We investigated a new method for patterning organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using a photopatternable conducting polymer nanocomposite, consisting of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)-coated gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) that had been modified with a photoreactive cinnamate group, to form P3HT-AuNP-CI. We found that the addition of the cinnamate group to the nanoparticle surface assisted the preparation of a solventresistive semiconducting film and preserved the P3HT ordering, which was interrupted by Au-P3HT interactions, as well as provided UV-controllable electrical properties. The P3HT-AuNPs-CI films could be microscale-patterned via a UV crosslinking photoreaction, represented as a promising photopatternable semiconductor material for use in advanced applications, with tunable electrical properties for fabrication of sub-micron and microscale electronic devices.
ATM 망에서 신호채널에 의한 ABR 트래픽 제어 방안 연구

본 논문에서는 신호 채널에 의한 ABR 트래픽 제어 메카니즘을 제시하고, ABR 트 래픽을 제어하기 위한 Bandwidth Request 메시지와 Bandwidth Allocated 메시지를 고안하 였다. 또한 새로운 트래픽 파라메터 협상 메시지 흐름을 고안 하였으며, 성능 분석을 통하여 기존 방식에 비하여 호 처리시간과 가용 대역폭 이용 측면에서 본 논문에서 제안한 방안이 월등히 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

"원교 가-단과지 1호"는 농촌진흥청 국립원예특작과학원에서 고품질 중생종 "Starkrimson"에 무측지성 "McIntosh Wijick"을 1992년에 교배하여, 2000년부터 2008년까지 그 특성을 조사한 결과, 과실 특성이 뛰어난 계통을 중간모본으로 최종 선발 하였다. 만개기는 "홍로"와 비슷하거나 2일 정도 느리고, 숙기는 "홍로"보다 일주일 정도 느리다. 수세는 중, 수자는 반개 장형이고, 단과지 형성 및 착과량은 "홍로"와 같이 많은 편이 Intermediate parent "Wonkyo Ga-Dangwagi 1" (Malus domestica Borkh.) was released from Fruit Research Division, National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science, Korea in 2008. It was derived from the cross between "Starkrimson" and columnar type "McIntosh Wijcik" in 1992 after selection tests from 2000 to 2008. Trees are moderately vigorous and have spreading branching habit. It bears abundant flower buds on one-year-old branches and fruits mainly on spurs or short branches. Harvesting time of this variety is late September, 7 days later than that of "Hongro" in Suwon. The fruit is conical to narrow conical in shape and bright red in skin color. Fruit size is small with weight of 200~240g on an average and fruits have 14ºBx soluble solid and medium acidity. It is moderately susceptible to alternaria leaf spot (Alternaria alternata). "Wonkyo Ga-Dangwagi 1" is a promising apple cultivar and will appeal to young people with good sugar-acid balance.
Changes in Chemical Properties of Greenhouse Soils Collected from Ganghwa

The chemical properties of greenhouse soils in Ganghwa were investigated every year from 2014 to 2018 in order to manage soil fertility and increase crop yield. In 2018, the average concentrations of chemical properties from greenhouse soils were analyzed: 6.4 for pH, 6.72 dS m-1 for EC (electrical conductivity), 23 g kg-1 for OM (amount of organic matter), 187 mg kg-1 for P2O5 (available phosphate), 1.89, 12.09, 4.84 cmolc kg-1 for exchangeable potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), respectively. There were no significant changes in the contents of pH and OM from 2014 to 2018. However, the concentration of EC was 3.7 times higher than that of the proper standard recommended by Rural Development Administration in 2018. Further, the excessive frequency ratio about exchangeable cations were 60.6% for K, 93.9% for Ca and 95.9% for Mg based on the recommendation and the contents of exchangeable cations had a tendency to increase according to the years. The frequency ratio of P2O5 which is insufficient in comparison with the standard was 83.8% and the concentration of P2O5 was 1.9 times lower than that of the recommendation in 2018. The P2O5 content had tended to decrease with years. The OM values of cucumber and tomato were higher than those of pepper and water melon, whereas the contents of P2O5 were also insufficient in all crops. Based on principal component analysis, EC was significantly correlated with exchangeable cations, K, Ca and Mg from greenhouse soils in Ganghwa. In order to promote soil fertility of greenhouse in Ganghwa, it is necessary to apply phosphate fertilizer and manage soil nutrients based on the soil tests and analyses.

본 논문은 한국의 ISDN 번호체계 질환에 대하여 검토한 것이다. ISDN 번호체계에서 NDC로써 사입자 구분. 서비스망 직별, 지역구분을 하고, 시외 10자리와 시내 7자리의 폐쇄식 번호체계를 구상하였다. 아울러 이동전화, 페이지, 팩스, 텔렉스, 컴퓨터 등의 전용망이나 별도의 공중망이라도 ISDN망에 접속할 수 있는 번호체계를 구상하였다. 특히 수도권과 영남권 분제와 통일후 남북통신의 구축에 대비해서 강남북 지역 구분 및 전국을 북부, 중부, 남부의 3등분 체계로 구성하였다. 그외 특수번호와 오디오텍스, 대내표용 전화등에 대하여 번호부여의 가능성을 제지, 구성하였다. 다만 ISDN에서 SA가 제외되었으며 정말 수요예측과 서비스 예측은 다루지 않았다. 결과적으로 NDC 3자리만으로도 ISDN 번호구성 배분이 가능함을 보였다. In this paper. we dIscussed wIth the ISDN numberIng system of Korea 2digIt of NDC(National Destination Code)is assigned to the common carrier indenttification and an other the service network identification code as conbining the flIst and second dIgIt. The last ot NDC is applicable to for each area code. Resulty. we become 10 digit number for toll system vice 7 digit for local numbering. It is satisfactory to CCITT recommandtion and also. We has been suggested that existing network the mobile. pagget, FAX, TELEX and public networks are able to be connetcted to the ISDN. Near the 1994. we guess that it is fully occupied with 7 digit number to the metropolitan area to solve this problem, after divide to 3 part provincial area southern. nothem and mid-Korea. We suggested that special number system are reorganized with the new and existing service numbers plan. Although, we don't deal with the SA of ISDN numbering systems. Resultly, know that we are to design efficiently number system as 3 digit code for ISDN/NSN.
