 결과에 대한 논의를 토대로 아동의 유데모니아 증진을 위한 제언과 후속 연구를 위한 과제를 제시하였다. Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of factors associated with children’s play environment and the right to play on children’s eudaimonia which is good psychological functioning aspect of the subjective well-being. Methods: A research model was specified based on the review of the literatures on children’s play, the right to play, and subjective well-being. The population of the study is fourth to sixth graders enrolled in elementary schools in Busan metropolitan area. A survey was conducted with 1,630 student samples, and data from 1,544 respondents were used for the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analyses. Results: There were significant differences in gender and school grade in children’s eudaimonia. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicated that availability of playmates, positive evaluation of their community play environment, both parental and school teachers’ high recognition of children’s right to play, and children’s own perception of the right to play had significantly increased children’s eudaimonic well-being. Conclusions: Children’s play environment and right to play are significant factors in children’s eudaimonia. Findings were discussed in terms of implications for practical intervention and further research on children’s eudaimonia.

        청소년 음주의 보호요인과 위험요인: Jessor의 문제행동이론을 중심으로

        A protection and risk model evolved out of Jessor`s problem behavior theory was applied to explain middle and high school students` drinking and to examine relative impacts of psycho-social and behavioral protective and risk factors on current drinking among Korean students. The study also aimed to identify possible moderating effects of protective factors. A data from the Korean Survey on the Safety & Protection of Youth and Children in 2010 was used for the analysis, and hierarchical logistic regression analysis was performed for separate middle school and high school students` data, respectively. Findings indicated that peer drinking, harmful places in the neighborhood, and adolescents` current smoking were significant risk factors for high school students, and adolescents` current smoking increased the risk of current drinking the most. Also, high school students` self-protection from alcohol and substance use significantly moderated the effect of peer drinking. For middle school students, parents` model protection, self-protection significantly decreased the likelihood of current drinking while parental drinking, peer drinking, harmful places in the neighborhood, and current smoking increased the risk of current drinking. Based on the study findings, implications for practice to prevent adolescent from drinking and for future studies were discussed.

        지역사회 놀이 환경에 대한 아동의 목소리

        Objectives: This study aims to examine the experiences and improvement measures of community play environments from the children's perspective and to derive tasks for improving community play environments, thereby contributing to the promotion of children's right to play. Methods: In order to understand children's experiences according to the play environment by region of residence, children in the 4th to 6th grades of elementary school living in a city selected for the Ministry of Health and Welfare's play innovation leading project and a urban-rural mixed city were selected as research participants. Focus group interviews were conducted in each region using the same interview guide, and the data were analyzed according to the procedures of traditional content analysis methods. Results: Through analysis of focus group interview data, the community play environment perceived by children was evaluated according to four categories: ‘awareness of play resources’, ‘play time sufficiency’, ‘community play space’, and ‘play space safety’. To improve the community play environment, children demanded ‘expanding play opportunities’ and ‘improving play spaces.’ Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it was emphasized that the community play environment should be improved to expand children’s play opportunities and create diverse play spaces, and future tasks for creating a community play environment were suggested.

        지역사회복지관 조직풍토와 사회복지사의 자원연계기술과의 관계: 성찰적 사고의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of organizational climate on the resource linking skills of social workers working in community welfare centers as well as the mediating effects of reflective thinking in these relationships. To test the mediating effects, we set up a research model based on previous studies on the organizational climate, resource linkage skills, and reflective thinking of social workers. The subjects of this study were social workers in community welfare centers in the Busan metropolitan city. Data were collected using mail surveys, and data from 526 respondents were used for the final analysis. The main results are as follows. First, the organizational climate of community welfare centers has a statistically significant impact on social workers` resource linkage skills. In other words, the more the social workers recognize positively about the organizational climate, the more the utilization of resource linkage skills increases. Second, reflective thinking has a mediating effect in the relationship between the organizational climate and resource linkage skills of social workers in community welfare centers. Based on the study results, practical suggestions for improved resource linkage skills and reflective thinking of social workers in community welfare centers were suggested, and practical implications and future research were discussed.
